Robert H. Arakelow, 43, of 22 Jefferson St., Haverhill, was summoned on Friday at 8:50 a.m. following multiple reports of a road rage incident with both parties out of their vehicles in a fight at 1 Mouton Drive at 570 South Broadway and charged with assault and battery.

Caller reported a suspicious man in The Savings Bank parking lot at 1105 Summer St. on Saturday at 11:41 a.m. Suspect is described as a bearded white man without a shirt, wearing sunglasses and has a buck knife on his belt and is driving a white motor vehicle. Officer checked the lot and the area and found nothing.
Caller reported a motor vehicle with Massachusetts license plate 8CN736 pulled in behind the William Raveis building at 932 Lynnfield St. on Saturday at 2:14 p.m. and three occupants exited the vehicle and walked into the woods. Officer reports the vehicle was at the rotary upon arrival, checked with caller, no apparent crime committed. There is a boarded-up building behind the office and no entry appeared to be gained.
Lost child reported at MarketStreet mall on Sunday at 3:32 p.m. Officer reports child found by grandmother.

Walk-in reported a motor vehicle was stolen from the Newbury Street Inn on Saturday at 5:43 p.m. Police said Donna Dangelo called to report they located the car in Lynn. Vehicle was cleared from the National Crime Information Center and the Criminal Justice Information Services.
Caller from Northfield Properties at 65 Main St., Apt. 305 reports his tool box was stolen on Saturday at 7:36 p.m. Officer reports a tool box was stolen with $200 worth of equipment inside. Officer will document box was stolen from St. Johns parking lot.

The caller has a private number and is using a voice changer on Saturday at 10:55 p.m. Officer spoke to the reporting party and learned it was a friend playing a prank.
Uber driver reports his customers are causing a disturbance in his car at Andover Street at Route 128 South on Sunday at 1:01 a.m. Officer reports the dispute has been resolved.
Caller from 8 Crowninshield St. reports two vehicles parked in the rear of the second parking with teenagers urinating on the fence and making noise on Sunday at 1:42 a.m. Officer reports teens sent on their way.
Suspicious man reported running up and down Howard Avenue in a black sweatshirt on Sunday at 1:50 a.m. Officer checked the area and the suspect was gone.
Lynn Police Department recovered a motor vehicle with Florida plate LL29 at Wendy’s at 116 Boston St. The vehicle was towed by Fleming’s Towing. There was no damage. Dennis Landry was driving the vehicle and was arrested on Sunday at 8:46 a.m. The business is closed for the day and police were unable to notify the business that the vehicle was recovered. A note was left on the paperwork to contact the business on Oct. 21 during business hours to inform them that the vehicle was recovered.

John J. Griffin, 33, of East Falmouth, was arrested on various warrants on Sunday at 9:57 a.m. and charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle.
Michael Siciliano, 22, of Stoneham, was arrested on warrants and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and possession of a Class E substance on Sunday at 6:32 a.m.

Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle rollover on Adams Avenue on Sunday at 9:39 p.m. Driver sustained minor injuries, according to police.
Police and fire crews responded on Sunday at 3:51 p.m. to Route 1 South for a report of a disabled bus.
Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident and leaving the scene of an accident at Kowloon Restaurant on Saturday at 10:02 p.m. An individual involved in the accident was transported by emergency medical personnel to Melrose-Wakefield Hospital.
