Arrests 

Yoni Deleon-Deleon, 27, of 166 Fayette St., was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to wear a seat belt at 1:14 a.m. Sunday. 

Dennis Landry, 42, of 15 Dodge St., Beverly, was arrested and charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle and on a warrant charge of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license 8:26 a.m. Sunday. 

Hector Pojoy, 25, of 99 Grant St., was arrested and charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and OUI liquor at 11:46 p.m. Saturday.

A report of an overdose at 1:54 p.m. Saturday on Central Avenue. 

Theft 

A report of a larceny at 4:51 p.m. Friday at 501 Washington St.; at 7:14 p.m. Friday at 36 Sagamore St.; at 9:40 p.m. Friday at 7 Ferris Road; at 1:25 p.m. Saturday at 25 Hamilton Ave.; at 11:10 a.m. Sunday at 300 Washington St. 

A report of a robbery at 8:33 p.m. Saturday at 8 Lafayette Park.

Vandalism

PEABODY 

Arrests 

Gary W. Cioffi Jr., 36, of 9 John Road, was arrested and charged with Class C drug possession with intent to distribute and trafficking more than 100 pounds of marijuana at 8:56 p.m. Friday. 

Michael A. Rossignoll, 33, of 11 Beckett St., Apt. 1, was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and on a warrant at 9:41 a.m. Friday. 

Accidents 

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 9:20 a.m. Friday at 30 Andover St. and 1 Hilltop Drive; at 12:32 p.m. Friday at 56 Washington St. and 5 Aborn St.; at 4:30 p.m. Friday at North Shore Home Medical Supply at 104 Newbury St.; at 6:54 p.m. Friday at 299 Lowell St.; at 12:37 a.m. Saturday at Down River Ice Cream at 86 Andover St.; at 1:56 p.m. Saturday at 303 Lowell St.; at 2:42 p.m. Friday at 136 Newbury St. 

A motor vehicle crash was reported at 8:15 p.m. Friday at Russell Street and Waldingfield Lane. A caller reported hitting a dog or a wolf. Police reported the animal was a coyote. 

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run crash at 9:03 a.m. Saturday at 144 Washington St. 

Breaking and Entering 

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 9:13 a.m. Friday at Spring Hill Suites at 43 Newbury St. A wallet and $40 was reportedly stolen from the car overnight. 

A motor vehicle breaking and entering was reported at 10:41 a.m. Friday at Spring Hill Suites at 43 Newbury St. Windows were reportedly broken, but nothing was taken.

Complaints 

A report of harassment at 7:42 p.m. Thursday at Toscana Ristorante at 3 Bourbon St. A councilor candidate reported he was illegally recorded during a conversation by an intoxicated woman who had been harassing him at his political events. Police asked the woman to leave. 

A report of suspicious activity at 12:51 p.m. Friday on Bowditch Street. A caller reported a man approached him and asked if he wanted hot top for his driveway. An officer checked the area, but couldn’t find the man.

Suspicious activity was reported at 1:15 p.m. Friday at Main and Foster streets. A passing motorist reported a man who appeared to have a rifle under his jacket was crossing the street. Police checked the area, but couldn’t find the man. 

A disturbance was reported at 3:12 a.m. Saturday at 2 Grant St. A caller reported people were arguing in the street. Police responded and reported there was no sign of a disturbance.

Theft 

A report of a stolen motor vehicle at 8:23 p.m. Thursday at Bancroft & Co. at 210B Andover St. A caller reported his car was stolen from the parking lot, but then remembered that he had used valet parking. 

A report of a larceny at 9:02 a.m. Friday at Tannery Apartments at 50 Warren St. A caller reported a stolen package from Amazon. 

A larceny was reported at 9:34 a.m. Friday at Extended Stay America at 200 Jubilee Drive. A caller reported she dropped her wallet off at the hotel and came to find it missing. There was $200 inside. 

A caller reported two people were kayaking at 12:56 p.m. Friday at Spring Pond on Lynn Street. Police spoke with the two men and they left the area.

A report of a stolen bicycle at 5:54 p.m. Friday at McDonald’s at 133 Main St. 

Vandalism 

A report of vandalism to a car at 9:05 a.m. Friday at 17 Keys Drive. A caller reported food was thrown at the car overnight.
