Arrests 

Fitzgerald Cadeau, 27, of 7 Pine St., Malden, was arrested and charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and removing/altering a motor vehicle VIN number at 6:53 p.m. Monday. 

Santina Lewey, 35, was arrested and charged with trespassing at 4:25 p.m. Monday. 

Nicole McCarthy, 29, of 12 Pope St., Salem, was arrested and charged with trespassing at 4:14 p.m. Monday. 

Zaul Merida, 21, of 9 Mansfield Place, was arrested and charged with larceny from a person and on a warrant charge of unarmed robbery at 10:57 a.m. Monday. 

Derrick Poe, 34, of 46 Mall St., was arrested on warrant charges of Class B drug possession, receiving stolen property, trespassing, disorderly conduct, leaving the scene of personal injury, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 7:48 p.m. Monday.

Assaults 

A report of an assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 8:17 p.m. Monday at Adams and Chestnut streets. 

A report of an assault at 1:05 a.m. Tuesday on Neptune Boulevard.

Alarms 

Security company canceled the burglar alarm on Monday at 11:41 a.m. at 26 Locksley Road.

A 911 call was received from 2 Lander Road on Monday at 12:45 p.m. Officer reports a 9-year-old boy was upset and all is OK. 

Complaints 

Report of malicious destruction of property reported at the Yard House at 340 Market St. on Sunday at 2:05 p.m. No details provided.

Malicious destruction of property was reported at 477 Main St. on Sunday at 10 p.m. 

Kings Entertainment at 510 Market St. reports malicious destruction of property on Monday at 5:30 p.m. No details provided.

Medical Aid 

Medical aid requested at the Yard House at 340 Market St. for a customer who has an allergic reaction on Sunday at 7:39 p.m. Patient was taken to the hospital.

Request for an ambulance on Monday at 9:08 a.m. at 18 Canterbury Road. Patient taken to Melrose-Wakefield Hospital.

Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St. requested an ambulance for an elderly woman who does not feel well on Monday at 4:56 p.m. Patient was taken to the hospital.

Medical aid requested from 11 East Huckleberry Road for a 74-year-old woman who fell on Monday at 7:35 p.m. Patient was taken to the hospital.

Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St. dialed 911 for a resident not feeling well and whose head hurts on Tuesday at 12:26 a.m. Patient taken to Melrose-Wakefield Hospital.

A walk-in reported a motor vehicle theft near Roosevelt Avenue at 12:14 p.m. on Monday.

A caller reported credit card fraud at 2:24 p.m. on Monday.

A caller reported a scam call at 2:43 p.m. on Monday.

A caller reported a wire down with a compromised pole at Lee and Gregory streets at 4:55 p.m. on Monday.

A caller reported glass was thrown over her fence on Beacon Street at 5:42 p.m. on Monday.

A caller reported kids on bikes in traffic near Atlantic Avenue and Hawkes Street at 6:42 p.m. on Monday.

A caller reported a loud humming noise on Pleasant Street at 10:09 p.m. on Monday.

Complaints

A caller reported an unwanted male in a room at the Avalon Motel, 1529 Broadway, at 9:44 a.m. on Monday. Responding officers removed the unwanted male from the room.

A caller reported at 6:33 p.m. on Monday that she was assaulted by her boss earlier that afternoon. Responding officers reported they spoke with all parties involved.

A caller reported a disturbance between a male and a female in a black sedan at 7 Eleven, 32 Hamilton St., at 11:52 p.m. on Monday. Responding officers reported all parties were gone on arrival.

Vandalism

A caller reported at 4:43 p.m. on Monday that the tires on her car were slashed near Brookdale Arms, 333 Central St., the night before. The HOA representative reviewed camera footage in an attempt to identify a suspect.
