Arrests 

Moises Garcia, of 21 Shepard St., Apt. 4, was arrested on a warrant charge of OUI liquor second offense at 10:56 p.m. Saturday.

Donald Guins, 51, was arrested on warrant charges of disorderly conduct and trespassing at 11:11 p.m. Friday. 

Luis Lopez, 36, of 15 Mount Pleasant St., was arrested and charged with OUI liquor second offense, alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle at 11:31 p.m. Friday. 

Maria Perez-Luciano, 18, of 22 Newhall St., was arrested and charged with motor vehicle breaking and entering with theft and attempt to commit a crime at 4:36 a.m. Sunday. 

Bryan Rocci, 35, of 88 Cedar St., Everett, was arrested and charged with daytime breaking and entering for a felony, disorderly conduct, trespassing, malicious wanton property defacement and on warrant charges of two counts of assault and battery on a person 60-plus and/or disabled, assault and battery, and attempt to commit a crime at 11:16 a.m. Saturday.

MARBLEHEAD 

Arrests 

Jennifer Holmes, 51, of 11 Emerson Road, Winthrop, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation at 10:50 p.m. Friday. 

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 2:19 p.m. Friday at Santry Road and West Shore Drive; at 2:39 p.m. Friday on Maple Street; at 6:15 p.m. Friday at Pleasant and Smith streets; at 5:39 p.m. Saturday at Rowland and Prospect streets. One driver was cited for passing on the same side of the road.  

Assaults 

A report of an assault at Riptide Lounge on Pleasant Street at 1:04 a.m. Sunday. The assault reportedly occurred in the bathroom. 

Complaints 

The assistant director of a school on Wyman Road told police at 12:14 p.m. Friday a parent reported hearing a rumor of a fight at Seaside Park after school. Police were advised to monitor the area. 

A report of a tree down at 4:30 p.m. Friday on Evans Road. A caller reported a large tree came down and struck her roof, sun porch and garage. She thought the tree belonged to her neighbor. No one was hurt, but there was structural damage. 

A report of two women fighting at 10:33 p.m. Friday at Pleasant and Washington streets. A caller reported two women fighting in the street and holding up traffic. The caller said one of the women was screaming. One woman was taken to Salem Hospital for minor facial injuries from an assault. 

A report of suspicious activity at 11:44 p.m. Saturday on Wyman Road. A caller reported youths in the grandstands. They fled into the woods when an officer approached them. 

PEABODY 

Arrest

Andrea M. Jackson, 40, of 33 Howard St., Lynn, was arrested on warrants from Lynn and Salem district courts following a well-being check requested for a woman napping at McDonalds Restaurant at 133 Main St. on Thursday at 3:29 p.m. 

Summons

Analisa Morales, 18, of 23 Kerwin St., Dorchester, was summoned for shoplifting at Macy’s at the Northshore Mall on Thursday at 6:08 p.m. Mall security reported she was one of two shoplifters being detained who are trying to bite the officers. 

Zakiya Lomax, 18, of 12 Dell Ave., Boston, was summoned for shoplifting at Macy’s at the Northshore Mall on Thursday at 6:08 p.m. Mall security she was one of two shoplifters being detained who are trying to bite the officers.

Dennis J. Landry Jr., 42, of 15 Dodge St., Beverly, was summoned for motor vehicle theft after a report from Hertz Vehicles at 108 Newbury St. that a white 2018 Nissan Titan with Florida plate LLJK29 was stolen on Friday at 10:24 p.m. 

Accidents 

Detail officer reports a motor vehicle crash at Descenza Jewelers at 161 Andover St. on Friday at 10:25 p.m. Officer reports no injuries, no tows, and officer will document the crash.

Report of a motor vehicle crash at Sprint Spectrum at 232 Andover St. on Friday at 10:28 p.m. No tows, officer will document the crash.

Officer reports a motor vehicle crash at 415 Lowell and 30 Baldwin streets on Friday at 2:12 p.m. One vehicle was towed by Four-Star Towing. Officer will document. 

Animal Control

Report of a dog left outside without shelter at 3 Manuel Drive on Friday at 9:22 a.m. Dog is unlicensed and there’s no information on the owner. The resident was advised of the leash laws and given an application for a dog license. Animal control officer reports Misty, the 6-year-old female Samoyed, is vaccinated against rabies.

Complaints

Employee from Barnes & Noble at the Northshore Mall reportedly received an anonymous call saying a man is en route to the store with a firearm on Thursday at 4:53 p.m. He is described as wearing a brown knit hat. Mall security contacted.

Officer reports a tree branch on Wright Street on Thursday at 8:34 p.m. Officer removed branch from the road. The Department of Public Works was contacted. 

Caller reported a tree branch pulled wires down on Nelson Road on Friday at 7:23 a.m. and are blocking the road. The Department of Public Works will notify forestry and electric utility, and the power service has been removed from 18 Nelson Road. Peabody Municipal Light Plant on scene.

Disabled trash truck reported on Friday at 7:43 a.m. on the ramp at Route 128 at 310 Lowell St. The Massachusetts State Police has ramp shut down and Lynnfield officer will be standing by for the trash truck’s wrecker. G&J Towing removing the vehicle.

Report of two motor vehicles without plates at 18 Calumet St. on Friday at 10:43 a.m. Officer issued two 15-day notice of removal stickers on two unregistered vehicles on the property.

Caller reports two parties arguing, one on foot, the other is in a dark colored SUV on Friday at 10:58 a.m. on Cedar Grove Avenue. Officer reports the two are upset over a funeral. They were sent on their ways.

Report of a man walking down the middle of Allens Lane without shoes on Friday at 11:11 a.m. Officer reports person is in the front lobby trying to recover property.

Report of a downed tree at 10 Ray St. on Friday at 11:24 a.m. Officer reports a large tree limb fell on the property, no visible damage or hazard at this time. The Department of Public Works was contacted and they will notify the  Forestry Department.

Officers preserving the peace at 30 Connolly Terrace while Mr. Neves gathered belongings on Friday at 11:57 a.m. The property was at the station and he was taken to the station to pick up his property. The officer brought Mr. Neves back to Connolly Terrace to retrieve the rest of his property.

Arrest

Mario Amado, 30, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise at 4:10 p.m. Friday.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 6:16 p.m. Friday at 990 Paradise Road.

A report of suspicious activity at 3:03 p.m. Saturday at 99 Windsor Ave.
