Jesus Florentino, 27, of 14 Deer Park, was arrested and charged with distribution of a class A drug at 12:25 p.m. on Friday.

Dustin Holmes, 30, of 20 Peach St., was arrested on warrant charges of larceny over $1,200, two counts of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, motor vehicle operator refusing to identify self, exhibiting another’s license, number plate violation, failure to wear seatbelt, possession of a class A drug, failure to stop or yield, shoplifting by asportation and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 10:10 a.m. on Friday.

Annie Peterson, was arrested on warrant charges of leaving the scene of property damage and juror failure to attend at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Kyana Peterson, 32, of 16 Lewis St., was arrested on a warrant charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and a straight warrant at 3:08 p.m. on Thursday.

Motor vehicle crash into a pole reported by several callers on Wednesday at 9:44 p.m. at 550 Summer St. Officer reports one person taken to the Lahey Hospital & Medical Center in Burlington. 


Accidental burglar alarm sounded at Lynnfield High Schoolat 275 Essex St. on Wednesday at 12:24 p.m. Officer reports the custodian was notified. Alarm went off again at 2:45 p.m.

A 911 hangup call was received from 404 Summer St. on Wednesday at 8:26 p.m. The silent 911 call from a telephone pinged to that address. Officers checked the house and the other homes on the street and unable to locate the caller.

Burglar alarm reported by a caller from 1414 Main St. on Thursday at 10:19 a.m. Resident said there was an open door that had been locked previously. Officer reports all is secure.

Security company canceled a burglar alarm at 6 Melody Lane on Thursday at 10:29 a.m. 

Suspicious motor vehicle reported on Thursday at 1:54 p.m. on Ivanhoe Drive. Officer reports all is OK.

Caller from South Broadway reported construction going on after hours on Thursday at 6:32 p.m. Officer could not find any work going on. 

Security company reports  commercial burglar alarm for glass break at Victoria’s Secret at 600 Market St. on Friday at 3:26 a.m. Officer reports no glass break and everything is OK. 

A 911 and office calls for downed tree in front of Summer

Street School on Friday at 4:20 a.m. Officers pulled tree out of the road and waited for the Department of Public Works. They arrived and removed tree.


Caller from the Meeting House at 617 Main St. reported kids playing on the Common on Wednesday at 2:51 p.m. Officer checked and everything is OK.

Juvenile offenses reported on South Common Street on Wednesday at 6:59 p.m. No details provided. 

Caller reported a small, white SUV operating on the wrong side of Center Court and pulled into a lot on Wednesday at 9:35 p.m. Officer reports no vehicles in the parking lot.

Ambulance requested at 804 Essex Village on Wednesday at 8:55 a.m. Patient taken to Beverly Hospital.

Medical assistance requested at Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St., Apt. 308 on Wednesday at 11:11 a.m. Patient taken to Winchester Hospital.

Ambulance requested from Calvary Temple at 47 Grove St. on Wednesday at 11:55 a.m. Patient taken to Lahey Hospital & Medical Center in Peabody.

Resident of 12 Hutchins Circle refused an ambulance on Wednesday at 12:22 from the Lynnfield Fire Department. 

Ambulance requested at 370 Main St. on Wednesday at 1:24 p.m. Patient taken to Lahey Hospital & Medical Center in Burlington.

Ambulance requested by Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St., Apt. 229 on Wednesday at 6:10 p.m. Patient taken to Winchester Hospital. Patient taken to Melrose/Wakefield Hospital

Medical aid requested at 20 Parkwood Road on Wednesday at 6:15 p.m. Patient taken to Salem Hospital. 

Medical aid requested at 1 Suntaug St. on Thursday at 10:31 a.m. Lynnfield Fire Department responded and took the patient to Salem Hospital.



A walk-in reported at 9:44 a.m. on Thursday that her 13-year-old daughter refused to get out of bed and go to school. The school resource officer went with her to their Vine Street home.

A caller reported further damage to the park on Wyman Road at 1:12 p.m. on Thursday.

A caller reported at 1:31 p.m. on Thursday that her displays on Atlantic Avenue were vandalized again. She stated she didn’t replace the floral display out front because she knew it would likely get damaged again. She stated the trees in pots on the side of the building were tipped over three days in a row. She was advised on different security cameras she could purchase. She asked for patrols to keep an eye on the area.

A caller reported at 2:24 p.m. on Thursday that her husband blocked her phone number and she had no idea where he was.

A caller reported at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday that someone in Texas purchased a $1,400 computer using her info.

A caller reported at 7:26 p.m. on Thursday that a car was on the wrong side of the road near Pleasant Street and Bessom Street and was going at traffic. They stated the driver would also slam their brakes and stop while there was no one in front of them. Responding officers located the described car and erratic operator.

A caller reported a tree limb down in the middle of the road near Humphrey Street and Tedesco Street at 4:53 a.m. on Friday; a large tree limb hanging on electrical wires on Euclid Avenue at 7:02 a.m. on Friday.


Animal Control

Brooksby Village advocate for a 94-year-old resident at 100 Brooksby Village Drive, Spt. 316 reports the woman had to take in her late son’s dog and is unable to care for her on Thursday at 8:35 a.m. Advocate has called several shelters and rescue organizations but she has not had any

luck. Dog has all vet records, is UTD, and is licensed. Woman’s daughter is flying in to assist her mother. Faxed release form to advocate’s attention. I directed her to instruct the daughter to take the signed release and the dog to Borash Veterinary Clinic who have been advised of surrender and hold for the animal control officer. Notified several agencies that dog needs to be placed ASAP.

MSPCA requesting well-being check of a reptile at 282 Washington St., Apt. 2 on Thursday at 12:41 p.m. Officer reports no one home on either side of duplex. Notices left for residents of both units.


Caller from 40 Northend St. reports her father hired a paving company to fill in some holes but they paved the whole area and are demanding payment on Wednesday at 3:54 p.m. Officer pavers left the area and the party will call back if they return.

Report of three kids on bikes causing a problem behind Ulta Beauty at 210 Andover St. by slamming shopping carts in the building on Wednesday at 4:04 p.m. Officer checked the area and could not locate teens. 

Reports an 18-wheeler on fire and may explode at Northeast Nursery at 6 Dearborn Road on Wednesday at 4:15 p.m. Officers arrived and said no flames showing and the fire had been extinguished. Minor damage to the vehicle, no damage to the building. The business will arrange for the vehicle to be moved.

Road rage incident reported near Five Guys on Wednesday at 6:12 p.m. Officer reports the vehicle was gone upon arrival.
