Deven M. Worrall, 22, of 6770 Congress Ave., Apt. 211, Boca Raton, Fla., was arrested on two warrants on Saturday at 9:44 p.m. following a report of a fight on Wheeler Street. In the first warrant, he is charged with destruction of property over $1,200, witness, juror, police, or court official intimidation, and assault and battery on family/household member. The second warrant charges him with operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle, and number plate violation to conceal identification. Sanford, Maine, Police Department confirmed warrant, and will extradite him.
