Marcilei DaSilva, 43, of 42 Joyce St., Lynn, was summoned on Monday at 1:14 a.m. following a motor vehicle complaint at 782 Salem St. and 505 Broadway, and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation.

Police received a call over the North Tactical radio of a hit and run crash in Salem with plates belonging to a Lynnfield resident on Friday at 5:27 a.m. Also received a call from the Lynn Police Department about the same vehicle. Officer dispatched to the address that corresponds with the plates to investigate. Lynn police called later to say the vehicle in question has broken down in their city.
Lynnfield police assisted the Wakefield Police Department at a call to the Boston Sports Club at 425 Walnut St. on Friday at 8 a.m. No details provided.

A caller reported her planter was shattered in front of her Atlantic Avenue store at 12:32 p.m. Sunday.
A caller reported a wasp nest near his door and the wasps were going under the shingles at 2:20 p.m. Sunday on Ellen Road. He noticed that some of them had gone into his house and relayed that he would call a pest removal service.
A report of a water rescue at 2:28 p.m. Sunday on Ocean Avenue. Police reported the man was far out, but looked fine and was doing the backstroke. A caller had reported the man might have gone under but the harbormaster later said the person was out of the water.
PEABODY
Arrest
Derek M. Maneiro, 37, of 60 Washington St., was arrested on Saturday at 1:23 a.m. following a report of a disturbance at Gregory’s Lounge at 40 Walnut St. Caller said a man with a knife was banging on the door. Caller described the male as in his 30s with shorts and a T-shirt with hoodie. Officer requested another unit for a combative man. He was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, OUI liquor, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Motor vehicle crash involving a police cruiser was reported at Get Paint Supplies at 515 Lowell St. on Friday at 9:16 p.m. Officer reports cruiser was rear ended, no injuries or tows. Operator was issued a written warning for failure to use care in stopping.
Report of a motor vehicle crash on Friday at 11:19 p.m. at the Beauty Parlor at 97 Central St. Officer reports Atlantic Ambulance en route to check on two minor passengers.
Animal Control
Caller from Scott Drive reports two black and white dogs running loose on Saturday at 12:47 p.m. Animal control officer spoke with two women in the area and was told the owner located the dogs.
Resident of 16 Tammie Lane reports a missing small, brown Norfolk terrier named Seamus escaped on Saturday at 3:36 p.m.

Caller from 84 Walnut St. Apt. 3 reports someone is in his apartment and no one should be there on Friday at 4:54 p.m. When he turns the key in the lock, someone unlocks the door from the inside. Officer checked the apartment and no one was inside.
Child’s bike was stolen at Emerson Park at 27 Perkins St. on Friday at 5:35 p.m. Caller said his blue and yellow Enduro mountain bike was stolen at 5 p.m. from the park while he was playing baseball. A witness told the officer she saw two black girls and one black boy steal the bike during the practice. Parties were in their teens. Officer will check the area.
Andy’s Walnut Mart at 36 Walnut St. reports a disturbance on Friday at 7:35 p.m. Caller said a man was screaming at a woman and will not let her leave the spot. Officer reports misunderstanding between customer and employee, all in order.
Man reported issues he is having at the Group Home at 16 Myles Road on Friday at 7:11 p.m. Officer spoke to the man who said he was unhappy about the hygiene of another resident.
Fight between two youths reported on Friday at 9:10 p.m. at McVann O’Keefe Rink at 511 Lowell St. Officer reports parent is on scene and all worked out, and officer will document, both refused medical attention.
Caller states a white man wearing jeans and a flannel hoodie walking down Aborn Street toward Sutton Street who appeared to be looking into vehicles and trying to open car doors on Saturday at 12:36 a.m. Officers checked the area and surrounding neighborhoods and nothing found.
Medical Aid
Possible Percocet overdose reported on Friday at 10:23 p.m. at 115 Lowell St., Apt. 7. Units on arrival report patient gasping and unresponsive. Patient taken to Salem Hospital.

Accident
Police responded to 911 calls about a motor vehicle accident with injury at Route 1 and Essex Street on Sunday at 4:18 a.m. The driver fled on foot and State Police canine unit assisted in apprehending the driver.
