Breaking and Entering
A report of a breaking and entering at 2:44 p.m. Saturday on Lincoln Park. A caller reported she returned to her residence to find damage to a bulkhead door. She said the frame of the bulkhead had the deadbolts pulled from the wall and the door was open. She wasn’t sure when it happened, but heard a noise the previous night that she thought was from a skunk caught in a barrel. Police reported the damage appeared to be from a forced break-in.
A dog was reportedly hit by a car at 11:37 a.m. Friday on Atlantic Avenue. A man grabbed the dog and took it to Atlantic Vet.
Four kids were reportedly riding bikes in and out of traffic at 4:57 p.m. Friday on Leggs Hill Road.
A report of suspicious activity at 7:43 p.m. Friday on Ticehurst Lane. A caller reported she saw a man on her front deck when she was pulling into her driveway. An officer reported the man was soliciting for Environmental Massachusetts. The caller was afraid the man was trying to break into her house.
Suspicious activity was reported at 9:51 a.m. Saturday at Barnard Street and Atlantic Avenue. A caller reported a man asked him if he was on Atlantic Avenue, and then later saw the man checking door handles of cars. Police reported the man said he was with a group from the AMC and they were doing a three-hour hike around town. He said he was walking up and down the street to stay warm.
A caller reported she heard what she thought was an explosion or a gunshot at 6:59 p.m. Saturday at Lattimer and Green streets. Police checked the area and reported the call was unfounded.
A report of vandalism at 1:36 a.m. Saturday on Creesy Street. A caller reported the back window of her car was smashed.
A report of road rage at 3:52 p.m. Thursday at Nahant Fish and Lobster. Police reported the incident happened on Lynn Shore Drive.
A report of suspicious activity at 1:57 a.m. Friday on Flash Road. A caller reported he woke up to an unknown older man standing in front of him in his house. He said the man left after he confronted him. Police reported the man was taken back to Jesmond Nursing Home.
Suspicious activity was reported at 1:14 p.m. Saturday on the Causeway, A caller reported a man was seen in the Long Beach parking lot exposing himself. Police couldn’t find the man.
Zabiel Arroyo, 28, of 190 Summer St., Haverhill, was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and no inspection/sticker at 10:40 a.m. Friday.

A report of a domestic disturbance at 2:37 p.m. Friday at Peabody District Court at 1 Lowell St. A caller reported someone was assaulted outside district court. A woman reportedly ran into the lobby of the courthouse. Kelli Ward, 51, was summoned for domestic assault and battery on a household/family member and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (beer bottle). The man involved applied for a restraining order at the courthouse.

Plymouth Road. A caller reported he thought he heard a short burst of shots fired. A resident told police his truck backfired.
A report of a larceny at 5:01 p.m. Thursday at Pilgrim Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center at 96 Forest St. A caller reported a watch, shoe and some clothing was stolen from a room. The person told police the items had been missing for more than a month.
A report of suspicious activity at 5:09 a.m. Friday at 15 Crowninshield St. A caller reported a woman in the lobby was trying to get into the building. The woman was taken to Salem Hospital.
