Arrests

Axel Chilel-Ramirez, 20, of 44 Trinity Ave. was arrested on Friday at 2:24 a.m. and charged with OUI, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, alcohol in an open container, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Alessandra Lograsso, 34, of 75 Silsbee St. was arrested on Thursday at 10:43 a.m. and charged with assault and battery in the presence of a police officer and disorderly conduct. 

Angel Mas, 37, of 121 North Common St. was arrested on Thursday at 12:28 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and lights violation. 

Japhal Perez, of 100 Willow St. was arrested on Thursday at 1:47 p.m. and charged with resisting arrest, breaking and entering at nighttime for a felony, freceivgn stolen property, and trespassing. 

Chansavong Y, 26, of  65 Henry Ave. was arrested on Friday at 1:03 a.m. and charged with malicious damage to a motor vehicle.

Accidents

Report of a motor vehicle crash on Thursday at 6:48 a.m. at Broadway and Jenness Street.
Motor vehicle crash reported at Andrew and Market streets on Thursday at 12:01 p.m.
Caller reported a motor vehicle crash on Thursday at 2 p.m.at 186 Chestnut St.

Accidents

Two-car motor vehicle crash reported on Thursday at 1:02 p.m. on Atlantic Avenue. Officer reports no injuries.

Complaints

Central Fire received a call to check on gas leaking from their motor vehicle in their driveway at 5 Barnard Hawkes Court on Thursday at 12:20 p.m. Firefighter reports the leak was minor.

Resident of Countryside Lane reported personal information was compromised two days ago by a scam caller pretending to be from Apple.com on Thursday at 12:45 p.m. 

Walk-in reported two pavement trucks that took an improper

turn at the lights and almost caused an accident at Humprhey and Maple streets on Thursday at 1:20 p.m. .

Woman from Farrell Court, Apt. 20, reports she came home to discover her couch was missing on Thursday at 3:07 p.m. 

Officer spoke to resident who spoke to Housing Authority who said they will talk to the resident. He asked that the officer stand by while staff speaks to the tenant.

Caller from Carlton Road reports a group of kids that live in the area are ringing and running on Thursday at 4:59 p.m. She is ill and elderly and it takes her a few minutes to get to the door, and then they run off. It has happened three times this afternoon and she is getting frustrated with it.

Arrests

Etiene S. Souza, 39, of 4 Oakland St., Apt. 1 was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. at Petes’ A Place at 19a Central St. for operating an uninsured, unregistered motor vehicle without a license.

Sarah Bartlett, 36, of 73 Wall St. Apt. 3, Worcester was arrested in the police station on Allens Lane on an outstanding warrant from Haverhill District Court on Thursday at 11:34 a.m. for possession of controlled substances near a school, public park or playground and shoplifting.  

Accidents 

Received a report of a motor vehicle crash with airbag deployment at 17 Aborn and 2 Sutton streets on Wednesday at 5:04 p.m. Officer reports one operator was issued a ticket for failure to yield and one vehicle was towed.

Motor vehicle crash reported on the ramp at Newbury Street on Wednesday at 6:38 p.m. Officer reports paperwork was exchanged prior to police arrival.

Caller reported a minor motor vehicle crash at Petco Superstore on Andover Street. on Wednesday at 6:41 p.m Officer reports there were no injuries. Parties exchanged information and no further assistance was needed. 

Report of a motor vehicle crash on Wednesday at 7:22 p.m. at 91 Lynn and 2 County streets. Officer reports one vehicle was towed and one operator was taken to the hospital by Atlantic Ambulance.

Animal Control 

Report of a gray cat struck by a motor vehicle on Thursday at 5:34 a.m. at 17 Lynnfield St. Caller reports the cat can walk and a woman at that address will take the animal to the veterinarian.

Complaints

Caller reports several metal objects blowing up on Sutton Street from a construction site on Wednesday at 3:04 p.m.

Officer reports debris removed from the road by the workers.

Suspicious man with a tan complexion and beard wearing a “Power” jacket and shorts walking down Birch Street towards the school,going door-to-door on Wednesday at 5:53 p.m. Officer reports the call was unfounded. 

Tree limb reported down and partially blocking the street. at 1 Aderene Road on Wednesday at 7:59 p.m. Officer reports the street is passable and the Department of Public Works has sent a crew for clean up.

Upstairs neighbors at 5323 Crane Brook Way are arguing loudly on Thursday at 1:20 p.m. Officer reports there was no argument, the parties were just have a loud discussion.

Officer reported a tree branch from Leather City Commons on Sawyer Street is overhanging the sidewalk and the street on Thursday at 1:29 a.m.The Department of Public Works has been contacted. 

Prattville Machine at 240 Jubilee Drive reported damage to their lawn after a truck parked on it and fled the scene on Thursday at 8:55 a.m. Officer reports owner will examine surveillance video.

An 11-year-old caller reports a group of kids were outside 17 Ellsworth Road, making threats on Thursday at 2:54 p.m. Officer will document.

SAUGUS

Complaints

An Altamount Avenue 911 caller reported on Thursday at 4:06 p.m. she was having issues with her housemates and asked for an officer to respond. Officers determined the disagreement was verbal only.

A Broadway Dunkin’ Donuts called police Thursday at 5:04 p.m. to report an argument with another employee. Police report peace restored. 

A Lincoln Avenue resident complained to police on Thursday at 5:14 p.m. that a Revere resident comes to his garden and picks flowers. Police were unable to find the Revere woman. 

Accidents

A report of a hit and run accident at Kelly’s Roast Beef on Founders Way on Thursday at 7:38 p.m.

Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident with property damage at the Holiday Inn Express on Friday at 1:37 a.m. Responding officers found a vehicle that had collided with a pole. No operator was present.
