A Washington Street caller complained about a neighbor who plays guitar loudly all day at 1:24 p.m. Friday. The caller wanted to know about noise ordinances during the day because it was absurdly loud and the houses are 10 feet apart from each other. The caller said the loud noise sometimes forces him to leave his home and work remotely.
A caller reported when she was walking her dog, they were almost struck by a speeding yellow Mini Cooper at 8:32 p.m. Friday on Cloutmans Lane. After she talked to the driver, the car reportedly took off at a high rate of speed.
A caller reported his car was damaged by his neighbor after a dispute over parking at 9:17 p.m. Friday at High and Pearl streets.
Overdose

Overdose
