A caller reported at 10:14 a.m. on Thursday that the sidewalks on Washington Street were blocked again by a shop owner. She stated she was upset and wanted law enforcement there.
A caller reported at 12:45 p.m. on Thursday and said that, overnight, someone sprayed his Seaview Avenue home with a skunk smell. He stated the smell was overwhelming. Responding officers reported a skunk actually sprayed the house.
A caller reported at 4:03 p.m. on Thursday that the lights at Ocean Avenue and Pleasant Street weren’t cycling and traffic was backed up. Responding officers observed the light cycles and reported they were operating correctly.
