Caller reported vehicles parked on Elmwood Road making it difficult to see onto Summer Street on Tuesday at 9:49 a.m. Officer reports one vehicle moved.
Homeowner from Greenmeadow Drive reported a neighbor is cutting down trees on Tuesday at 5:21 p.m. and she believes are in a marsh area. Officer spoke with resident and he is cutting branches that are hanging over his property.
Disabled auto was reported on Bluejay Road on Tuesday at 7:26 p.m. Officer could not locate any vehicle fitting that description.
Suspicious group reported on Tuesday at 8:29 p.m. in the woods at Newhall Park on Oak Street. Officer reports the group was advised they were trespassing.
Medical Aid
Well-being check requested at 822 Summer St. for a man at the Senior Center who appears confused on Tuesday at 10:47 a.m. Officer reports there’s no car in the driveway, the front door is open and entered to check on residents. No one at home. Officer checked the area and a be on the lookout was issued. The man is now at home. He said he left the center to do errands.

A caller reported at 8:01 a.m. on Tuesday that she was turning from the access road on to Village Street when a car came flying down the street and almost hit her. She stated the woman driving it stopped and began harassing her.
A caller reported at 12:03 p.m. on Tuesday that she was driving behind a car on Bessom Street that was going all over the road and was in the wrong lane. Responding officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
A walk-in reported at 12:58 p.m. on Tuesday that he got a scam call from someone claiming to be from Social Security; a caller reported the scam call at 4:20 p.m. on Tuesday.
A caller reported a box of glass in the middle of Village Street and West Shore Drive at 3:14 p.m. on Tuesday. Responding officers reported they didn’t find the box.
A caller reported at 4:43 p.m. on Tuesday that someone broke glass in a driveway on Broughton Road for the second time. She stated she heard the glass break but didn’t see anyone. Responding officers arrived and helped clean up the mess.
A caller reported at 2:09 a.m. on Wednesday that a friend was sending her videos of him destroying her property. She stated she was an hour away.

Arrests
Nevin J. Guarino, 33, of 30 Bartholomew St., was arrested on Monday at 7:23 p.m. on a warrant at police headquarters on Allens Lane and served a restraining order.
Lila Beth Burton, 39, of 24 Sextant Circle, Apt. 1, Quincy, was arrested on an outstanding warrant on Monday at 9:13 p.m. following a report of a woman sleeping behind the wheel with the car running by the railroad tracks on the Chestnut Street Extension.
Peter Gallo, 38, of 10 Hoover Ave., was arrested on a warrant at his home on Monday at 9:48 p.m. Officer reports the Department of Children and Families were also on scene.
Courtney Avery, 26, of 38 Woodland Ave. South, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for shoplifting from Lynn District Court on Tuesday at 10:02 at Plaza Motel, 125 Newbury St. She is also charged with being a fugitive from justice for an outstanding warrant from New Hampshire for heroin possession.

Adelson Vieira, 44, of 9 Knowlton Square, Gloucester, was summoned on Tuesday at 9:03 a.m. following a traffic stop at the Auto Mall at 218 Andover St. for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Car towed by Mallias Towing.
The unnamed operator of Massachusetts license plate 7AK836 was summoned for unlicensed operation of motor vehicle and marked lanes violation on Tuesday at 11:22 a.m. following a motor vehicle stop at 85 Andover St. and 6 Esquare Drive.

Motor vehicle crash was reported at 300 Andover St. on Monday at 8:55 p.m. without injuries. Officer reports the vehicles were gone upon police arrival.

Caller reported a lost dog with a collar but no tags at 16 Bartholomew Terrace on Monday at 11:47 p.m. Officer took the animal to Borash Veterinary Clinic where it was placed in a safe and secure kennel.
Deceased raccoon reported at 413 Lowell St. on Tuesday at 9:55 a.m. in road. The Department of Public Works notified.
Report of a deceased, large, orange tabby cat at 24 St. Anns Ave. on Tuesday at 10:46 a.m. The cat is wearing a light gray flea collar. Animal was taken to Borash Veterinary Clinic for a seven-day hold.

Caller in an electric black Hyundai reported being disabled at Lynnfield Street and Honey Lane on Monday at 5:24 p.m. Operator called AAA but her vehicle is causing a traffic issue in the middle of the road. Officer pushed the vehicle into Honey Lane and will stand by for the tow.
Two shoplifters were barred from Macy’s Mens and Furniture store at the Northshore Mall at 210 Andover St. for one year on Monday at 5:57 p.m. for refusing to answer questions. Parties were picked up by adults.
Anonymous caller reported a verbal domestic disturbance between three people inside lot 33 at the Mobile Estates at 286 Newbury St. on Monday at 8:01 p.m. Officer reports one party will spend the night at her boyfriend’s house.
Report of a disturbance between two men at 43 Chestnut St. on Monday at 8:30 p.m. Officer checked the area and failed to find anyone fighting.
