Accidents
A caller reported at 2:40 p.m. on Monday that a car hit a parked bus on Turner Road. No injuries were reported.
Complaints
A caller reported at 10:41 a.m. on Monday that a construction truck was parked on Front Street in a way that a fire truck wouldn’t be able to get through. Responding officers reported the vehicle was gone on arrival.
A walk-in reported at 1:57 p.m. on Monday that people have been pulling up part of the steps on Wyman Road to gain access to the grandstand. He stated it appears someone also painted one of the memorial benches and stole the plaque of another one.
A caller reported three kids were “doing wheelies and someone was going to get killed” on Pleasant Street at 5:37 p.m. on Monday. Responding officers spoke with the kids and advised them against doing that.
A caller reported at 8:03 p.m. on Monday that he was bitten by a mosquito and wanted to know if the dispatcher thought he was going to die. He stated he washed his face and put cream on it. The dispatcher advised him he could send medical services, but he declined. He was told there we no known cases of EEE in Marblehead, but the caller said the dispatcher isn’t a doctor so he couldn’t say whether or not he was infected. He stated he would call back if he needed any services.
A caller reported a man possibly sleeping in a large white truck on Locust Street at 2:37 a.m. on Tuesday. Responding officers reported it was a National Grid truck.
A walk-in reported at 7:36 a.m. on Tuesday that the grandstand on Wyman Road was damaged.

Kenyeda Nnadi, 45, of 110 Pleasant St., Apt. 112, Lynn, was summoned on Monday at 10:53 a.m. following a motor vehicle stop at McDonald’s Restaurant on Main Street for operating an uninsured motor vehicle with a revoked registration, and no sticker. Vehicle towed by Arrington Tow.
Andressa Oliveira, 34, was summoned following a motor vehicle stop at 116 Washington St. on Monday at 3:07 p.m. for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Hit and run crash reported on Sunday at 1:29 a.m. at the Higgins Middle School at 85 Perkins St. Parent backed into a car and left without notifying the owner.

Resident of 7 Peterson Road reported a neighbor from Worcester Road is harassing her about her three dogs on Monday at 10:38 a.m. Animal control officer reports the office has not received any complaints about excessive barking and animal control does not get involved in harassment cases and she should call police.
Report of a dog barking for the past several hours on James Street on Monday at 6:21 p.m. Animal control officer reports multiple dogs barking inside the home at no. 19 but none of the pets were outside and no one was home.

Loud music from a party reported at 4 Mulberry Drive on Sunday at 3:45 p.m. Officer spoke with the reporting party and after further discussion it was determined the noise was not unreasonable.

Caller from 8 Driscoll St. reported a man operating a motor vehicle with Massachusetts license plate CC7OAP followed the reporting party to his home and tried to fight him on Sunday at 4:43 p.m. Officer reports the suspect is no longer in the area but police should be aware of the suspect’s behavior.
Police report they spoke to Cynthia at Dunkin’ Donuts at 527 Lowell St. and told her not to go into people’s driveways or homes without permission on Sunday 4:51 p.m. She told police she was searching for a friend from Facebook.
Complaint about a large gathering at one the headstones in the new section of Cedar Grove Cemetery on Cedar Grove Avenue on Sunday at 5:08 p.m. Officer reports it is a family gathering, not very loud and will be wrapping up at 6 p.m.
Report of a suspicious Kia on Keys Drive on Sunday at 11:30 p.m. with no plates, doors open with hazards on. Officer reports the owner left the vehicle in that condition, nothing missing, nothing out of order.
Neighbor reported loud noise and banging at 21 Caller St., Apt 307 causing debris to fall on him on Sunday at 11:36 p.m. Officer reports it’s an ongoing issue and all is quiet for now. Second call came on Monday at 1:08 a.m. Officer reports all is quiet.
