A report of a drunk man in the street at 9:43 p.m. Sunday on Pleasant Street. A caller reported his son was highly intoxicated, and was sitting in the driveway yelling and screaming. He was also reportedly running out into the street and yelling. Police spoke with both people involved and reported the issue was resolved.
A report of a noise complaint at 2:29 a.m. Monday on Mugford Street. A caller reported a neighbor was singing loudly in the area. Police found the man and reported he would quiet down. The caller called back — he was swearing and threatened to post on social media about officers allegedly bullying him and not doing their jobs. He also accused an officer of pushing him and was derogatory with the dispatcher.
A well-being check was performed at 5:51 a.m. Monday on Bessom Street because a man reportedly appeared to be lost. Police reported the man was doing laundry and pacing.
Fire
A report of a structure fire at 5:42 p.m. Sunday on Arrowhead Road. Multiple callers reported a fully engulfed garage fire. Police reported multiple propane tanks had exploded. The garage partially collapsed before the fire was knocked down. The homeowners were not home at the time and were notified.

Wael Hanna, 28, of 64 Foster St., Apt. 206, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop at 105 Lowell and 6 Crowninshield streets on Friday at 8:45 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and improper turn. Vehicle towed.
Mario R. Acosta, 61, of 30 Lafayette Park, Apt. 3, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop at the Brown Elementary School at 150 Lynn St. on Friday at 11:29 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Officer reports Todisco Tow has the vehicle.

Caller is in the 7-Eleven parking lot on Main street in a black Dodge SUV and said a gray older model Cadillac with Massachusetts license plate 1AC28 struck his vehicle and left. Officer was unable to locate any info on that plate number.

Operator of a silver Ford Explorer at St. Thomas the Apostle Church at 1 Margin St. reported 10 youths were throwing eggs and rocks at vehicles on Friday at 10:51 p.m. Police reported he confronted them, they scattered, one of the teens dropped a cell phone and the suspect came forward. Reporting party not interested in filing charges. Phone was returned to the owner.
Caller from Azorean Brothers of the Divine Holy Ghost at 20 Howley St. reported he was kicked in the testicles by a patron on Saturday at 12:31 a.m. Police reported she was asked not to return and she left without incident. Victim said he will go to Peabody District Court on Monday to take out charges.
Reports of a large piece of metal at Route 128 North and 208 Andover St. on Saturday at 8:32 a.m. The Massachusetts Highway Department was notified and they will have someone pick it up.
The manager at Dunkin’ Donuts at 527 Lowell St. reports there is a woman in a motor vehicle who appears to be passed out on Saturday at 10:04 a.m. Officers checked the lot and the vehicle left prior to their arrival.
Person walked into the station and said there’s an abandoned red Ford on Veterans Memorial Drive on Saturday at 12:51 p.m. The officer spoke with the owner who said her front right tire broke all the lug nuts on Friday. She said it will be removed by Wednesday. She said her grandson attends Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical School where the vehicle will be going for repairs.
Leasing office at 33 Keys Drive reports there is screaming and banging from Apt. 11 on Saturday at 2:14 p.m. Manager said they have a history with the residents being confrontational. Officer said the resident hit her head while cleaning the apartment. There is not an issue.
Northshore Mall security reports a customer wants to report their purse was stolen at Rack Room Shoes on Saturday at 2:50 p.m. The officer stated that the purse was found.
Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle was reported on Saturday at 5:12 p.m. at 180 Lowell St. The reporting party parked at his home last night. Left for work today and noticed his car had been gone through with $5 in change taken. Caller wanted to have suspicious activity noted in the area.
