Arrests

Earl Colby, of 82 Wyman St., was arrested on a warrant charge of possession of a Class A drug at 8:26 a.m. on Friday.

Jonathan Neves, of 326 Spring St., Farmington, was arrested on warrant charges of three counts of miscellaneous municipal ordinance violations at 8:12 a.m. on Friday.

Anthony Spagnola, 53, of 12 Belle Ave., was arrested on a warrant charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise and he was charged with shoplifting by asportation at 11:02 a.m. on Friday.

Patrick Swinson-Biffi, 22, was arrested on warrant charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, violation of a state highway signal/sign/marking, uninsured motor vehicle or trailer, unregistered motor vehicle, malicious damage to a motor vehicle, two counts of assault and battery, resisting arrest, assault with a dangerous weapon, intimidation of witness/juror/police/court official, and assault and battery on a correctional officer. He was also charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, trespassing, and assault and battery in the presence of a police officer at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday.

LYNNFIELD

Alarm 

Lynnfield Fire Department dispatched four fire trucks to the Capital One Cafe at 1200 Market St. on Friday at midnight. Defective alarm system reset. All trucks returned to headquarters.

Complaint

Caller from 8 Willowby Way reported AT&T contractors are working past the permitted time on Thursday at 5:41 p.m. Officer investigated, no details provided. 

Medical 

Ambulance requested for a person who fell at 13 Bluejay Way on Thursday at 8:09 a.m. Officer reports patient refused.


MARBLEHEAD

Accidents

A report of a pick-up truck in the Turner Road school parking lot with a gash on its side, next to a basketball pole that was knocked over at 11:08 a.m. on Thursday. A tow was requested.

A walk-in reported at 2:23 p.m. on Thursday that they witnessed a hit and run on Cottage Street.

A report of a motor vehicle crash on Maverick Street at 4:48 p.m. on Thursday. Damage to a parked car and iron railing were reported.

Complaints

A caller reported people in the cemetery walking around chanting and causing a disturbance at 8:50 p.m. on Thursday. Responding officers reported noise only coming from boats in the harbor.

Caller reported at 8:57 p.m. on Thursday that he observed a woman passed out behind the wheel of a grey Lexus on Atlantic Avenue. Responding officers found the driver and she reported she was alright but must have fallen asleep trying to rest her eyes.

Three men in a white sedan were reported being loud and possibly intoxicated at Stacey and Pickett streets at 12:55 a.m. on Friday. Responding officers reported the vehicle was gone on arrival.


PEABODY 

Summons  

Dusty Leeann Gagnon, 38, of 7 Memorial Drive was summoned following a motor vehicle crash at Kelly Volkswagen storage lot at 151 Andover St. on Wednesday at 3:01 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle with an expired license and following too close. Officer reports there were no injuries and the vehicle was towed. 

Christopher Sak, 24, of 375 Broadway, Lynnfield was summoned following a report of a man passed out behind the wheel 5 Bowditch St. and 114 Central St. for possession of a Class A substance and driving with a suspended license on Wednesday at 6:43 p.m. Vehicle was picked up by a licensed driver.

Patrick David McCaffrey, 33, of 8 Bowditch Ave. was summoned on Thursday at 1:19 pm following a motor vehicle stop at Bartholomew St. and 230 Valley Circle 

for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense. The vehicle was released to a licensed operator.

Reginaldo Becker, 51, of 92 Washington St. was summoned following a motor vehicle stop at Dunkin’ Donuts on Walnut Street on Thursday at 1:08 p.m. for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a crosswalk violation. Vehicle taken from the scene by a licensed operator. 

Silva Marcus Alves, 35, was summoned following a motor vehicle stop on Thursday at 1:25 p.m. at Dunkin’ Donuts at 3 Central St. for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Vehicle towed by Todisco Towing.

Santos Chavez, 40, was summoned following a motor vehicle stop at Dunkin’ Donuts at 3 Central St. on Thursday at 1:25 for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Accidents 

Report of a motor vehicle crash at 81 Central St. and 1 Goldberg Road on Wednesday at 4:20 p.m. Officer reports no injuries, and vehicle towed by Todisco.

Two car crash was reported at the Outback Steakhouse at 300 Andover St. on Wednesday at 5 p.m. 

Motor vehicle crash reported at 75 Central St. on Wednesday at 5:36 p.m. Officer reports no injuries and operator is arranging for their own tow.

Report of a two vehicle motor vehicle crash at the Amercian Red Cross at 85 Lowell St. on Thursday at 7:44 a.m.  No tows no injuries.

Caller reports she was involved in a motor vehicle crash at TJ Maxx at 300 Andover St. on Thursday at 12:51 at 12 p.m. The officer stated that there was no damage and the operator and they exchanged their information.

Complaints 

Caller was reporting a theft of perfume on behalf of a resident at Pilgrim Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center at 96 Forest St. on Wednesday at 3:39 p.m. Officer reports the party does not remember if she misplaced the item or lost it. 

Caller reported a man sitting by the garages at 7200 Crane Brook Way on Wednesday at 10:09 p.m. Officer reports the man was outside enjoying the weather, no issues.

Resident of 4 Silverleaf Way reports his vehicle not returned by someone he let borrow and wants to report it stolen on Wednesday at 11:57 p.m. Officer reports vehicle has been entered into the FBI’s National Crime Information Center as stolen.

Mother from 10 Holten St. concerned her son has been missing for a few hours. He is on new medications and she is worried for his well-being on Thursday at 2:29 a.m. 

Officer reports a clerk at the 7-Eleven said he thinks the subject just was in the store, bought a soda and ran down the street. He was wearing beige camo shorts, blue T-shirt and tennis shoes. Officer will check the surrounding area for the subject and be on the lookout order was issued from headquarters. Officer spoke again to 7-Eleven clerk again and showed a picture of the subject. Clerk said that’s not the boy who entered the store earlier.

Man reported sleeping on the front stairs at St. Ann’s Church at 140 Lynn St. on Thursday at 9:53 a.m. Officer re[prts the man checked out OK. 

Alliance Health at Rosewood at Johnson St., Apt. 122

resident reports $40 on Thursday at 12:57 p.m. Officer spoke to the reporting party and a $40.00 cash taken from room.

Woman walked into the station on Thursday at 2:05 p.m. to report damage to her vehicle at the Northshore Mall at 210 Andover Street. She said it appeared an unknown person kicked her vehicle while it was parked in the lot.

Leo M. Henry, 40, of 261 Broadway, Somerville, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, and warrant charges.

A caller reported a motor vehicle accident at Jackson Street and Mountain Avenue at 6:26 a.m. Wednesday.

A report of wires down at 19 Forest St. at 12:22 p.m. Wednesday. 

A report of a suspicious odor coming from an abandoned car on Walnut Street near the Lynnfield line at 6:55 p.m. Wednesday.
