Officer reports there were no injuries and the vehicle was towed.
Christopher Sak, 24, of 375 Broadway, Lynnfield was summoned following a report of a man passed out behind the wheel 5 Bowditch St. and 114 Central St. for possession of a Class A substance and driving with a suspended license on Wednesday at 6:43 p.m. Vehicle was picked up by a licensed driver.
Patrick David McCaffrey, 33, of 8 Bowditch Ave. was summoned on Thursday at 1:19 pm following a motor vehicle stop at Bartholomew St. and 230 Valley Circle
for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense. The vehicle was released to a licensed operator.

Officer reports a clerk at the 7-Eleven said he thinks the subject just was in the store, bought a soda and ran down the street. He was wearing beige camo shorts, blue T-shirt and tennis shoes. Officer will check the surrounding area for the subject and be on the lookout order was issued from headquarters. Officer spoke again to 7-Eleven clerk again and showed a picture of the subject.
