Caller reported youths on roller blades being towed by an ATV on Monday at 5:19 p.m. Officer could not locate the teens.

Unwanted person reported at 375 North Broadway, Apt. 2-102 on Monday at 8:43 p.m. Officer located caller who said the unwanted person left prior to police arrival. The caller was uncooperative with the officer about providing information.
Report of a suspicious black pickup truck circulating the neighborhood at Candlewood and Juniper roads on Monday at 8:51 p.m. Officer reports they were unable to locate the vehicle.
Call from 375 North Broadway, Apt. 3-405 reported a noise complaint on Tuesday at 12:10 a.m.

Accidents
A report of a minor motor vehicle crash at Humphrey Street and Charlotte Road at 8:01 a.m. on Monday; at Atlantic Avenue and Barnard Street at 3:11 p.m. on Monday.
A caller reported at 9:53 p.m. on Monday that they hit a loose watergate at Atlantic Avenue and Greystone Road and ruined the rims of his vehicle and blew his tire out. By 10:49 p.m., the gate box was repaired and the vehicle was towed.

A caller reported an elderly female drove her Smart car on the rail trail near West Shore Drive at 8:58 a.m. on Monday. Responding officers reported the female was not impaired and was advised on her driving and the consequences in the future.
A caller reported at 9:13 a.m. on Monday that her plants and lawn ornaments on Pleasant Street were vandalized.
A walk-in reported at 1:16 p.m. on Monday that she was scammed by her contractor. She stated she paid him $500 to show up and complete the work for the day but he didn’t call or show up. She stated she attempted to contact him but got no response.
A caller reported at 3:50 p.m. on Monday that she saw two males checking out houses on Birch Street. She stated one went up to a house and looked in the window without ever knocking on the door or ringing the bell. Responding officers spoke with one of the males and they stated they live on Anderson Street and they were looking for their missing cat.
A walk-in reported a school fight on Humphrey street at 4:02 p.m. on Monday.
A walk-in reported at 4:05 p.m. on Monday she was scammed into buying four gift cards.
A walk-in reported identity theft at 4:06 p.m. on Monday.
A caller reported at 4:44 p.m. on Monday that kids were in Starbucks on Pleasant Street making a mess. They stated the kids are constantly in the parking lot and are disrespectful to the property. They damaged furniture and threw trash all over the place. Responding officers reported the kids weren’t there upon arrival.
A caller reported at 9:53 p.m. on Monday that she’s been receiving threats over the phone from two different females. She stated she had a previous friendship with both subjects.
PEABODY
Arrests
Andrea M. LeBlanc, 42, of 95 Pleasant St., Lynn, was arrested on a warrant from Salem District Court following a motor vehicle stop at 7-Eleven at 115 Main St. on Monday at 11:05 a.m. She is charged with assault and battery on a person over 60.
Richard Alfred Diorio III, 27, of 6 Sachem Road, was arrested on Monday at 1:12 p.m. at 286 Newbury St. Apt. 27 on two warrants from Peabody District Court for possession of a Class B drug, malicious destruction of property over $1,200, operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle and number plate violation.
David C. Turner, 28, of 286 Newbury St., Apt. 27, was arrested on Monday at 1:12 p.m. on two warrants from Lynn and Salem District Courts for breaking and entering in the daytime and nighttime for a felony, use of a stun gun, larceny over $1,200, defacing property and receiving stolen property.

Alvin Tejeda, 35, was summoned following a hit and run crash at Mobile Estates on Monday at 1:47 a.m. for leaving the scene of an accident.
Jody A. Bottari, 42 of 48 Harbor St. Apt. 2, Salem, was summoned following a motor vehicle stop at 7-Eleven at 115 Main St. on Monday at 11:05 a.m. for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officer reports the vehicle was left in the McDonald’s parking lot and keys were left at the front desk.

Caller reports loud music on Hardy Street on Sunday at 9:02 p.m. Officer reports group was wrapping up a child’s birthday party and will quiet down.
Salem Police Department request a warrant be served on Deven Worrall, 22, of 7 Spring St. Court, Apt. 7, on Sunday at 9:16 p.m. Peabody Police reports the man does not live at that address.
Police investigated a verbal argument between husband and wife at 9 Sabino Farm Road, Apt. 6 on Sunday at 9:46 p.m. Officer reports the woman tried to cut herself with a sharp object prior to leaving her boyfriend’s house. She also left a note stating she planned to harm herself. A be on the lookout was issued. Danvers Police Department responded immediately and said they have the woman and will take her to the hospital.
