Cornell Johnson was arrested on a warrant charge of Class E drug possession at 4:09 p.m. Monday.

James Kalloger, of 14 Fernwood Ave., was arrested on a warrant charge of shoplifting by asportation at 4:11 p.m. Monday.

Catherine Ramirez, 23, of 108 Bellevue Road, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle at 1:18 a.m. Tuesday.


A report of a motor vehicle crash at 2:59 p.m. Monday at Linden and Summer streets; at 4:56 p.m. Monday at Commercial and South Common streets; at 8:49 p.m. Monday at 13 Springvale Ave.; at 12:43 a.m. Tuesday at Bellevue and Pine roads; at 7:07 a.m. Tuesday on Federal Street; at 8:29 a.m. Tuesday at Broadway and Richardson Road.

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run crash at 5:17 p.m. Monday at 53 Elm St.; at 6:34 a.m. Tuesday at South and Summer streets.

Breaking and Entering

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 4:55 p.m. Monday at 3 Houston Place.


A report of a larceny at 4:50 p.m. Monday at 101 Western Ave.; at 6:02 p.m. Monday at 201 North Common St.; at 9:06 a.m. Tuesday at 104 Newhall St.; at 9:47 a.m. Tuesday at 69 Lynnway.

A report of motor vehicle theft at 7:44 a.m. Tuesday at 282 Lynnway.



Report of a minor motor vehicle crash with property damage on Monday at 7:42 a.m. at 4 Longbow Circle. Officer reports paperwork exchanged. 

A motor vehicle crash without injuries was reported on Monday at 9:42 a.m. on Salem Street. Officer assisted with paperwork exchange. 


Burglar alarm canceled at 2 Ashley Court by the security company on Monday at 11:14 a.m. 


Caller from 694 Summer St. reported an ongoing issue with his neighbor on Monday at 12:22 p.m. Officer advised both parties the matter is a civil dispute and told them of the options. 

Truck reported blocking the sidewalk at 972 Pine St. and 17 Pine Hill Road on Monday at 2:18 p.m. Officer reports the call was unfounded, no vehicle is blocking the sidewalk.

Caller reported youths on roller blades being towed by an ATV on Monday at 5:19 p.m. Officer could not locate the teens.

Pile of dirt and debris reported in front of 17 Nottingham Road on Monday at 8:41 p.m. Officer reports no problem found. 

Unwanted person reported at 375 North Broadway, Apt. 2-102 on Monday at 8:43 p.m. Officer located caller who said the unwanted person left prior to police arrival. The caller was uncooperative with the officer about providing information.

Report of a suspicious black pickup truck circulating the neighborhood at Candlewood and Juniper roads on Monday at 8:51 p.m. Officer reports they were unable to locate the vehicle. 

Call from 375 North Broadway, Apt. 3-405 reported a noise complaint on Tuesday at 12:10 a.m.  



A report of a minor motor vehicle crash at Humphrey Street and Charlotte Road at 8:01 a.m. on Monday; at Atlantic Avenue and Barnard Street at 3:11 p.m. on Monday.

A caller reported at 9:53 p.m. on Monday that they hit a loose watergate at Atlantic Avenue and Greystone Road and ruined the rims of his vehicle and blew his tire out. By 10:49 p.m., the gate box was repaired and the vehicle was towed.


A caller reported an elderly female drove her Smart car on the rail trail near West Shore Drive at 8:58 a.m. on Monday. Responding officers reported the female was not impaired and was advised on her driving and the consequences in the future.

A caller reported at 9:13 a.m. on Monday that her plants and lawn ornaments on Pleasant Street were vandalized. 

A walk-in reported at 1:16 p.m. on Monday that she was scammed by her contractor. She stated she paid him $500 to show up and complete the work for the day but he didn’t call or show up. She stated she attempted to contact him but got no response.

A caller reported at 3:50 p.m. on Monday that she saw two males checking out houses on Birch Street. She stated one went up to a house and looked in the window without ever knocking on the door or ringing the bell. Responding officers spoke with one of the males and they stated they live on Anderson Street and they were looking for their missing cat.

A walk-in reported a school fight on Humphrey street at 4:02 p.m. on Monday.

A walk-in reported at 4:05 p.m. on Monday she was scammed into buying four gift cards.

A walk-in reported identity theft at 4:06 p.m. on Monday.

A caller reported at 4:44 p.m. on Monday that kids were in Starbucks on Pleasant Street making a mess. They stated the kids are constantly in the parking lot and are disrespectful to the property. They damaged furniture and threw trash all over the place. Responding officers reported the kids weren’t there upon arrival.

A caller reported at 9:53 p.m. on Monday that she’s been receiving threats over the phone from two different females. She stated she had a previous friendship with both subjects.



Andrea M. LeBlanc, 42, of 95 Pleasant St., Lynn, was arrested on a warrant from Salem District Court following a motor vehicle stop at 7-Eleven at 115 Main St. on Monday at 11:05 a.m. She is charged with assault and battery on a person over 60.

Richard Alfred Diorio III, 27, of 6 Sachem Road, was arrested on Monday at 1:12 p.m. at 286 Newbury St. Apt. 27 on two warrants from Peabody District Court for possession of a Class B drug, malicious destruction of property over $1,200, operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle and number plate violation.

David C. Turner, 28, of 286 Newbury St., Apt. 27, was arrested on Monday at 1:12 p.m. on two warrants from Lynn and Salem District Courts for breaking and entering in the daytime and nighttime for a felony, use of a stun gun, larceny over $1,200, defacing property and receiving stolen property. 


Alvin Tejeda, 35, was summoned following a hit and run crash at Mobile Estates on Monday at 1:47 a.m. for leaving the scene of an accident.

Jody A. Bottari, 42 of 48 Harbor St. Apt. 2, Salem, was summoned following a motor vehicle stop at 7-Eleven at 115 Main St. on Monday at 11:05 a.m. for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officer reports the vehicle was left in the McDonald’s parking lot and keys were left at the front desk.


Report of a hit and run crash at 7-Eleven at 79 Lowell St. on Sunday at 11:39 a.m.   

Multiple calls about a motor vehicle crash on Monday at 7:58 a.m. at 62 Franklin and 4 Perkins streets. Officer reports operator taken to Salem Hospital and both vehicles towed by Todisco Towing. 

Animal Control

Report of a loose dog in the area of Pump Station Road and Cedar Grove Avenue on Monday at 12:47 p.m. 


Resident of 15 Bourbon St., Apt. 67 reports loud bangs on a regular basis from neighbor in Apt. 71 on Sunday at 5:23 p.m. Officer spoke to the tenant who said her kids are bouncing around and they stop.

Police received a call about debris from a car crash at Sutton and Home streets on Sunday at 7:55 p.m. Officer reports nothing found.

Caller reports loud music on Hardy Street on Sunday at 9:02 p.m. Officer reports group was wrapping up a child’s birthday party and will quiet down.

Salem Police Department request a warrant be served on Deven Worrall, 22, of 7 Spring St. Court, Apt. 7, on Sunday at 9:16 p.m. Peabody Police reports the man does not live at that address. 

Police investigated a verbal argument between husband and wife at 9 Sabino Farm Road, Apt. 6 on Sunday at 9:46 p.m. Officer reports the woman tried to cut herself with a sharp object prior to leaving her boyfriend’s house. She also left a note stating she planned to harm herself. A be on the lookout was issued. Danvers Police Department responded immediately and said they have the woman and will take her to the hospital.


Well-being check for a dog at Scrubbles at 23B Central St. on Monday at 11 a.m. Animal control officer was told by attendant on duty that party no longer works at the store. 



A report of a motor vehicle accident at 3 Tuscan Ave. at 9:56 p.m. Monday. 


A resident came into the station to turn in a handgun and ammunition that she no longer wants at 12:25 p.m. Monday. 

Two men were reportedly removed from the Square One Mall at 5:55 p.m. Monday.

A mattress reportedly fell into the middle of Route 107 South at 7:39 p.m. Monday. 

A patient at Eliot Community Human Services on Western Avenue was reportedly missing at 8:20 p.m. Monday.
