A caller reported 7:56 a.m. Sunday that the gangway at Stramski’s on Stramski Way was about to fall off. He reportedly tied it to the dock, but was concerned that someone might fall off. The harbormaster checked the gangway and was working on a temporary fix.
A caller reported at 1:33 p.m. Sunday that two flags were taken from the church last week on Mugford Street.
A caller reported there were two adults and two juveniles who were riding 4-wheelers in the parking lot and “tearing the place up” at 6:36 p.m. Sunday on Ocean Avenue. The people were told to pack it up and leave.
A woman came into the police station to report a possible stalking violation at 10:19 p.m. Sunday on Orchard Street.
A caller reported at 10:44 p.m. Sunday that a regular customer entered the Pleasant Street store to purchase coffee. She said the customer was using the machine incorrectly and when the caller/employee asked her to stop, the customer reportedly threatened her. Police reported no threats were made, but the employee did not like being yelled at by the customer.
Plants were reportedly moved from the roadway to the side of the road at 2:11 a.m. Monday on Pleasant Street.

Police and fire received a call at 12:17 p.m. Sunday that someone was having a BBQ and the smoke was affecting someone in a nearby home. The fire department went to investigate.

Stephen M. Ross, 64, of 405 Pinebrook Drive, was arrested on a warrant on Saturday at 5:54 p.m. at Salem Country Club at 133 Forest St. He was taken to Middleton Jail.

Police reported checking on possible party and underage drinking at Proper Performance Boston at 241 Newbury St. on Friday at 7:11 p.m. Officer made contact with the business. Joseph Steridi was told of the complaint regarding noise and drinking. Officer reports the people on scene are meeting to view each other’s cars, everyone was respectful and there is no problem. Officer instructed participants if they were quiet and there was no drinking, they should be OK.
Caller from Citizens Inn at 25 Holten St. reports unwanted guest on Friday at 7:24 p.m. Officer reports it was a misunderstanding. Reporting party and guest will work together on Monday.
Manager at 7-Eleven at 79 Lowell St. reported a man wearing a long, white T-shirt and long khaki shorts is harassing customers in front of the store on Saturday at 12:12 a.m. Officer reports Chaian Santiago, 23, has been told to stay away from the business for the night. The manager plans to fill out a no trespassing order in the morning.
Resident of 150 Lowell St. reported his neighbor put items in the middle of the road, which he believes is dangerous, on Saturday at 12:57 p.m. Officer spoke with the reporting party who can’t confirm at this time who did it. Officers removed the debris and the reporting party will call back if it happens again.
