Medical aid requested for an elederly woman having difficulty breathing on Friday at 5:29 a.m. from Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St. Resident taken to the hospital.
Ambulance requested from 406 Ross Drive on Friday at 6:11 a.m. from a resident who is not feeling well, in pain, and suffering from nausea. Patient taken to Lahey Hospital & Medical Center in Peabody.
MARBLEHEAD
Accidents
A caller reported a motor vehicle crash involving a truck and a bicycle at Lafayette Street and Widger Road at 9:45 a.m. on Thursday. The bicyclist declined any medical attention.
A DPW truck radioed in at 2:49 a.m. Friday to report a two car motor vehicle crash they were in at Beach Street and Atlantic Avenue. One suspect fled the scene and headed toward Marblehead Neck.
Complaints
A caller reported at 11:52 a.m. on Thursday that she was in the area of Pleasant Street and a man was following her and calling her racist names. She stated bystanders stood by her until she called police. She described him as a white male with a light blue shirt and dark pants with black hair and glasses. Responding officers were unable to locate the described male.
A caller from the Village School called and reported a kid fled the building and went into the woods at 12:35 p.m. on Thursday. By 12:58 p.m., responding officers had custody of the student and brought him back to school.
A caller reported at 12:59 p.m. on Thursday that they were concerned for an elderly man holding a sign in front of Ace Hardware on Atlantic Avenue. Responding officers found him gone on arrival.
A caller reported at 10:09 p.m. on Thursday that her son went to school in the morning and never came home. By 10:29 p.m., responding officers reported it was a miscommunication between the mom and son on where he was going after school.

Derek Smith, 48, of 63 Andover St. was arrested on Wednesday at 9:32 p.m. for tressaping at Town Variety at 116 Central St.

David Swanson, 47, of 9 Pleasant St, Hamilton will be summoned for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash on Thursday at 9:14 a.m. at Workout World at 216 Newbury St.

Hit and run crash reported on Wednesday at 5:38 p.m. at 17 Sewall St. Officer assisted with minor crash, no damage to the reporting party vehicle.
Report of a Scion SUV that struck the guardrail at 43 Bartholomew St. and 99 Glenway Ave. and headed toward Lynn on Thursday at 1:58 a.m. The Lynn Police Department was notified. Officer reports minimal damage to guard rails and a stop sign that was knocked down at Glenway Avenue will be delivered to the Department of Public Works. Operator will be summoned for operating with a suspended license and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

Caller reported she lost her wallet on Wednesday at 8:15 on Andover Street after pumping gas. She left it on the hood and drove off. It contains a small black single fold with license and credit cards.
Fight in progress reported at Burlington Coat Factory at 310 Andover St. on Wednesday at 8:58 p.m. Caller said he saw seven men jump another party in the store, possibly gang related. Caller also said he heard mention of a knife but did not see one. Officers checked the area and spoke with parties and there were no fights.
