A walk-in reported at 7:57 a.m. on Tuesday that the workers on Bayview Road keep blowing leaves in his yard. When the resident approached the worker, he stated they told him to “f*** off.” They were advised about obtaining a harassment order.
A caller reported construction vehicles parked on both sides of Leicester Road, making it difficult for vehicles to get through at 9:41 a.m. on Tuesday. Responding officers reported the road as passable.
A caller reported at 12:02 p.m. on Tuesday that a student fled the Village School. He returned shortly after with his teacher.
A walk-in reported at 2:31 p.m. on Tuesday that her husband’s phone rang today and his name came up on caller ID, but he is deceased. Dispatch explained “spoofing” calls to her.
A caller reported at 2:40 p.m. on Tuesday that a female school bus driver was texting and driving near Pleasant Street and Mohawk Road. Responding officers spoke with the bus company, advised them of the complaint, and informed them the registration for the school van expired in June.
A caller reported at 2:54 p.m. on Tuesday that there are “issues” regarding school traffic on Maple Street. She stated that people are all over the place honking and almost hitting children. She wanted to know if an officer could monitor the area at the beginning of the year to help alleviate the issues.
A walk-in reported at 7:02 p.m. on Tuesday that she recently moved to Marblehead and found her jewelry went missing. She stated she had it on her person while traveling up and when she finally had her belongings moved the items went missing.
A walk-in reported at 7:14 p.m. on Tuesday that he witnessed a younger white male pacing back and forth while on the phone on Atlantic Avenue. He stated the man was shirtless and shoeless and was outside doing that for 20 minutes. Responding officers reported he was fine and was just waiting for a ride.

Arrests
A 13-year-old juvenile was arrested following a report of a dispute between mother and daughter at 124 Foster St., Apt. 2. The girl is charged with domestic abuse on a family member and was released to the custody of her grandmother on Monday at 9:57 p.m.
Henry Ryan Sweeney, 38, of 18 Main St., Woburn, was arrested on Tuesday at 9:56 a.m. following a motor vehicle stop at McDonald’s Restaurant at 133 Main St. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license for OUI and on three warrants. The vehicle was left in the parking lot.
Misael E. Macario Chun, 23, of 12 Wisteria St., Apt. 1, Salem, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop at the Sports Collectibles at 14 Peabody Square on Tuesday at 11:44 for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Car towed by Phil’s Towing.
Nicholas Edward Bard, 28, of 12 Walker St., Apt. 2, Everett, was arrested following a domestic disturbance on Tuesday at 12:29 p.m. at the Holiday Inn at 1 Newbury St. He was charged with domestic assault and battery on an intimate partner and strangulation.

Fireworks complaint reported at Spring and Winter streets on Monday at 4:26 p.m. The group was having a cookout and told to stop fireworks.
Resident of Louis Road reported she has seen occupant of 34 John Road involved in drug transactions while parked on Louis Road. Caller did not have plate numbers but described one vehicle as a black pickup truck with firefighter plates. Complaint was forwarded to the department’s Criminal Investigation Division on Monday at 4:45 p.m.
Caller reports fireworks near 70 Washington St. on Monday at 7:20 p.m. Officer spoke with parties and they will stop lighting fireworks.
Report of a hornet’s nest in the tree at the entrance to the Welch Elementary School on Swampscott Avenue on Tuesday at 9:11 a.m. The Department of Public Works was contacted and the Tree Department will be dispatched.
