Arrests 

Erick Hernandez, 48, of 637 Western Ave., was arrested and charged with violation of the city knife ordinance at 3:03 p.m. Sunday. 

Andrea Jackson, 40, of 33 Howard St., was arrested and charged with OUI drugs at 3:25 p.m. Friday. 

Alex Ledford, 23, was arrested and charged with two counts of violation of an abuse prevention order and Class B drug possession at 10:29 p.m. Friday. 

Patrick Lynch, 34, was arrested and charged with nighttime breaking and entering for a felony and violation of the city knife ordinance at 12:43 a.m. Sunday. 

Diego Mejia, 28, of 61 Bloomingdale St., Chelsea, was arrested on warrant charges of three counts of larceny, two counts of daytime breaking and entering for a felony, forgery of a check and uttering a false instrument at 6:42 p.m. Saturday. 

Carlos Pena-Diaz, 43, of 8 Howard St., was arrested and charged with trafficking 200-plus grams of a Class A drug and trafficking 200-plus grams of a Class B drug at 12:33 p.m. Friday. 

Danny Thompson, 60, of 316 Essex St., was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon at 11:38 a.m. Friday. 

Richard Tracchia, of 321 Summer St., Malden, was arrested on a warrant charge of larceny from a building at 1:47 p.m. Friday. 

Kristian Wilt, 41, of 8 Fortesque Terrace, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 12:06 p.m. Friday.

Accidents 

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run crash at 5:32 p.m. Friday on Pleasant Street; at 4:02 p.m. Saturday on Bradford Court.

A report of a rollover motor vehicle crash at 6:59 a.m. Saturday on Humphrey Street. A telephone pole was reportedly down. A citation was left with the driver’s mother. 

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 6:06 p.m. Saturday on Village Street.

Complaints 

A caller reported a bicyclist was riding on the wrong side of the road and flipping off cars that passed by at 11:51 a.m. Friday at Leggs Hill Road and Tedesco Street.

Police were alerted at 12:28 p.m. Saturday to a social media post about an incident that happened in the Starbucks parking lot on Pleasant Street. A mother shared screenshots of texts with her daughter who was terrified because a man in the area solicited her by asking, “hey mama, want a ride?” When she continued into Starbucks, the man reportedly pulled over, got out of his car and waited. 

A caller reported kids threw barrels into the street at 12:45 a.m. Monday on Pleasant Street. The kids were reportedly screaming and yelling. Police responded and reported there were no kids in the area. The barrels were put back. 

Theft 

A bicycle was reportedly stolen off the porch at 8:35 a.m. Friday on Clifton Heights Lane. 

A caller reported items were taken from his property at 3:19 p.m. Friday on Hawkes Street.

An orange trek bike was reportedly stolen from the front yard on Thursday. A Clifton Heights Lane caller reported the theft at 7:31 p.m. Saturday. 

A report of a larceny/forgery/fraud at 11:24 a.m. Saturday on Colgate Road. 

PEABODY 

Arrests 

Eugene W. Cardello, 66, of 7 Nancy Ave., was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, Class B drug possession with intent to distribute and reckless operation of a motor vehicle at 7:44 p.m. Friday. 

Eduardo Greenlaw, 23, of 171 Hobart St., Danvers, was arrested on warrants at 12:25 p.m. Sunday. 

Michael P. Hery, 22, of 7 Mansfield St., was arrested on a warrant at 10:32 a.m. Saturday. 

Eric James Hussey, 39, of 46 Leach St., Salem, was arrested on warrants at 5:06 p.m. Friday. 

Michael C. Vincent, 38, of 59 Lewis St., Lynn, was arrested and charged with two counts of Class B drug possession and on a warrant at 8:30 p.m. Saturday. 

Summons 

Dondi Mafuta Malila, 24, of 110 Jacob St., Brockton, was summoned for threat to commit crime at 8:54 p.m. Friday. 

Yelitza Rosario, 39, of 113 Gardner St., Apt. 2, Salem, was summoned for operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, no inspection/sticker and failure to wear a seat belt at 8:33 p.m. Friday. 

Kenneth J. Rothwell, 79, of 11 Magnolia Way, Apt. 1137, was summoned for operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended registration at 7:31 p.m. Saturday. 

Emanual Silva-Pinto, 31, of 36 Franklin St., Apt. 6, Everett, was summoned for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation at 10:33 p.m. Friday.

A motor vehicle crash was reported at 3:11 p.m. Friday at 61 Andover St.; at 6:17 p.m. Friday at 12 Fulton St. A Penske truck was reportedly stuck under a tree. 

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run crash at 9:20 p.m. Friday on Spring Street; at 12:34 p.m. Saturday at 19 Aberdeen Ave. 

Complaints 

A caller reported a man was making threats at 8:54 p.m. Friday at 146 Shore Drive. Dondi Mafuta Malila, 24, of 110 Jacob St., Brockton, was summoned for threat to commit crime. 

A report of suspicious activity at 1:56 p.m. Saturday at 5 Abington Ave. and 38 Evans Road. A caller reported a man wearing a sun hat was walking around the neighborhood and had gone into his driveway. When he confronted the man, he told the caller that he was lost. Police reported the man was looking for a friend who lives in the area. 

A caller reported a dog was left in a car at 3:10 p.m. Saturday at Shaw’s supermarket at 210S Andover St. An officer reported the car was not hot. The windows were down and the sunroof was open. 

A caller reported numerous unregistered motorcycles were drag racing in the parking lot of the old Kraft building on Technology Drive. The caller reported it was an ongoing issue on weekends. An officer spoke with the motorcyclists and they left for the night. 

Suspicious activity was reported at 9:20 p.m. Saturday at For Your Convenience at 150 Main St. Several people were reportedly sitting in the parking lot drinking out of brown paper bags. Police reported the people were eating meals from McDonald’s and would be leaving. 

A report of suspicious activity at 11:57 p.m. Saturday at 34 Keys Drive. A caller reported a car was driving slowly in the parking lot. The driver would then park the car and sit, which the caller thought was suspicious. Police responded and didn’t find the car. 

A disturbance was reported at 1:15 a.m. Sunday at Spring Hill Suites at 43 Newbury St. The front desk reported a disturbance in the lobby between guests. Police reported it was an argument over a vape pack and the people were sent off for the night. 

A report of suspicious activity at 4:51 p.m. Sunday at 188 Lake St. A caller reported two people appeared to be breaking into the garage of an abandoned home. The people told police they were exploring the area and had an error in judgment. They were sent off. 

Theft 

A stolen moped was reported at 1:39 p.m. Sunday at 18 Nickerson Road.
