LYNN

Arrests 

John Bueh, 47, of 1 Allenton St., Amesbury, was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a revoked license and failure to stop/yield at 6:43 p.m. Tuesday. 

Marcelo Cruz, 32, of 27 Ingalls St., was arrested and charged with trafficking more than 10 grams of fentanyl at 8:19 p.m. Tuesday. 

Keith Johns, of 60 Granite St., was arrested on warrant charges of assault and battery, malicious destruction of property and threat to commit crime at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. 

Gary Lundy, 31, of 27 Union St., was arrested and charged with breaking into a depository, attempting to break into a depository, nighttime breaking and entering for a felony, larceny from building and possession of a burglarious instrument at 2:42 a.m. Wednesday. 

Julio Nolasco-Ramirez, 21, of 13 Atkins Ave., was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle and negligent operation of a motor vehicle at 12:46 a.m. Wednesday. 

Joseph Rantz, 52, of 16 Charles St., Danvers, was arrested and charged with Class E drug possession at 10:54 a.m. Wednesday. 

Cynthia Rubin, 40, of 158 Ipswich Road, Topsfield, was arrested and charged with Class B drug possession and Class C drug possession at 8:39 p.m. Tuesday. 

Antonio Vasquez, 49, of 604 Essex St., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, larceny from person and larceny from building at 3:50 p.m. Tuesday.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 1:32 p.m. Tuesday at 40 Federal St.; at 3:43 p.m. Tuesday at Casey’s Shell at 535 Lynnway; at 7:03 p.m. Tuesday at North Federal and Walnut streets; at 7:45 p.m. Tuesday at 120 Hamilton Ave.; at 3:25 a.m. Wednesday at 295 Lynn Shore Drive; at 7:10 a.m. Wednesday at 170 South Common St.; at 8:43 a.m. Wednesday at Market Basket at 40 Federal St.; at 11:03 a.m. Wednesday at Mass Merchandise Mart at 810 Lynnway. 

A report of a motor vehicle crash with personal injury at 8:09 a.m. Wednesday at 537 Chatham St. 

Assaults 

A report of an assault at 9:31 p.m. Tuesday on Pleasant Street.

Breaking and Entering 

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 12:26 p.m. Tuesday at 181 Union St.; at 1:15 p.m. Tuesday at 8 Menlo Terrace.

Overdose 

A report of an overdose at 6:06 a.m. Wednesday on Fernwood Avenue.

Theft 

A report of a larceny at 2:40 p.m. Tuesday at 435 Summer St.; at 3:05 p.m. Tuesday at 2 Adams St.; at 6:27 p.m. Tuesday at 26 Nelson St.; at 10:08 a.m. Wednesday at 534 Essex St.

LYNNFIELD

Alarms

Accidental burglar alarm reported at Baubles Jewelry at 1 Post Office Square on Tuesday at 8:18 a.m. Officer reports building appears secure.

A 911 hangup call was received from 85 Beaver Ave. on Tuesday at 4:42 p.m. Officer reports no service necessary, call was accidental. 

Accidental holdup alarm sounded at Panera Bread at 430 Market St. on Wednesday at 5:28 a.m. 

Animal Control 

Caller reported a dead animal on the ramp from Route 128 North at Exit 43 to Walnut Street on Tuesday at 10:28 a.m. Animal control officer contacted. 

Complaint

Caller from 21 Juniper Road reported a suspicious dark colored jeep on Wednesday at 12:05 a.m. Operator got out of the vehicle and went to a neighbor’s house. The reporting party believes the neighbor is not at home and he can hear their dog barking. Officer reports the area was checked and the vehicle is gone. 

Medical

Well-being check requested at 23 Center Village on Tuesday at 12:17 p.m. by a security company that received a medical alarm alert. Officer checked and no one is at home.

Ambulance requested at Lahey Health Center at 1350 Market St. on Tuesday at 1:50 p.m. Patient taken to Beverly Hospital.

Medical aid requested at 42 Grey Lane on Tuesday at 7:23 p.m. Patient taken to Beverly Hospital.

 MARBLEHEAD

Accidents

A caller reported a parked truck was hit by another motor vehicle on Mugford Street at 5:42 p.m. on Tuesday.

Complaints

A caller reported a student fled the Village School at 11:40 a.m. on Tuesday. By 11:47 a.m., the child returned to school.

A caller reported his son took his sister’s car for a ride from Village Street at 1:03 p.m. on Tuesday. They stated their son was under the influence. By 1:27 p.m., the son returned the car.

PEABODY 

Arrest

Jillian J. O’Keefe, 31 of 22 Circle Hill Road, Salem, was arrested on Monday at 6:17 p.m. following a report of a suspicious vehicle on Railroad Avenue. Officer checked on the person in the parking lot from an outstanding warrant at Ipswich District Court. She is charged with operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle, and a number plate violation. 

Accidents

Received a report of a motor vehicle crash on Monday at 4:10 p.m. at 100 Summit St. Officer reports no injuries and no airbag deployment.

Hit and run crash reported at Walgreens at 35 Main St. on Monday at 9:21 p.m. The officer spoke with the reporting party and it is not known if there is damage to the vehicle.

Report of a past hit and run crash at 118 Foster St. on Tuesday at 6:23 a.m. Vehicle with Massachusetts license plate 782WZ2 was struck overnight. Officer will document. 

Caller reports a man was struck by a white Acura at 90 Walnut and Fulton streets on Tuesday at 10:53 a.m. The vehicle fled the area. The vehicle took a right onto Howley Street. The pedestrian was taken to the hospital.

Report of a motor vehicle crash at R.C. Mason Movers at 229 Newbury St. on Tuesday at 11:42 a.m. Officer will document the crash, no injuries and no tows. 

Animal Control

Animal control officer received a faxed notification on Monday at 4:46 p.m. reporting a scratch incident with a kitten on Aug. 8. Owner was advised of quarantine protocol. Paperwork served on Tuesday.  

Complaints 

Caller reports a suspicious man knocking on her door at 13 Pocahontas Drive on Monday at 3:46 p.m. Resident said there are two people outside her house and they turned off the electricity to the house. Officer reports the men work for Peabody Municipal Light Plant. 

Report from 261 Newbury St., Apt. 79 who said her husband is intoxicated and passed out on the sofa. She wants him removed from the residence. The man was taken to Salem Hospital by Atlantic Ambulance on Monday at 5:54 p.m. 

Suspicious activity reported at 27 Beacon Boulevard on Monday at 6:43 p.m. Caller said he saw two juveniles on bicycles steal another bike from the property and took off from Lexington Avenue toward Bay State Boulevard. They were described as being 10 and wearing shorts and backpacks. Officer spoke with the reporting party and identified one of the juveniles but it was not the one who tried to steal the bike from the property. 

An employee of Bunghole Liquors at 79 Lowell St. is upset about a delivery driver blocking the entrance to the store on Monday at 7:40 p.m. Officer spoke with the driver who will attempt to find a better parking spot next time but said it is a large truck for the parking lot.

Resident of 30 Margin St., Apt. 2R called 911 to report her cactus had died on Monday at 8:36 p.m. She is concerned the plant may have died as a result of a gas leak but said there is no odor. Officer reports all clear.

Confused caller reported several people fighting in front of 30 Blaney Ave., Apt. B on Tuesday at 3:48 a.m. Officer reports nothing showing on Blaney or surrounding streets. 

Woman from 15 Keys Drive, Apt. 12 reported yelling and banging from the above apartment, possible domestic dispute on Tuesday at 7:14 a.m. Officer reported the couple were having a verbal argument, that’s what they do. 

Caller from 13 Center St. reported concern for the children in the second floor apartment on Tuesday at 7:29 a.m. The reporting party said the mother takes the father to work

daily and leaves the four children alone in the apartment. The youngest is 11 months old and the oldest is 7 years old. The officer said mom arrived on scene. The officer will file a 51a, a report of suspected abuse or neglect.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident on Ballard Street at 6:52 a.m. Tuesday.

Complaints

A caller reported his car window was broken while in the Floor and Decor parking lot at 3:46 p.m. Tuesday.

A caller reported juveniles were engaging in sexual activity in the back of a car on Lewis O Gray Drive at 5:05 p.m. Tuesday. 

Roughly two gallons of oil spilled in front of 16 High St. at 5:57 p.m. Tuesday. 

People were reportedly playing basketball at Bristow Street Park at 10:22 p.m. Tuesday. 

A 911 caller reported her car was missing at 19 Talbot St. at 3:16 a.m. Wednesday. Police report the woman forgot where she parked it and has been reunited with the vehicle. 

SWAMPSCOTT

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 5 New Ocean St. at 1:24 p.m. on Tuesday; at WholeFoods Market, 331 Paradise Road, at 2:48 p.m. on Tuesday.

Complaints

A caller reported a neighbor problem at 42 Harrison Ave. at 10:11 a.m. on Tuesday.

A report of suspicious activity at Home Goods, 450 Paradise Road, at 12:28 p.m. on Tuesday.

A report of hazardous conditions on Humphrey Street at 7:57 p.m. on Tuesday.
