Emanuel Chavez, 24, of 540 Western Ave., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, leaving the scene of property damage and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 7:56 p.m. Saturday. 

Juan-Crisóstomo Chilel-Perez, 23, of 47 Hamilton Ave., was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 2:30 p.m. Sunday. 

Romeo Esteban, 27, of 70 Whiting St., was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, leaving the scene of property damage and reckless operation of a motor vehicle at 10:40 p.m. Saturday. 

Jetlee Frias, 18, of 22 Warren St., was arrested and charged with parole/probation violation and on a warrant at 1:56 a.m. Saturday. 

Michael Fromer, of 29 Lambert Ave., was arrested on a warrant charge of leaving the scene of property damage, OUI drugs, Class A drug possession, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and negligent operation of a motor vehicle at 9:32 a.m. Saturday. 

Anthony Gubitosi, 42, of 18 Henry Ave., was arrested on warrant charges of unregistered motor vehicle, operation of a motor vehicle with a revoked license and failure to signal at 5:56 p.m. Friday. 

Michael Jamieson, 35, of 95 Pleasant St., was arrested and charged with malicious damage to a motor vehicle, violation of the open container law and assault and battery on a police officer at 8:22 p.m. Friday. 

Audie Murphy, 44, of 348 Aylesbury Court, Kissimmee, Fla., was arrested and charged with crosswalk violation, uttering a false check, larceny by check and forgery of a check at 1:40 p.m. Saturday. 

Christine O’Connell, of 19 Hanover St., was arrested on warrant charges of two counts of larceny from a person at 2:26 a.m. Saturday.

Videira F. Alves, 19, of 116 Bedford Road, Woburn, was summoned on Friday at 10:34 a.m. following a motor vehicle crash at 472 South Broadway at 27 Upton Lane, for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. 


Rear door burglar alarm sounded at 25 Chatham Way on Thursday at 7:13 p.m. Officer reports all is secure.

Burglar alarm sounded at 3 Post Office Square on Friday at 5:22 a.m. Officer reports side door was open, construction appears to be done in the area, and a doctor’s office is open for the day. All appears to be in order. 

Report of burglar alarm at 225 Market St. on Friday at 10:17 a.m. Call canceled.

Burglar alarm reported at 527 Salem St., Apt. U-19 on Friday at 10:27 a.m. Officer reported call was accidental. 

Fire alarm reported at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church at 127 Summer St. on Friday at 10:34 a.m. Officer reports alarm set off by workmen. Call handled by the Lynnfield Fire Department. 


Officer wanted on Thursday at 9:43 p.m. at Capital One at 1200 Market St. No details given.

Caller from King Rail Drive reports a loud bang in the area on Thursday at 11:46 p.m. Officer checked the neighborhood and heard what sounded like fireworks but could not locate where it was coming from.


Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St. requested an ambulance on Thursday at 1:47 p.m. Patient taken to Winchester Hospital.

Medical aid request for a person with abdominal pain at 23 Douglass Road on Friday at 1:28 p.m. Patient was taken to the hospital.

Greater Lynn Senior Services attempted a well-being check at 822 Summer St. on Friday at 4:34 p.m. and no one was at home. Police asked to check periodically. 



A caller reported finding an unattended FedEx box with a paper bag on it at 9:46 a.m. Friday on Tedesco Street. The caller felt it was suspicious. Police reported the items were recycling from businesses inside the building. 

A gas inspector reported a residence had its door kicked in and was trashed at 12:10 p.m. Friday on Prospect Street. Neighbors reported the house has been vacant for years and the door has been kicked in for a year. Police reported the house is on the town’s condemned list. 

A caller reported she was threatened by a landscaping crew while walking on the Neck at about 12 p.m. Friday at Ocean Avenue and Manley Street. She reported the incident an hour later. 

A report of suspicious activity at 10 p.m. Friday on Longview Drive. A man with a beanie cap or silk bandana and facial hair was reportedly knocking on doors and running off. 

A report of a possible drunk driver at 10:13 p.m. Friday on Washington Street. A caller reported a drunk driver yelled and swore at her, backed onto the sidewalk, struck a tree and drove off. Police reported there were two trees in the area, but neither appeared damaged. 

A caller reported there was a scooter in the woods at 9:54 a.m. Saturday on Lafayette Street. Police told the caller DPW could get it on Monday, but he didn’t think it would still be there. 

A caller reported a fancy cat walked through his yard heading for Ware Pond at 2:37 p.m. Saturday on Rockaway Avenue. The cat reportedly had a fancy pattern of fur and an invisible fence-type collar.
