Caller from 22 Thomas Road requested an officer on Tuesday at 10:45 a.m. to check a motor vehicle with Massachusetts license plate 6JJ696 that has been parked in front of his home for a month. Officer reports the vehicle is legally parked and has an active registration. Officer spoke with owner who said he will move it this week.
Caller reported youths riding ATVs and dirt bikes at Glen Drive and West Tapley Road on Tuesday at 3:21 p.m. Officer located caller. Youths left toward Lowell Street.

A caller reported at 10:32 a.m. on Tuesday that a construction truck was driving the wrong way on a bunch of streets near Lee and Tucker streets and struck a pole. Electric Light Department called Verizon and stated the pole was so badly damaged it would need to be replaced.
A walk-in reported at 1:45 p.m. on Tuesday that someone hit his car on Smith Street.
A report of a minor two-car motor vehicle crash on Pleasant Street at 8:37 p.m. on Tuesday.

A caller reported at 8:07 a.m. on Tuesday that a vehicle drove over her flowers on Humphrey Street and ruined them.
A contractor working on Russell Street called at 8:16 a.m. on Tuesday and reported that someone is dumping in his dumpster and he has all their receipts.
A caller reported at 11:02 a.m. on Tuesday that her son’s bike was stolen from her Greystone Road garage on Sunday night.
A caller reported at 1:32 p.m. on Tuesday that he got an alert from his home security system that two unknown females entered his Turner Road property. He stated they didn’t enter his home but they were on the property and he was concerned.
A National Grid subcontractor reported at 1:35 p.m. on Tuesday that his company should be the only one going to homes to check furnaces. He stated there were several Atlantic Avenue homeowners who told him someone already came by and checked their furnaces. He stated he thinks people are scamming residents because there is a specific marking National Grid leaves when they check furnaces, which none of them had.
A Kenneth Road neighbor, who asked to remain anonymous, called at 5:12 p.m. on Tuesday and reported his neighbor was power washing his boat. He stated that it wasn’t contained and it’s against the law to power wash a boat in a non-contained area. Dispatch advised the caller there is no violation and it’s not against the law to power wash a boat.
A caller reported at 12:17 a.m. on Wednesday that there was an unknown person knocking on the door of her Tedesco Street home. Responding officers reported they found nothing.

Thiago Pego, 27, of 15 Margin Terrace, was summoned following a motor vehicle stop on Route 1 South at 550 Lowell and 232 Newbury streets on Tuesday at 5:31 p.m. for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a red light violation.

Hit and run crash into a fence by a gray Volkswagen sedan at 33 Winona Ave. on Wednesday at 9:54 a.m. Officer spoke to the homeowner who said damage was done to a 3-foot tall white plastic fence, 20- to 25-feet long.

Caller reported a friendly pit bull seems lost and is roaming the area near Gardner Park on Tuesday at 8:56 p.m. Animal control officer reports a neighbor said the dog belongs to 18 Roycroft Road. Officer was able to open the front door and put the dog in the home and secure the door.
