Arrest
Susan Jean Donovan, 34, of 25 Winthrop Ave., Braintree, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and furnishing false ID information to law enforcement at 1:58 a.m. on Tuesday. Donovan also had two non-Marblehead warrants.

A caller reported a two-car motor vehicle crash with no injuries on Smith Street at 9:35 a.m. on Monday.

A manager from Crosby’s Market, Washington Street, reported at 1:06 p.m. on Monday that a regular customer who comes in to buy alcohol was refused to buy some because he was too intoxicated. Responding officers reported he left the store.
A walk-in reported a Craigslist scam at 2:39 p.m. on Monday.
A caller reported at 3:18 p.m. on Monday that her fentanyl patches and other medications were missing from her Rowland Street home. She stated she believes they were taken sometime Sunday night while she had friends over. One of her friends asked for a bag before leaving, which she stated she thought was odd as she came in with nothing. The caller called back at 4:34 p.m. and stated she needed an officer because she was going to her friend’s apartment to search for the missing items, and dispatch advised her she couldn’t do that.
A caller reported at 3:24 p.m. on Monday that they were nearly run off the road by an erratic operator at Humphrey Street and Seaview Avenue at 3:24 p.m. on Monday.
A caller reported at 3:31 p.m. on Monday that she found a shotgun shell while moving into her new Prospect Court home. Responding officers took the shell for destruction.
An Uber driver called to report they had an extremely intoxicated male in the backseat on Evans Road at 6:16 p.m. on Monday. Responding officers reported it was a diabetic issue and the male was transported to North Shore Medical Center in Salem.
A caller reported at 12:06 a.m. on Tuesday that something happened to her car while she was parked at The Landing on Front Street all day. Responding officers reported multiple vehicles appeared to have black spray paint on them.
A police sergeant reported at 1:53 a.m. on Tuesday that he found a female in his car in the Atlantic Avenue church parking lot. Responding officers helped take her into custody.

Report of a hit and run crash into a utility pole at 22 Franklin St. on Tuesday at 8:12 a.m. Officer reports the pole was struck and the sidewalk was damaged. The Officer said the operator returned to the scene and acknowledged he was involved in the crash. Peabody Municipal Light Plant was contacted.
Motor vehicle crash reported at 12 Andover St. and 3 Andover Terrace on Tuesday at 10:01 a.m. Officer reports one operator complained of back pain. Vehicle towed by Todisco Towing.
Hit and run crash into a parked car at Brothers Roast Beef & Seafood at 89 Foster St. on Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. Officer reports damage to the rear bumper and no suspects.
Two-car crash reported at Petco Pet Superstore at 10 Sylvan St. on Tuesday at 1:05 p.m. One motor vehicle was towed by Todisco Towing, no injuries.

Report of two large pit bulls wandering Stone Drive and Russell Street on Tuesday at 7:36 a.m. Animal control officer checked the area and could not locate the dogs but found two large turkeys.
Animal control officer reports a woman was bitten by Loki, her 10-year-old gray domestic short-haired cat, on Aug. 11 at 16 Pocahontas Drive and the cat is quarantined.

Both parties were advised of their restraining order rights and they refused. Second call about a couple fighting came from the same location at 10:01 p.m. Officer reports parties were gone when police arrived.
Loud music from an unknown location reported on Paleologos Street on Monday at 8:51 p.m. Officer said the report was unfounded.

Suspicious white sedan with lights dimmed reported on Quarry Terrace on Monday at 10:24 p.m. Officer checked the area and could not locate the vehicle.
Caller from Avalon at Cranebrook at 1000 Crane Brook Way reported the third floor neighbor is making loud noise for the fourth consecutive night on Tuesday at 12:41 a.m. Officer spoke with neighbors who said they would keep the noise down. Police were called back to the same address at 3:07 a.m. about a disturbance. Officer reports the washing machine was operating and it was not very loud.
Nicole Lewis reported her ex-boyfriend, Robert Perkins, will not leave the apartment at 2200 Crane Brook Way, Apt. 2213 on Tuesday at 2:21 a.m. When officers arrived, Lewis had changed her mind and Perkins is allowed to stay. All is in order.
