Complaints
A person walked into the police station to report a problem with a “stalker” at 11:46 a.m. Friday on Waldron Court.
A report of a threatening text at 12:42 p.m. Friday on High Street. An officer reported receiving a call from someone who reported they received a message that read the person was going to come and “kick his (expletive)” for a past incident.
A report of a suspicious vehicle at 7:19 p.m. Friday on Community Road. A woman reported seeing a suspicious black SUV driving around in the back of the synagogue that gave her a weird feeling because she didn’t think he was a member of the temple.
A caller reported at 8:50 p.m. Friday she found a wallet on a bench on Pleasant Street. She wanted to bring it in, but a man hanging around nearby was creeping her out so she left. A wallet was later brought in and someone came by the next day to pick it up.
A caller reported a black car pulled up and dropped off two people at 12:13 a.m. Saturday on Beach Street. He said the people then ran around the house and later walked off. The caller was concerned because his neighbor was arrested the week before. Police checked the area and didn’t find any issues.
A report of a disturbance at 2:38 a.m. Saturday on Sagamore Road. A caller reported a “friend” left the house drunk and was driving a moped. The caller said the person was aggressive towards people. Police reported the person had a couple of drinks and was verbally reprimanded by his mother.
A disturbance was reported at 9:25 p.m. Saturday on Pickwick Road. A man in the backyard was reportedly going ballistic. Police reported the area was quiet.
Fire
A caller reported an electrical outlet was on fire on the porch outside at 10:13 a.m. Friday on Kenneth Road. The fire was extinguished.
Theft
A bicycle was reportedly stolen from the caller’s garage in July on Cushing Road. The incident was reported at 1:14 p.m. Friday. His father noted that another bicycle was dumped a couple of doors down, but they didn’t realize it had been stolen at the time.
Vandalism
A Sevinor Road caller reported at 8:16 p.m. Friday her tires were slashed overnight. Two of the tires were flat and she reported pulling what appeared to be a knife chip out of one of them.

Robert Scott Perkins, 48, of 32 Budleigh Ave., Beverly, was arrested and charged with two counts of Class B drug possession subsequent offense and trespassing at 4:32 p.m. Thursday.
Summons
Teneya Nicole Anderson, 29, of 52 Margery Road, Apt. 2, Brockton, was summoned for following too close and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 5:51 p.m. Thursday.
Jonathan David Smithers, 32, of 28 Verdmont Ave., Lynn, was summoned for child endangerment and storage of an improper firearm at 10:04 a.m. Friday.

Complaints
A report of suspicious activity at 3:33 p.m. Thursday at Lt. Ross Park at 36 Johnson St. A caller reported there was a man taking pictures of her children. The suspect was described as a white man in his late 60s to early 70s with white hair and a beard. He reportedly left the area on a bike.
Suspicious activity was reported at 5:49 p.m. Thursday at Health Care Resources at 168 Newbury St. An employee witnessed a white van come into the parking lot and then saw a man get out briefly before leaving the area quickly. On her way out, the caller saw a white grocery bag dumped in the bushes in the front of the building. She was concerned about its possible contents. An officer found the bag, which was empty.
A road rage incident was reported at 9:54 p.m. Thursday at 7-Eleven at 100 Lynn St. A caller reported another car was “brake checking” him. The cars went their separate ways and the caller couldn’t provide the direction the other driver was headed.
A report of a traffic hazard at 12:53 a.m. Friday at 461 Lowell St. Water was reportedly covering the roadway just before the high school on Lowell Street heading west. The road was shut down in both directions due to significant damage to it.
A report of a weapons violation at 10:04 a.m. Friday at Little Sprouts at 7 First Avenue. A handgun was reportedly found inside a child’s diaper bag at the daycare. Jonathan Smithers, 32, of Lynn, was summoned.
A report of suspicious activity at 1:41 p.m. Friday at 6 Reynolds Road. A caller reported two men and a truck were at a vacant house. Police reported the people were doing work for the bank.
Fire
A report of a ceiling fire at 7:34 a.m. Friday at Walbar Peabody LLC UTC Aerospace Systems at 8 Fifth St. The building was evacuated and the fire was later declared to be under control.
Theft
A report of a larceny at 6:15 p.m. Thursday at Turnpike Car Wash at 80 Newbury St. A woman reported items were taken from her purse while she was cleaning her car.
A larceny was reported at 6:19 p.m. Thursday at 10 Nickerson Road. A caller reported her jewelry was stolen from her home while she was on vacation.

A report of vandalism at 5:29 a.m. Friday at West Memorial School at 15 Bow St. A school custodian reported some overnight vandalism to the playground. The picnic table and barrel were reportedly propped up.
