Saugus author releases 44th book

SAUGUS — Tom Sheehan, the 92-year-old Saugus resident who writes prose and poetry every day, has just had "Grand Royal Stand-off," his 44th book, released by Pocol Press of Punxsutawney, Pa.

The publisher announced its release thusly: "He rides tall in the saddle, dispensing justice with a gun or a word, and only when necessary. He is Thomas F. Sheehan, a western stories writer with uncommon attention to detail and subject knowledge. In this, his 8th western collection with Pocol Press, Sheehan again proves he deserves to gallop on dusty byways with many of the other western masters of the realm."

"Grand Royal Stand-off" is available in print and Kindle, at
