A caller reported a delivery truck was running for hours on Washington Street at 9:26 a.m. on Monday. She stated the fumes were bothering her. Responding officers reported it was an idling refrigeration truck.
A walk-in reported at 11:31 a.m. on Monday that their ring was possibly stolen from Pinecliff Drive.
A caller from Crosby’s Marketplace on Washington Street called at 5:28 p.m. on Monday and reported a male who has shoplifted from them before was in the store and refusing to leave. Responding officers verbally no trespassed him and stated Crosby’s would follow up with a written letter.
A caller from the Jewish Community Center of the North Shore on Community Road reported at 5:35 p.m. on Monday that there was an unattended bag in the Rabbi’s parking spot. Responding officers reported it was a lunch box with empty tupperware inside.
A caller reported a person was yelling on the Girdler Road bike path at 1:03 a.m. on Tuesday. Responding officers found a male down with a suspected ankle fracture. He was transported to North Shore Medical Hospital in Salem.
A walk-in reported at 6:16 a.m. on Tuesday that threats were made to him online.

Arrests
Michael T. Durant, 43, of 11 Kosciusko St., Apt. 2, was arrested on two warrants following a complaint of an intoxicated person at 2 Perkins and 82 Lowell streets, and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, marked lanes violation, and larceny over $1,200.
Edward A. Kozwich, 73, of 308 Lowell St., was arrested following a report of an unwanted guest at the residence on Saturday at 11:44 p.m. and charged with breaking and entering at night time and disturbing the peace.
Steven N. Cunha, 31, homeless, was arrested on a warrant on Monday at 9:38 a.m. and charged with shoplifting.

Timothy Griffen, 57, of 10 Bowditch Ave., was summoned following a motor vehicle stop at 7-Eleven at 100 Lynn St. on Friday at 2:18 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Vehicle released to a licensed operator.
