Ahmed Kilaouy, 58, of 234 Spring St., Medford was summoned on Tuesday at 1:51 p.m. following a motor vehicle crash at Christine’s Cafe at 618 Salem St. for operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, no inspection sticker, and a marked lanes violation. Patient refused medical attention.
Susan Baber, 67, of 32 Mount Pleasant, Apt. A, Rockport was summoned following a hit and run crash in the Whole Foods Market parking lot at 100 Market St. on Tuesday at 1:54 p.m. and charged with leaving the scene of an accident with property damage and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

The Peabody Police Department reported a minor motor vehicle crash with property damage but no injuries at Condon Circle on Tuesday at 8:51 a.m. Lynnfield officer checked the area but could not locate vehicles.

Silent 911 call received from Everything But Water at 1325 Market St. on Tuesday at 4:40 p.m. Officers checked the area and nothing found.
Burglar alarm sounded at Summer Street School at 262 Summer St. on Wednesday at 12:16 a.m. Officer completed walk through with custodian and all appears to be OK.

Complaints
A caller reported a truck was leaking fuel on the boating beach at Naugus Avenue at 9:44 a.m. on Tuesday. Responding officers helped put speedy dry on the fuel.
Multiple calls from residents at 11:17 a.m. on Tuesday on Pond Street, Cheever Street, Farrell Court, Frost Lane, High Street, Harris Street, Stonybrook Road, and Elm Street reporter a power outage. Responding officers reported the problem was located on a pole on Elm Street with a burned wire in a tree. By 12:08 p.m., they re-energized.
A caller reported at her client on Peach Highlands had no power at 12:02 p.m. and she is on an oxygen tank with no backup. By 12:10 p.m. her power was back on and her machine was back up and running.
A walk-in reported at 12:47 p.m. on Tuesday that he found a note on Farrell Court that said “I want to kill U so bad and when I do U will die b****.”
A caller reported at 1:14 p.m. on Tuesday that she observed a man in his 40s that was stumbling around and was holding a cloth to his face at Brook Road and Glendale Road. She stated she felt he might be intoxicated or he was having a medical issue. Responding officers were unable to locate the described man.
A caller reported at 5:39 p.m. on Tuesday that there were three broken latches by the top of the gangway on Front Street. She stated she was afraid that a young child could fall through if it is not fixed. The harbormaster was notified and stated they were aware of it.
A caller reported at 7:32 p.m. on Tuesday that her Bradford Court neighbor was yelling at her.
A caller reported at 9:18 p.m. on Tuesday that they were concerned about a group of kids smoking from bongs at the pavilion on Ocean Avenue. Responding officers reported the group as gone on arrival.

A caller on Nahant Road called to complain about not being notified that a second detail officer was not available for the party she is hosting tonight at 5:45 p.m. Saturday.
A caller reported a parking situation on Nahant Road at 6:35 p.m. Saturday. She said she had a hard time riding her bicycle in the area. The caller complained that there is no parking allowed up there. Police told the caller that they try to make accommodations for homeowners to park cars in the area. Police advised the woman contact Town Hall to express her concerns about residents having guests.
