A caller reported possible fish poaching going on at Village Street at 9:43 p.m. on Monday. They stated they saw a male with a possible cooler full of stripers being taken off the dock. The harbormaster was notified.
A caller reported at 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday that they witnessed “four black males attempt to break into a mailbox across from 141 Humphrey St.” and then fled the area in a car. She stated the car has a tail light out.

Eduardo Greenlaw, 22, of 9½ Northend St., Apt. 2, was arrested on a warrant on Sunday at 7:04 p.m. at Pierpont Park for possession of a Class C drug and larceny from a person over 65.
Juvenile arrested for disorderly conduct on Sunday at 8:04 p.m. at the Plaza Motel on Route 1. Officer reports there was a dispute between the guest and the front desk clerk. Police reported juvenile was arrested on four warrants and charged with multiple counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, civil rights violation, witness intimating, threat to commit a crime, destruction of property over $1,200, resisting arrest, possession of a Class B drug, and disturbing the peace.

Caller from Sophie Road left a voicemail complaining of barking from a neighbor’s dog on Monday at 9:41 a.m. The caller also said the neighbor’s yard is overgrown, inviting rodents and other wildlife onto the property. Animal control officer sent a notice about the barking to the neighbor but advised caller to contact the city’s Health Department for the overgrown yard.
Resident at 486 Lowell St. reported her 1-year-old gray/white male cat is missing on Monday at 10:39 a.m. “Little Devil” was last seen near her home on July 11. He is not microchipped and is not wearing a collar.
Caller reported two dogs left alone inside a motor vehicle on Monday at 3:40 p.m. at 637 Lowell St.
