Arrests

Gary Doane, 34, of 187 Washington St., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at 6:12 p.m. on Thursday.

Oneil Stephenson, 40, of 1419 Troy Ave., Brooklyn, N.Y., was arrested on warrant charges of unarmed robbery and assault and battery at 3:33 p.m. on Thursday. Stephenson was also charged with a straight warrant.

Alarms 

Carbon monoxide alarm sounded at Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St. on Thursday at 11:30 a.m. Call handled by the Lynnfield Fire Department. 

A 911 hangup call received from Riverside Community Care at 6 Kimball Lane, Apt. S310 on Thursday at 2:42 p.m. Officer reports call was an accident. 

Accidental burglar alarm at 4 Country Club Road on Thursday at 7:39 p.m. Officer reports all is OK.

Suspicious auto reported at 949 Salem St. on Thursday at 11:24. Officer reports operator is having his lunch. 

Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St. reported a missing resident on Thursday at 5:57 p.m. Officer reports resident was at an appointment. 

Medical Aid 

Caller reported an elderly man has trouble breathing at 52 Grove St. on Thursday at 7:42 a.m. Patient taken to the hospital.

Ambulance requested at 53 Locksley Road on Thursday at 11:05 a.m. Patient taken to Massachusetts General Hospital.

Medical aid requested at 200 Ross Drive on Thursday at 2:13 p.m. Patient taken to Union Hospital in Lynn.

Request for an ambulance at 500 Ross Drive on Thursday at 4:59 p.m. Patient taken to the hospital.

Medical aid requested for a resident having trouble breathing at 209 Ross Drive on Thursday at 11:43 p.m. Patient taken to Salem Hospital.

Accidents

A report of a minor motor vehicle crash at Green and Creesy streets at 10:59 p.m. on Thursday.

Complaints

A walk-in reported at 3:43 p.m. on Thursday that she received a call from someone claiming to be from Medicare. 

A caller reported he was leaving JunJi on Pleasant Street and saw a big fight brewing in front of the Riptide at 9:03 p.m. on Thursday. Responding officers reported nothing found.

PEABODY 

Arrest 

David E. Mendez-Lopez, 21, of 79 Essex St., Apt. 1, Lynn, was arrested following a traffic stop at Budget Pools at 150 Newbury St. on Wednesday at 5:21 p.m. and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to signal.

Summons 

Luciano Rogerio Nepomuceno, 38, was summoned following a traffic stop on Central Street on Thursday at 11:50 a.m. for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. 

Accidents 

Caller from Sparrows Lane reports a dark skinned man in a gray hoodie is panhandling on Wednesday at 3:24 p.m. near Town Variety at 116 Central St. Person fled to the park.

Motor vehicle crash reported in front of the 14 North Apartment complex on Crane Brook Way on Wednesday at 3:45 p.m. Call handled by the Danvers Police Department. 

Report of a motor vehicle into a tree at Sears Automotive at 210 Andover St. on Thursday at 11:53 a.m. Officer reports Phil’s Tow en route. 

Minor motor vehicle crash at 77 Gardner St. on Thursday at 12:21 p.m. Officer assisted with paperwork exchange.

Animal Control

Caller from 13 Lake Shore Road asked for assistance with a loose female dog on Thursday at 8:26 a.m. Officer reports they were gone upon arrival.

Complaints 

Off duty officer spotted a man on a BMX going in and out of properties at 2 Gardener and 13 Pulaski streets on Wednesday at 5:33 p.m. Police could not locate anyone. 

Owner of Speedway at 545 Lowell St. requested officer assistance explaining to a customer about a hold on their credit card for pumped gas on Wednesday at 7:05 p.m. 

Walk-in reports she was assaulted by her ex-husband on Wednesday at 8:22 p.m. at Northfield Properties at 65 Main St. Officer spoke with the woman and it was determined no assault has occurred. She was given her restraining order rights which she declined.

Caller in a gray 2016 Nissan Sentra wants to speak with an officer about a woman who was harassing her and letting her dogs run loose near Brown’s Pond on Lynn Street on Wednesday at 8:56 p.m. Second woman said the reporting party was smoking pot in her vehicle. Officer spoke with both of them, advised them of the city ordinance and sent them on their way.

Loud music reporting coming from a vehicle parked at Maddy’s Car Wash at 300 Andover St. on Wednesday at 11:33 p.m. Officer reports music has been turned off.

Northshore Mall security requesting an officer to assist in removing a woman digging in the dumpster between Ulta and Shaw’s Supermarket on Thursday at 1:09 a.m. Officer reports the woman and her daughter left the property without incident.

Passerby near Dunkin’ Donuts on Lowell Street reported a slightly chubby, 30-year-old woman with dark hair wearing a leopard print blouse sitting by the patio section of the cafe crying on Thursday at 6:34 a.m. Officer could not locate a woman  matching the description inside or outside of the coffee shop.

A report of a suspicious package at the intersection of Staaf Road and Essex Street at 6:04 p.m. Thursday. 

A caller reported a woman appeared to be unconscious or sleeping in a vehicle at Chipotle on Broadway at 6:32 p.m. Thursday. 

A caller reported a man who was trying to operate a vehicle while intoxicated on Lincoln Avenue at 7:34 p.m. Thursday. 

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering on Founders Way at 7:46 p.m. Thursday.
