LYNN

Arrests

Colleen Blundell, 30, of 1 Chase St., was arrested on a warrant charge of malicious damage to a motor vehicle and a straight warrant charge at 2:21 p.m. on Thursday.

Kristoffer Jacobs, 39, of 33 Spring St., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, possession of a class A drug, and possession of a class B drug at 10:52 p.m. on Thursday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle crash with personal injury at 535 Lynnway at 9:13 a.m. on Thursday; at Walnut Street and Washington Avenue at 4:22 p.m. on Thursday.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at Boston and Chestnut streets at 9:19 a.m. on Thursday; at Eastern Avenue and Ocean Street at 10:45 a.m. on Thursday; at Commercial and South Common streets at 1:17 p.m. on Thursday; on Clarendon Avenue at 1:57 p.m. on Thursday; at 69 Warren St. at 3:31 p.m. on Thursday; at Boston Street and Oakland Avenue at 4:14 p.m. on Thursday; at 489 Boston St. at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday; at 200 Locust St. at 10:31 p.m. on Thursday; at 261 Parkland Ave. at 8:20 a.m. on Friday.

Assaults

A report of an assault and battery at 3 Light St. at 12:54 p.m. on Thursday.

Breaking and Entering

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 27 Shady Lane at 1:19 a.m. on Friday.

Complaints

A report of threats made at 580 Essex St. at 11:31 a.m. on Thursday; at 90 Ford St. at 5:54 p.m. on Thursday.

A report of a fight at 77 Kirtland St. at 4:09 p.m. on Thursday.

Overdoses

A report of a possible overdose on Libby Court at 2:35 p.m. on Thursday; on Eastern Avenue at 2:46 p.m. on Thursday; on Gordon Road at 9:17 p.m. on Thursday.

Theft

A report of motor vehicle theft at 113 Adams St. at 9:45 a.m. on Thursday; at 18 Holland Ave. at 1:22 p.m. on Thursday.

A report of a larceny at 121 N. Common St. at 10:44 a.m. on Thursday; at AL Prime Energy, 969 Western Ave., at 2:38 p.m. on Thursday at 99 High Rock St. at 3:24 p.m. on Thursday; at 11 La Grange Terrace at 5:05 p.m. on Thursday; at 13 Stone Place at 10:59 p.m. on Thursday.

A report of a robbery at 128 Wyman St. at 1:31 p.m. on Thursday.

LYNNFIELD

Alarms 

Burglar alarm canceled at Windsor Estates at 527 Salem St., Apt. 17 on Thursday at 7:22 a.m. 

Fire alarm reported at 9 Durham Drive on Thursday at 1:29 p.m. Lynnfield Fire Department confirmed the call was an accident.

ADT reported burglar alarm activation at 746 Summer St. on Thursday at 5:11 p.m. Officer dispatched, all is OK.

American Alarm reported burglar alarm sounded at the Huckleberry Hill School at 5 Knoll Road on Thursday at 7:38 p.m. Officer dispatched, all is OK.

A 911 caller reported an erratic driver at 683 Walnut St. and 9 Bluejay Road on Thursday at 10:22 p.m. Officer was unable to find a vehicle fitting that description.    

Complaints

Robert Nelson came to the Lynnfield Police Department at 55 Summer St. to retrieve his lost property on Thursday at 4:50 p.m.

Medical Aid

Ambulance requested at Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St., Apt. 110 on Thursday at 7:24 a.m. for a resident experiencing shortness of breath. Patient taken to the hospital.

Request for medical aid from 574 Chestnut St. on Thursday at 4:38 p.m. about an unresponsive person. Officer reports the person was responsive upon arrival. Patient was taken to Melrose/Wakefield Hospital.

MARBLEHEAD

Arrest

Marie Raedine Valverde, 63, of 1973 Larson Road, Lakeside, Ariz., was arrested and charged with larceny from a building at 7 p.m. on Thursday.

Accidents

A walk-in reported damage to her vehicle at 9:15 a.m. on Thursday. She stated she found it after she came out of her hair salon at Spring and Pleasant streets.

A walk-in reported a hit and run motor vehicle crash at 1 p.m. on Thursday. He stated he was on his boat near Village Street and when he came back he found damage to the hood and bumper of his car.

Multiple callers reported at 3:47 p.m. on Thursday that a motor vehicle crashed into a house on Brookhouse Drive. At 4:09 p.m., the building inspector reported no structural damage to the house and the car was OK to be removed.

Complaints

A walk-in reported at 12:56 p.m. on Thursday that she left her wallet in her unlocked car overnight on Cowell Street and when she came back out the next morning it was gone. She stated she believed it was stolen from the car. At 4:25 p.m. she called back and stated she found the wallet. 

A caller reported at 6:36 p.m. on Thursday that he was in the backroom folding towels on Atlantic Avenue when a woman walked in, went behind the counter and “robbed them of all the money.” Responding officers approached a possible suspect at 6:40 p.m. who was putting money into her handbag.

A caller reported a barking dog on Hibbard Road at 2:02 a.m. on Friday.

NAHANT 

Arrest

Michael E. Campagna, 29, of 1 Pond St., Apt. 3L, Winthrop, was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery, intimidating a witness, malicious destruction of property less than $1,200, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. 

Complaints

A caller on Greystone Road reported someone took her Lyn City parking passes at 7:38 p.m. Tuesday.

A caller reported a group of people in the Bayside parking lot causing a disturbance at 1:36 a.m. Wednesday. 

A caller from Northeastern University security reported a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot at 1:47 a.m. Wednesday. 

A report of construction trucks blocking the road in the above area of Willow Road at 10:31 a.m. Wednesday. 

A caller reported a Northeastern sign on open property at the East Point parking lot at 4:35 p.m. Wednesday. 

A caller reported a boat fired a red distress flare on Willow Road at 9:01 p.m. Wednesday. The boat was far out towards Winthrop. The Coast Guard was notified. 

A caller reported a box in the middle of the road on the Causeway at 7:27 a.m. Thursday. Police removed a box of cooking oils from the road. 

PEABODY 

Arrests 

Nicholas James Carrillo, 25, of 12 Whitney Drive, was arrested on a warrant from Salem District Court on Thursday at 5:25 p.m. and charged with intimidation, stalking and a threat to commit a crime. 

Summons 

Julio Cesar Decampos Mota Jr., 34, of 25 Aborn St., was summoned following a motor vehicle stop at Metro Cleaners at 43 Foster St. on Thursday at 5:46 p.m. for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Angel M. Vasquez, 26, of 191 Federal St., Apt. 11, Salem, was summoned while a fight was in progress at Paddy Kelley’s at 154 Washington St. on Friday at 12:40 a.m. and charged with assault and battery on a police officer.

Accidents

Officer flagged down by a woman who said she was involved in a hit and run crash on Thursday at 6:50 p.m. on Central Street with a black Mazda that fled towards the downtown. Officer was unable to locate the vehicle and will document.

Report of a motor vehicle crash on Friday at 8:28 a.m. at 550 Lowell and 232 Newbury streets, no injuries. Officer reports Gaeta’s Towing en route.

Caller reported his motor vehicle was struck while parked in the Bagel World Bakery & Deli parking lot on Friday at 10:11 a.m. Officer reports he will go to the station to file a report. 

Motor vehicle crash reported on Friday at 11:13 a.m. at 2 Roycroft Road and 42 Margin St. Officer reports Arrington Towing on scene.

Animal Control 

Caller reported a Pitbull has been left in a black Lexus IS250 parked between Salem Five Bank and Macy’s at the Northshore Mall on Thursday at 6:26 p.m. Reporting party said the windows were open slightly, but was still concerned about the heat. Mall security was contacted and will advise the animal control officer if dog is in distress. Security reports vehicle was gone upon arrival.

Complaints

Caller reports youths laying down on Lake Shore Road on Thursday at 5:45 p.m. When asked to move, the kids became confrontational with the reporting party. Officer reports youths were sitting on the curb when police arrived and were told to move along. 

Caller from 176 Lynnfield St. reported a suspicious man, 5-foot-8-inches tall with a beard and riding a blue bicycle on Thursday at 8:05 p.m. Reporting party said the man had dropped his bike and appeared to be going through people’s yards. Bike was recovered and person is headed towards Dooling Circle. Officers checked the area and could not find the man. 

Resident of 6 Bartholomew Terrace reported hearing a woman yelling for help in the area on Thursday at 8:53 p.m. Officer checked the area but all is quiet.

Disturbance heard on a 911 call on Thursday at 9:15 p.m. from 16 Fulton St. Officer reports one resident was upset with another woman who came over to visit her boyfriend. All is in order. 

Caller reports three black men were throwing things towards his home at 21 Newcastle Road on Thursday at 10:22 p.m. and parties fled on foot towards Lincoln. Officer found several youths in the area who may have been involved but they gave a different version of what happened. 

Four intoxicated persons were reported at the Cabaret Lounge at 96 Newbury St. on Friday at 12:18 a.m. Officer reports three parties were sent on their way while the other fled into the woods. 

SAUGUS 

Arrests

Jason E. Leach, 42, of 295 Main St., Reading, was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, possession of a class B drug, threatening to commit murder, and carrying a dangerous weapon. 

Elijah Walker, 26, of 414 Hevey St., Manchester, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating under the influence of liquor. 

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 64 Saville St. at 10:21 a.m. Thursday; at Main and Forest streets at 10:28 a.m. Thursday; at 164 Hamilton St. at 4:12 p.m. Thursday; at 605 Broadway at 4:15 p.m. Thursday; at Elm and Walnut streets at 4:25 p.m. Thursday; at 11 Seaview Ave. at 6:35 p.m. Thursday; at 82 Lincoln Ave. at 11:44 p.m. Thursday; at Square One Mall on Broadway at 12:26 a.m. Friday. 

Complaints

A report of illegal dumping near Party City on Broadway at 12:09 a.m. Thursday. 

A report of a tow truck parked and running at 107 Central St. at 2:38 a.m. Thursday. 

A BOLO was put out of Revere for officer safety at 3:34 a.m. Thursday. Revere Police reported a person wanted for shots fired on Broadway. 

A report of vandalism to a motor vehicle on Kennedy Drive at 10:58 p.m. Thursday. 

A caller reported that while driving through the Square One Mall he noticed a man strike his dog and then get on an MBTA bus heading towards Saugus center at 11:21 a.m. Thursday. 

A caller reported a man and woman behind a building on Warden Street appear to be passed out at 1:38 p.m. Thursday. Two people were transported to Salem Hospital. 

Theft

A report of shoplifting from Party City on Broadway at 3:27 p.m. Thursday. 

SWAMPSCOTT

Arrest

Ryan Martin, 30, was arrested and charged with speeding and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 1:37 a.m. on Friday.

Complaints

A report of vandalism at 1008 Paradise Road at 2:53 p.m. on Thursday.
