A caller reported at 8:24 a.m. on Monday that her contractor, hired to put in a fence around her Red Frank Lane home, became aggressive and started to yell at her when she spoke to him regarding a change. She stated he “threatened to come over and take the fence out.” Responding officers spoke with both parties and they made a civil agreement to complete the work.
A caller reported an erratic operator in a blue sports car at Humphrey and Tedesco streets at 10:50 a.m. on Monday. They stated they were driving at a high rate of speed heading toward downtown. Responding officers were unable to locate the car.
A caller reported getting scam calls from someone claiming to be from Social Security at 1:15 p.m. on Monday.

John Kennedy, 31, of 32 Chestnut St., was arrested on Monday at 10:15 p.m. following a report of a stolen car and charged with larceny of a motor vehicle.

Igor Cunha, 22, of 44 Lila Ave., Medford, was summoned on Monday at 4:36 p.m. for check forgery, uttering, and larceny by check under $1,200 following a report of a bad check written at 142 Shore Drive.
Angel E. Abreau, 28, of 11 Elm Ave., Brockton, was summoned on Tuesday at 12:35 p.m. at 1 Summit St. and Christina Drive for operating a motor vehicle with revoked registration.

Hit and run motor vehicle crash reported on Monday at 4:12 p.m. at 14 Holten St. Caller said kids on bikes struck his vehicle and continued riding. Officer will document damage to Massachusetts license plate no. 8FD742, checking the area for suspects.
Caller from Lifestyles Hair Studio at 145 Summit St. reported a vehicle struck her car in the parking lot on Tuesday at 10:14 a.m. A witness left a note saying the damage was done by a blue Toyota with Massachusetts license plate no. 834WB3. Officer reports suspect called and paperwork will be exchanged.
Report of a motor vehicle crash at 2 King and 136 Lowell streets on Tuesday at 11:43 a.m. Officer reports there was minor damage, no injuries, no tows, and paperwork exchanged.

Report of baby ducks on Church Street next to City Hall at 28 Lowell and 24 Church streets on Tuesday at 7:59 a.m. Caller said she pushed the ducklings onto the grass but fears they will return to the road.
Stray dog reported at 194 Lake St. on Tuesday at 9:23 a.m. Officer reports pet was gone upon arrival. Resident called back at 9:40 a.m. to say the dog was on the front lawn. Animal control officer reports when she arrived the dog ran to the rear of the home. Pet taken to Borash Veterinary Clinic.

Fight in progress between two dogs and two men at 60 Forest St. on Monday at 5:23 p.m. Officer reports the Thompson family’s dog, Libby, jumped over the driveway fence and attacked Mr. Diorio’s dog, Muzzy. The two men attempted to separate the animals. During the scuffle, threats were made and Mr. Ottolio, a neighbor, was pushed to the ground by Mr. Diorio. The Thompsons were advised to get a taller fence because this was not the first time Libby hopped it. Both parties were advised the report would be forwarded to the animal control officer for review. No charges filed.
Caller reported a motor vehicle with Massachusetts license plate no. 8LPK70 was swerving all over the road at 261 Newbury St. on Monday at 6:58 p.m. Officers checked the area and could not locate the vehicle.
Neighborhood dispute reported on Monday at 17 Tanners Court on Monday at 7:36 p.m. Caller wants to report her neighbor harassed her daughter. Janet told police one of Emily’s daughter’s stuck her tongue out at her as she rode by on her bike. She stated to her “that was an ugly face.” No issues at this time. Neighbors continue to not get along. Janet stated that she is attempting to find new housing. Emily said she did not believe her daughter would do that to Janet.

J&H Truck Repair at 129 Newbury St. reported theft of $400 worth of gas on Tuesday at 3:26 p.m. Owner told police the owner is Premiere Global Services. Massachusetts State Police will follow the truck back to the repair shop to pay the tab. Officer reports bill paid in full, no further action taken.
