Arrests 

Jakson Joseph, 43, of 11 Hood St., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at 12:31 a.m. Monday. 

Peterson Joseph, 23, of 11 Hood St., Apt. 2, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, speeding and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 12:39 a.m. Monday.

Jesus Lopez, 28, of 62 Orchard St., was arrested and charged with armed robbery at 2:24 p.m. Sunday. 

Sender Pojoy-Chiguichon, 27, of 39 Rogers Ave., was arrested and charged with armed robbery and assault and battery with a restraining order in effect at 2:23 p.m. Sunday. 

Marvin Pojoy-Lopez, 23, of 33 Laighton St., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and disguise to obstruct justice at 3:45 p.m. Sunday.

The Department of Public Works reported a motor vehicle crash on Friday at 2:29 p.m. at 5 Summer and 618 Main streets. No injuries. Officer assisted with paperwork exchange. 

Report of a motor vehicle crash with property damage at 354 South Broadway at 31 Maple St. on Friday at 2:40 p.m. No injuries, report taken.

Alarms 

Burglar alarm sounded at 89 Crest Road on Friday at 9:32 a.m. Officer reports house appears secure. 

Security company called with alarm activation at the Lynnfield Middle School at 505 Main St. on Friday at 6:29 p.m. Officer reported all is OK.

Burglar alarm reported going off at 4 Pine St. on Saturday at 3:43 a.m. Officer reports home is secure.

Accidental burglar alarm reported at 27 Heritage Lane on Saturday at 1:13 p.m. Officer reports home appears secure. 

Master bedroom and door motion detector alarm sounded at 9 Driftwood Lane on Saturday at 5:07 p.m. Officer reports all is secure.

Complaints

Caller reports two vehicles blocking Meservey Lane on Friday at 9:02 a.m. Officer reports the street is passable, one parking ticket issued.

Suspicious activity reported on Monday or Tuesday of last week at 375 North Broadway, Apt. 1-215 on Friday at 10:16 a.m. No details provided. 

Officer requested at the Elizabeth Green Library at 18 Summer St. on Friday at 4:12 p.m. for an obscene telephone call. Report taken.

Caller reported a tractor trailer has been parked at 15 Prospect Ave. and 404 Summer St. for days on Friday at 1:05 p.m. Officer reports vehicle will be moved.

Malicious destruction of property reported at the Lutheran Church at 708 Lowell St. on Sunday at 3:18 a.m. Caller reports one of his trucks was damaged on the church property. 

Caller from 14 Pocahontas Way reports her boyfriend will not leave on Monday at 1:01 a.m. Officer reports party left without incident. 

Medical Aid

Caller from Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St. reports a woman fell and hit head on Friday at 7:32 a.m. Patient taken to the hospital.

Request for an ambulance at 22 Bishops Lane on Friday at 8:22 a.m. Patient take to Beverly Hospital.

Medical aid requested at Lahey Health Center at 1350 Market St. on Friday at 12:15 p.m. Patient taken to the hospital.

Ambulance requested at Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St. on Friday at 12:26 p.m. Patient taken to Lahey Hospital & Medical Center in Burlington. 

Medic Alert sounded from 406 Ross Drive on Saturday at 7:09 a.m. Report of an elderly woman not feeling well. Patient taken to the hospital. 

Woman passed out at Fit at 681 Market St. on Saturday at 7:33 a.m. Patient refused medical attention. 

Ambulance request from 111 Ross Drive for a woman who’s feeling dizzy and weak on Sunday at 7:37 a.m. Patient taken to the hospital.

Accidents 

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 5:22 p.m. Sunday on Elm Street. A caller reported her car was struck while parked. 

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run crash at 5:52 p.m. Sunday on Foster Street.

Complaints 

A report of a broken down boat at 9:23 a.m. Sunday at Salem Harbor. A caller reported her husband’s lobster boat had broken down. She said he was between Dolphin Rock and Mill Rock. The harbormaster was notified and responded. 

A caller reported her neighbor was spraying bleach on her porch and it was splashing against her house at 12:37 p.m. Sunday on State Street.

A report of a disturbance at 12:29 a.m. Monday on Pleasant Street. A caller reported a drunk person was attempting to leave and enter his car. He reportedly began to get aggressive when the bartenders attempted to call him a Lyft. The man left in a taxi.

PEABODY 

Arrests 

Leonart Telha, 46, of 11 Dow St., Salem was arrested on Monday at 9:13 a.m. following a traffic stop at 90 Walnut St. and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Uytson Dasilva, 24, of 9 Essex Lane, Apt. 3, was arrested on Monday at 9:13 a.m. following a traffic stop at 90 Walnut St. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. 

Raquel B. Martinez, 53, of 77 Pine St., Apt. 2, Salem, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Monday at 2:18 p.m. at 10 Caller St. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. 

Accidents

Motor vehicle crash on Sunday at 6:23 p.m. after the Route 128 South ramp and Lowell Street. Officer reports no injuries, paperwork exchanged. 

Caller reports a motor vehicle crash at the Boston Sports Club at 194 Newbury St. on Monday at 8:27 a.m. Officer reports no injury, no tows, and will document.

Animal Control 

Loose small tan and white dog with a blue collar reported on Monday at 7:09 a.m. at Colonial and Roland roads. Caller said they could not get close enough to read tag. Officer checked the neighborhood and could not locate the pet. 

Caller from 15 Oakland St. left a message saying he found a stray dog over the weekend on Monday at 8:30 a.m. No answer on callback. Officer left message requesting status of dog.

Complaints

Verbal argument reported between brother and sister at 47 Shore Drive, Apt. D on Sunday at 6:30 p.m. Officer will document. 

Report from East End Veterans Memorial Park at 45 Walnut St. on Sunday at 7:39 p.m. about bar stool and clothing left in the park. The Department of Public Works was asked to remove it. Officer reports all debris removed by DPW and all else is in order.

Suspicious dark colored sedan with three occupants coming and going reported on Cunha Road on Sunday at 9:09 p.m. Officer spoke to the parties. The vehicle is disabled and they are waiting for a tow truck.

Danvers Police Department is seeking Peabody’s help trying to take Mihran Mosko into custody at Mobile Estates on Newbury Street for two warrants and other charges. Officer reports party was not at home on Sunday at 10:57 p.m.

Caller from Pumel Enterprises reports $5,000 worth of equipment over the weekend on Monday at 7:33 a.m. at 20R Webster St. Officer will document.   

SAUGUS 

Arrests

Erik P. Oxley, 37, of 10 Ernest St., was arrested and charged with assault and battery and default warrant charges. 

Oscar Garcia, 36, of 24 Hanover St., Apt. 1, Lynn, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor.

Anthony Michael Medeiros, 34, of 298 Brookline St., Cambridge, was arrested and charged with third offense of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, leaving the scene of property damage, resisting arrest, and warrant charges. 

Mariam Sayeh, 25, of 8 Albermarle, Apt. A, Boston, was arrested and charged with possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and operating under the influence of liquor.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 400 Lynn Fells Parkway at 9:47 a.m. Friday; at Linwood Street and Lincoln Avenue at 11:14 a.m. Friday; at Broadway and Main Street at 12:48 p.m. Friday; at 72 Main St. at 4:57 p.m. Friday; on Salem Turnpike at 5:53 p.m. Friday; at Macy’s Department Store at 1:54 p.m. Saturday; at 24 Hamilton St. at 4:06 p.m. Saturday; at 168 Broadway at 4:46 pm. A report of road rage at Hockeytown USA on Broadway at 1:10 p.m. Friday. 

A caller reported a gathering in the parking lot at Central Storage with possible drinking at 10:14 p.m. Friday. 

A caller reported four youths rang her doorbell and ran down Vine Street at 3:47 am. Saturday. 

A caller reported sewage backing up in the area of 37 Howard St. at 7:53 a.m. Saturday. 

A report of a woman walking in the roadway on Broadway near the Square One Mall at 10:51 a.m. Saturday. 

A caller from Revere reported that there has been excessive noise coming from Wheelabrator Saugus 24/7 and it is particularly bad when there is a west wind at 11:44 a.m. Thursday. State Rep. RoseLee Vincent also called to report the issue. Police reported they called the Control Room and learned the noise is coming from the release of steam, which is being done temporarily because a turbine is down. 

A report of a large pitbull running free on Denver Street at 1:51 p.m. Saturday. 

A caller reported a child with no parents running through the street on Ballard Street at 4:36 p.m. Saturday. 

A caller reported a dog has been inside a vehicle with the windows rolled up for at least five minutes and, though it does not look to be in distress, she is worried about the dog’s well being at Trader Joe’s at 6:40 p.m. Saturday. Police were dispatched to the parking lot, but canceled before arrival because the owner returned to the vehicle. 

A caller on Lincoln Avenue reported her neighbor’s kids are on the roof throwing glass bottles at her house at 8:05 p.m. Saturday. 

A taxi driver reported a customer refusing to pay her fare at Square One Mall at 5:33 p.m. Sunday. 

Police responded to a report of a possible fight at Breakheart Reservation at 5:57 p.m. Sunday. A witness reported two men, one with a possible handgun in his waistband. 

Theft

A report of a motor vehicle break-in at 4 Anjo Lane at 4:03 a.m. Friday; at 11 Endicott St. at 5:37 p.m. Friday. 

A report of a breaking and entering at 1 Beachview Ave. at 4:48 a.m. Friday. 

A report of shoplifting from Macy’s Department Store at 3:05 p.m. Friday.
