Axel Chilel-Ramirez, 22, of 44 Trinity Ave., was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, OUI liquor and alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle at 6:53 p.m. Sunday.

Franklin Merino Guardado, 38, of 142 Timson St., was arrested and charged with OUI liquor and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 12:27 a.m. Monday.

Cassandra Miller-Brown, 32, of 19 Bourbon St., Peabody, was arrested on a warrant charge of shoplifting by asportation at 12:12 p.m. Sunday.

Summons

Juan Carlos Vargas, 56, of 565 Walnut St., was summoned on Friday at 10:36 p.m. following a report by a neighbor of a disturbance at that address. He is charged with selling or delivering liquor to persons under 21.

Burglar alarm reported from Advanced Medical Technologies at 50 Salem St. on Friday at 5:02 p.m. Officer determined the call was accidental.

A 911 hangup call was received from Chico’s at 325 Market St. on Friday at 8:45 p.m. Officer reported the call was accidental.

Report of a 911 hangup from 8 Grey Lane on Friday at 11:18 p.m. No service needed. Officer reports all is OK.

Defective burglar alarm sounded at 15 Ramsdell Way, Apt. 32-34 on Saturday at 2:29 p.m. Video shows people walking by the stairwell. Officer reports the alarm was set off accidentally by the developer.

American Alarm Co. canceled the basement motion burglar alarm at 2 Michaels Road on Saturday at 3:29 p.m.

Dining room motion detector sounded at 10 Charing Cross on Saturday at 8:10 p.m. Officer reports all appears to be in order.

Burglar alarm sounded at the Lynnfield Middle School at 505 Main St. on Sunday at 12:26 a.m. Officer reports all appears to be in order.

Burglar alarm sounded at 7 Archer Lane on Sunday at 12:39 p.m. Officer reports all exterior doors and windows secure.

Laundry window alarm sounded at 14 Durham Drive on Sunday at 2:58 p.m. Officer reports the dog tripped the alarm.

Complaints

Caller reported her car was missing near the Apple Store at 1220 Market St. on Friday at 1:45 p.m. Officer reports the woman found her vehicle.

Report of a loud group of kids running around at 565 Walnut St. on Friday at 10:36 p.m.  Officer stood by until parents came and picked up teens. See summons above for Juan Carlos Vargas.

Officer wanted at 14 Lynnbrook Road on Sunday at 12:45 a.m. for an issue at home. Officer reports 21-year-old son sent on his way.

Resident needed assistance shutting the window at 101 Ross Drive on Sunday at 12:45 a.m. Service provided by officer.

Caller from Grove Street reports cars parked in the middle of the street making it difficult for vehicles to pass on Sunday at 10:53 p.m. Officer ticketed one vehicle.

Medical Aid

Caller reports a 22-year-old woman passed out on Saturday at 7:42 p.m. at 4 Debston Lane. Patient taken to the hospital.

Request for medical assistance for a resident having trouble breathing at 500 Ross Drive on Friday at 8:40 p.m. Patient taken to the hospital.

Well-being check requested on Friday at 11:53 p.m. at 2 Zepaj Lane. Caller reports she has not been able to reach her husband all day. She is not in the area to check. Officer reports a vehicle with Massachusetts license plate no. 5TA676 is in the driveway and the house is locked and secure.

Medical aid requested on Saturday at 2:14 p.m. at the Yard House at 340 Market St. for an elderly couple that fell. Officer reports the patients refused medical assistance.

Ambulance requested at Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St. Apt. 203 on Saturday at 9:07 p.m. for a woman who fell and suffered a head injury. Patient taken to the hospital.

Medical aid requested at 7 Rockwood Road on Sunday at 2:29 p.m. for a person with an altered mental status. Patient taken to the hospital.

Ambulance requested at Lahey Health Center at 1350 Market St. on Sunday at 7:22 p.m. for an infant with a burn. Child taken to the hospital.

Arrests

Keith G. Allen, of 5 Wellesley Road, Beverly, was arrested on a warrant at 27 Chestnut St. on Saturday at 10:24 p.m.

Briana M. Gammon, 31, of 194 Washington St., was arrested on a warrant on Friday at 9:10 p.m. at 163 Washington and 124 Foster streets.

Tanya A. Merchant, 39, of 49 Lynn St., Everett, was arrested on two warrants on Saturday at 2:28 a.m. after an officer saw her disabled vehicle being operated at 43 Andover St. with a tire missing. She was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. The car was towed by Malia’s Towing.

Andrew N. Pelletier, 47, of 3 Oakland Road, Danvers, was arrested on Saturday at 12:08 p.m. following a motor vehicle stop at In The Game at 535 Lowell St. He faces charges of shoplifting. The vehicle was released to a licensed operator.

Ismael Alverson, 21, of 91 Everett St., Apt. 1, Boston, was summoned on Saturday at 6:48 p.m. at 83 Newbury St. for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.,

Roberto B. Tema-Guzman, 42, was summoned on Saturday at 6:48 p.m. at 83 Newbury St. for allowing an unlicensed operator of a motor vehicle.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle crash on Friday at 3:22 p.m. at the Shell Station at 85 Lynnfield St. Officer reports operator of the second vehicle had neck pain, was checked by EMS, and signed a refusal of treatment.

Minor motor vehicle crash reported on Friday at 5:39 p.m. at Holden Oil at 91 Lynnfield St. Officer reports no injuries or tows.

Report of a motor vehicle crash at CVS Pharmacy at 174 Main St. on Saturday at 8:41 p.m. Motor vehicle two was towed by Malia’s Towing.

Hit and run crash reported on Friday at 11:05 p.m. at Peabody District Court at 1 Lowell St. Caller reports vehicle with Massachusetts license plate no. 5YE522 fled with four people in the car, last seen going down Sawyer Street. Report taken.

Animal Control

Resident reports she found a small Yorkie at 2 Lynnfield St. on Saturday at 6:20 p.m. The pet has a collar but no contact information. Caller said she will take the animal to a vet to see if it has a chip. It did and dog is being returned to the owner.

Complaints

Caller from 5 Scribner Road reported her daughter is unwanted at the residence with a restraining order and possibly intoxicated on Friday at 4:16 p.m. Officer reported the daughter was found at 6 Briarwood Road, there was no restraining order and she was not drunk, and left the home prior to officer’s arrival.

Road rage incident reported on Russell Street on Friday at 5:16 p.m. Caller says operator of a motor vehicle with Massachusetts license plate no. 7SR448 has been following him and trying to fight him. The suspect turned off and the victim left the area.

Call from 11 Ledgewood Way reported a suspicious motor vehicle with New Hampshire plate no. 4567693 may be involved in a drug activity on Friday at 6:01 p.m. Officer spoke with parties and all is in order.  

Caller is upset about eight adults in Pierpont Park smoking pot on Friday at 8:30 p.m. Caller asked them to leave and they yelled at her. Officer reported they were advised to keep the volume down, the park closes at 9 p.m. No sign of alcohol use but parties were advised that the use of marijuana is an arrestable offense.

Loud music reported on Berry Street on Friday at 8:33 p.m. Officer reports music turned down in the parking lot at 50 Warren St.

Disturbance reported on Friday at 9:39 p.m. at 7-Eleven at 115 Main St. Officer reports parties sent on their way.

Caller from 75 Walnut St. reported loud singing on Friday at 9:46 p.m. Officer reported the music was coming from a show at the Holy Ghost.

Suspicious activity reported at 31 Pierpont St. on Friday at 10:37 p.m. Neighbor reported large amounts of pot are being sold from the residence for months. Vehicles pull into the apartment building and the tenants go outside to meet them to sell drugs.   

Report of a gray Toyota Camry occupied by a suspicious man and a woman on Walden Hill Drive on Friday at 11:02 p.m. Officer reports the vehicle was gone upon arrival.

Loud music reported at the Azorean Brotherhood of the Divine Holy Ghost at 20 Howley St. on Friday at 11:28 p.m. Sergeant reports the church has a permit that is active until 11 p.m. Officer reports music has been shut down for the night.

Complaints of loud music reported at 9 Center St. on Friday at 11:40 p.m. Officer reports party has ended.

William E. Lambros, 34, of 22 Milton St., was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and three counts of carrying a dangerous weapon (a spiked kubaton, a leather kubaton and a spring-assisted folding knife.)

Siara Barbara Fonseca, 32, of 80 Sagamore St., Apt. 309, Lynn, was arrested and charged with armed robbery, assault and battery, and assault with a dangerous weapon.

Toniea Coleman, 31, of 281 Summer St., Lynn, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise and intimidating police or court officials with misleading statements.

A report of a man wandering around in front of businesses on Central Street with something that resembles a firearm in his waistband at 10:44 a.m. Thursday.

A report of vandalism to a back window of North Shore Bank on Lincoln Avenue at 11:56 a.m. Thursday.

A report of a drug investigation at the Public Safety Building at 11:57 a.m. Thursday.

A report of a fight at Birch and Stone streets at 3:05 p.m. Thursday.

A caller on Magnolia Street reported her boyfriend moved out and left several firearms in the home at 3:24 p.m. Thursday. Police report two long guns and two handguns were secured and brought to the station.

A report of a dog that was struck by a car on Main Street at 4:28 p.m. Thursday. The driver did not remain on scene and the dog later died.

A report of a small dog locked in a car with Washington plates at Polcari’s Restaurant at 7:03 p.m. Thursday.

A caller reported a gray van ran off the road into the bushes in the vicinity of 179 Water St. at 11:33 a.m. Thursday.

A homeowner on Birch Street reported someone threw a rock through her window at 1:45 p.m. Friday.

A caller reported a vehicle did not stop for a school bus on Main Street at 3:10 p.m. Friday.

A caller reported an abandoned red suitcase in the parking lot at Panera Bread on Broadway at 6:40 p.m. Friday.

A report of an unknown person over the phone is threatening to come to the Speedway store on Broadway and rob it at 1:53 a.m. Saturday.

A caller reported that water was coming out of a steel plate in the roadway at Soc’s Ice Cream on Lynn Fells Parkway at 7:25 p.m. Saturday.

A report of several youths to the rear of the Veterans Memorial School causing a disturbance at 7:43 p.m. Saturday.

A report of 15 to 20 youths outside near the tiki bar area at Kowloon Restaurant at 2:18 a.m. Sunday.

A caller reported her landlord changed her locks and she is unsure why at 5 Ciampa Drive at 2:32 p.m. Sunday.

A report of shoplifting from Kohl’s Department Store at 333 Broadway at 2:30 p.m. Thursday.

A report of a breaking and entering at 106 Winter St. at 5:42 p.m. Thursday.

A caller reported multiple phones are missing from the Sprint Store on Broadway at 8:57 a.m. Friday.

A report of an armed robbery at 20 Houston Ave. at 1:59 p.m. Friday. A woman approached a man with a knife and took his cell phone.

A report of shoplifting from Target on Lynn Fells Parkway at 3:17 p.m. Saturday.
