Kenny Chhith, 23, of 37 Upham Road, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor with serious injury and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 2:53 a.m. Saturday.

Siara Fonseca, 32, of 80 Sagamore St., was arrested on a courtesy booking at 3:14 p.m. Friday.

Saengphachan Souvannarath, 39, homeless, was arrested and charged with delivering drugs to a prisoner, drug possession with intent to distribute and Class B drug possession at 12:38 a.m. Sunday.

A caller reported at 2:55 p.m. Friday on Ramsay Road that her neighbor parks under her basketball hoop despite having a driveway and garage.

Speeding vehicles were reported at 7:34 p.m. Friday on Ocean Avenue. Two mustangs and an Infinity were reportedly doing donuts in the parking lot of Devereux Beach.

A man was reportedly in someone’s car at 7:58 p.m. Friday on Front Street. A caller reported nothing appeared to be missing from the car. The man was disheveled and according to the caller, proceeded to walk away.

A report of three kids on the roof at 11:14 p.m. Friday on Atlantic Avenue. The kids were released to their mother.

A woman posted on the Marblehead Police Facebook page at 8:32 a.m. Saturday that on Friday afternoon she encountered a man who was screaming profanities when she was walking out the door on Lincoln Avenue to get kids from Coffin School. The man called her profanities and told her to take off her sunglasses and burn. He relayed that he knew where she lived and dared her to call the police. She wrote that normally she wouldn’t be bothered, but she had a 5-year-old girl with her at the time. Police told her to call immediately if she encountered the man again.

A caller reported at 928 a.m. Saturday she returned to her Orne Street home on Thursday to find her wall damaged.

A report of headshots left behind at 2:52 p.m. Saturday on Humphrey Street. A man reportedly left his 8 x 10 photos behind at the casting event.

A caller had a tree swing question at 3:11 p.m. Saturday on Bayview Road. A caller reported one of his tree limbs hangs over into his neighbor’s yard. The neighbor has put a swing on the limb and the caller wanted to know if it was legal. The caller is likely going to remove the tree.

A report of loud construction noise at 7:04 p.m. Saturday on Washington Street. A caller reported there was a house across from hers “that has been running a small saw all day and it is driving all of us crazy.”

A report of suspicious activity at 8:05 p.m. Saturday on Peach Highlands. A caller reported she and her boyfriend were having a yard sale and a woman came up to the stuff and started to take it. When the couple confronted the woman, she said she thought it was all free and put it back, but the couple thought it was suspicious.

A cat was reportedly chased up a tree at 9 p.m. Saturday on Atlantic Avenue.


A car was reported stolen at 5:44 p.m. Saturday on Front Street.


A report of vandalism at 6:38 a.m. Sunday on Birch Street. Two cars were reportedly keyed overnight.




Rafael Dasilva, 32, of 1 Courageous Court, Salem, was arrested on warrants at 11:54 a.m. Saturday.


A report of a motor vehicle crash at 4:25 p.m. Saturday at Tides Restaurant on Wilson Road; at 4:42 a.m. Sunday at Nahant and Greystone roads. A truck into a police was reported. The driver was cited for leaving the scene, property damage and operating to endanger.


A report of an assault at 6:43 p.m. Wednesday on Causeway. A woman reported she was about to be assaulted by another woman and some other girls on Long Beach.


A caller reported someone at the Wharf was using the Wharf hose to wash her car at 3:13 p.m. Thursday on Wharf Street.

A caller reported kids in the middle of the Causeway on the barriers taking selfies at 8:52 p.m. Thursday.

A report of a disturbance at 2:16 p.m. Friday at Lowlands parking lot on Nahant Road. A possibly drunk man was reportedly screaming profanities and seemed out of it.

A report of suspicious activity at 4:57 p.m. Friday at Richland Convenience Store on Nahant Road. A caller reported there was a woman who had been standing in front of the Richland Store for four hours. Police reported the woman was fine and was sent on her way.

Suspicious activity was reported at 10:51 p.m. Friday at Lowlands parking lot on Nahant Road. A caller reported an unknown person was seen running out from the parking lot, jumping into a car and leaving the area at a high rate of speed.


A report of vandalism at 9:04 a.m. Thursday on Maolis Road. A caller reported her car was possibly vandalized overnight. She said she parked on the street and found damage to her passenger side mirror. Police said it could have been caused by another car.




A report of a motor vehicle crash at 9:50 a.m. Friday at 113 Lowell St.; at 11:01 a.m. Friday at 2 Sylvan St. and 225 Andover St.; at 11:32 a.m. Friday at 301 Brooksby Village Drive.; at 3:22 p.m. Friday at Peabody Shell at 85 Lynnfield St.


A report of suspicious activity at 8:26 p.m. Thursday at McVann O’Keefe Rink at 511 Lowell St. A caller reported that while at the skating rink, a man wearing a black jacket was in the wooded area.

A sinkhole, about six to eight feet deep and just as wide, was reported at 11:47 a.m. Friday at T.J. Variety at 124 Lynnfield St. DPW responded to the scene.


A report of a larceny at 9:56 p.m. Thursday at 6114 Crane Brook Way. A caller reported her girlfriend stole $1,500 from the apartment. The caller later reported she was able to reach her girlfriend who was coming back with the money.


A past malicious damage to an electric fence was reported at 8:24 a.m. Friday at 37 North Central St.




A report of a disturbance at 9:42 a.m. Friday at 450 Paradise Road.
