A caller reported at 9:02 a.m. on Thursday that she was almost hit in the crosswalk near CVS Pharmacy at Commercial Street and Atlantic Avenue. She stated the male driver had to swerve around her and there are no speed limit signs in the area. She stated she “didn’t feel like getting a broken leg.”
A caller, from a bank on Pleasant Street, called to report someone yelling and causing a disturbance at 4:29 p.m. on Thursday. They stated the person refused to leave but when responding officers arrived the person was gone on arrival.
A caller reported at 2:57 a.m. on Friday that she heard what she believed was a gunshot. She stated she thought it was a shotgun, as she used to work at a gun store. Responding officers found nothing in the area.

Frank Reynaldo Mejia Jr., 24, of 4 Sanborn St., Apt. 1, was arrested on Thursday at 1:49 p.m. following a traffic stop at 161 Main St. and 2 Eagan Place for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Marie Brianna Cosgro, 22, of 42 Washington St., was summoned on Wednesday at 6:07 p.m. following a report from a manager at Macy’s at the Northshore Mall that the store clerk admitted to theft. She is charged with larceny under $1,200 and has been banned from the mall for one year.
Lucy Boro Teodoro, 41, no address given, was summoned on Thursday at 11:33 a.m. following a motor vehicle stop at 222 Newbury Motors for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Four Star Towing has towed the vehicle. Taxi has been called.

Resident reports she found a large German Shepherd mix dog that she is keeping in her backyard at 15 Paleologos on Wednesday at 4:13 p.m. The pet has a collar but not contact information. Caller said she will take the animal to a vet to see if has a chip, it did and dog is being returned to the owner.

Resident of 27 North Central St. reported her neighbor put dog feces in her mailbox on Wednesday at 7:17 p.m. Officer spoke with the reporting party who said she did not know who did it. There was a letter in the mailbox that asked her to stop allowing her dog to defecate in the yard.
Resident of 19 Samoset Road reports her neighbor recently died and he sees a suspicious man walking around the property on Wednesday at 4:45 p.m. and left in a gray General Motors pickup. Officer spoke with the reporting party and no further information is available.
Caller reports three men drinking in the gazebo at 10 Crowninshield St. on Wednesday at 5:24 p.m. Officer spoke with the parties who admitted they had smoked pot at the location which the officer could smell. Officer checked them for additional pot and they were advised smoking marijuana in public is an arrestable offense.
Ginger’s Closet at 110 Lynn St. reports a parked red pickup taking two spaces in front of the shop and a man sitting on her stoop on Wednesday at 8:02 p.m. Officer spoke with the party who said he is waiting to pick up his children.

Unwanted guest reported at Walgreens at 229 Andover St. on Thursday at 10:16 a.m. Store reports a motor vehicle with New Hampshire plate no. 4074075 has been parked in the lot for 24 hours. Employee thinks someone may be living in the car. Officer spoke with the man and was told to move on, he works at Market Basket and was napping.
Man dressed in all black was reported exposing himself on the bike path on Thursday at 12:17 p.m. Officer could not locate anyone.
