Leonardo Aponte, 33, of 126 Union St., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and on warrant charges of disorderly conduct, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, Class A drug possession, Class B drug possession subsequent offense and miscellaneous municipal ordinance violation at 2:05 p.m. Wednesday.

Bridget Christopher, 25, was arrested and charged with trespassing at 12:01 p.m. Thursday.

Elizabeth Kalivas, 39, of 725 Summer St., was arrested and charged with trespassing at 12:21 p.m. Thursday.

John O’Neal, 67, was arrested and charged with violation of the open container law at 12:39 p.m. Wednesday.

Bunly Phok, 47, was arrested and charged with trespassing at 12:10 p.m. Thursday.

Aubrey Winbrone, 63, of 328 Essex St., was arrested and charged with trespassing at 2:56 p.m. Wednesday.

Aysha Young, 33, of 119 Lewis St., was arrested and charged with trespassing at 12:04 p.m. Thursday.

Security company canceled the burglar alarm that sounded at 23 Alexander Road on Wednesday at 11:42 p.m.

Accidental burglar alarm reported on Wednesday at 12:10 p.m. at 2 Michaels Road.

Security company reports a residential alarm at 9 Cortland Lane on Wednesday at 4:41 p.m. Officer reports all doors and windows secure.

ABC Alarm Co. reported an accidental burglar alarm sounded at 20 Midland Road on Wednesday at 9:24 p.m.


Caller from 7 Liberty Lane reported a suspicious person came to the door on Wednesday at 11:02 a.m. Officer located the man and told him he needed a permit to solicit.

Lockout reported at 7 Tedford Lane on Wednesday at 11:29 a.m. Call handled by the Lynnfield Fire Department.

A Perkins Lane resident reported a rug on fire on Wednesday at 1:42 p.m. Call handled by the Lynnfield Fire Department.

Caller reported a tractor trailer stopped on Walnut Street causing a traffic hazard on Wednesday at 5:26 p.m. Officer reports the truck is disabled and a tow company is en route.

Resident of Durham Drive reports a solicitor in the neighborhood who did not appear to have a permit on Wednesday at 7:58 p.m. Officers checked the area but was unable to locate anyone.

Report of a black Ford F150 speeding toward Salem Street on Wednesday at 9:02 p.m. Officer checked the area but was unable to locate the vehicle.

Medical Aid

Ambulance requested for a man with arm pain at Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St., Apt. 119 on Thursday at 4:05 a.m. Officer reports patient taken to the hospital.

Property Check

Property check at the Lynnfield Middle School at 505 Main St. on Thursday at 2 a.m.



A report of a motor vehicle crash at 12:49 p.m. on Wednesday at Selman and Front streets.

A caller reported at 1:27 p.m. on Wednesday that a Budget cargo truck struck a tree on West Shore Drive and continued to drive toward Lafayette Street. They stated the truck will have damage to the front end and parts of the truck were in the area of the tree. Responding officers located the truck at 1:29 p.m.

A caller reported at 3:16 p.m. on Wednesday that a white motor vehicle was parked on the side of Beacon Street and a red car came along and swerved into it.


A caller reported several phone scams at 2:31 p.m. on Wednesday. She stated today was a call from someone saying they were from Social Security.

A manager at a restaurant on School Street called at 4:52 p.m. on Wednesday reporting a National Grid phone scam. He stated the caller told him their electricity would be shut off if the invoice was not paid in full.

A caller reported loud music in the area of Gregory and Lee streets at 8:40 p.m. on Wednesday.



William E. Lambros, 34, of 32 Irwin St., Apt. 1, Winthrop, was arrested on warrant charges.


A report of a motor vehicle accident at Dunkin Donuts on Broadway at 9:40 a.m. Wednesday.


A report of a guest who was removed from a hotel who broke a sink in one of the rooms at Avalon Motel on Broadway at 11:32 a.m. Wednesday.

An anonymous caller reported a man with long hair in a ponytail wearing all white was trying to light a telephone pole on fire at 6:33 p.m. Wednesday. One person was arrested on warrant charges.

A report of a rabbit hit by a car in the area of 28 Stone St. at 6:41 p.m. Wednesday.  

A report of a woman walking on the median of Route 1 at 8:52 p.m. Wednesday.
