Anthony Brooks, 34, of 103 Lewis St., was arrested and charged with OUI drugs, OUI liquor, Class A drug possession, failure to stop/yield, speeding, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and Class E drug possession at 11:08 p.m. Tuesday.

Emannuel Tamba, 24, of 344 Eastern Ave., was arrested and charged with assault and battery at 12:32 a.m. Wednesday.

Summons

Linda M. Nadeau, 64, of 305 Commandants Way, Chelsea, was summoned on Tuesday at 6:21 p.m. following a traffic stop at 100 Walnut and 425 Market streets for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Accidents

Motor vehicle crash with property damage on Tuesday at 2:35 p.m. at 758 Main and 11 Essex streets. Officer took report.

Hit and run crash reported at Whole Foods Market at 100 Market St. with no injuries on Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. Officer reports possible vandalism.

Alarms

Burglar alarm reported at 19 Juniper Road on Tuesday at 9:31 a.m. Officer reports house appears to be secure.

A 911 hangup call received from 14 Wymon Way on Tuesday at 11:29 a.m. Officer reported it was done by accident by a child playing with the telephone.

Accidental burglar alarm triggered at the Huckleberry Hill School at 5 Knoll Road on Wednesday at 1:14 a.m.

Simply Safe reported a fire alarm sounded at 21 Bancroft St. on Wednesday at 6:52 a.m. Security company canceled alarm.

Complaints

Caller reports vehicles parked on both sides of Elizabeth Way making it impossible for emergency vehicles to get down the street on Tuesday at 9:15 a.m. Officer reports all vehicles are legally parked with ample access for first responders.

Caller from 1 Haywood Farm Lane reported a contractor has struck a pipe in the front yard on Tuesday at 1:54 p.m. Call handled by the Lynnfield Fire Department.

Officer wanted at 8 Kings Road on Tuesday at 4 p.m. Caller reports someone has stolen his surveyor sticks.

Larceny reported at 76 Canterbury Road on Tuesday at 7:50 p.m. Report taken.

Caller reported a group of youths trying to remove the Olde Towne Road sign on Tuesday at 11:08 p.m. Officer reports sign has been knocked down and the Department of Public Works will be contacted in the morning.

Caller from 9 Williams Road reported four tires were stolen  from his vehicle on Wednesday at 7:07 a.m. Officer took report.

Ambulance requested from Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St., Apt. 107 on Tuesday at 9:09 a.m. Patient taken to Melrose/Wakefield Hospital.

Medical aid requested at 3 Cranberry Lane on Tuesday at 12:03 p.m. Patient taken to Winchester Hospital.

Ambulance requested at 6 Edgemere Road on Tuesday at 5:12 p.m. Patient taken to the hospital.

Lahey Health Center at 1350 Market St. requested an ambulance on Tuesday at 7:55 p.m. Patient taken to the Lahey Hospital & Medical Center in Peabody.

Arrest

John Galvin Murphy, 39, of 1 Bradford Court, was arrested and charged with subsequent offenses of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 6:24 p.m. on Tuesday.

Accidents

A caller reported someone hit her vehicle and drove off on Pleasant Street at 8 a.m. on Tuesday.

A report of a minor motor vehicle crash on Franklin Street at 8:26 a.m. on Tuesday; at Tedesco Street and Brookhouse Drive at 7:13 a.m. on Wednesday.

Complaints

A report of vandalism at Marblehead High School on Humphrey Street at 11:17 a.m. on Tuesday.

A caller reported at 1:12 p.m. on Tuesday that a man threatened to kill her on Atlantic Avenue.

A caller reported shoplifting on Pleasant Street at 1:29 p.m. on Tuesday. Responding officers reported it unfounded.

A caller reported at 1:37 p.m. on Tuesday that there was a lot of traffic on Lucia Road because people were using it as a cut through. The dispatch informed her there was a funeral reception in the area with about 100 cars and there were signs and arrows in place. At 1:47 p.m. she called back and stated she changed the arrow so it pointed down another road. Responding officers went to the arrow sign and changed it back.

A caller reported he was forced off the road and almost was involved in an accident at Tedesco Street and Leggs Hill Road at 4:50 p.m. on Tuesday. He stated the driver was an older female headed toward Vinnin Square.

A caller reported at 6:53 p.m. on Tuesday that she observed an “Asian male grabbing a woman around the neck, walking her, and holding her up” on Pleasant Street. Responding officers reported no issues and no one in distress.

A caller reported a “white male walking up the street angrily wearing gray shorts and a T-shirt in a tactical vest” at West Shore Drive and Village Street at 9:55 p.m. on Tuesday.

PEABODY

Arrests

David W. Claffey Jr., 36, of 52 Endicott St., Apt. 1, was arrested on a warrant from Chelsea District Court on Monday at 5:58 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked or suspended license.

Jason Vincent Chandonnet, 40, of 38 Kimball Road., Amesbury was arrested on Monday at 6:17 p.m. on three warrants.

Jill L. Alvarado, 40, of 64 Aberdeen Ave., was arrested following a traffic stop on Tuesday at 8:12 p.m. on a warrant.

Summons

Marcos O. Lopez-Chilel, 20, of 7 Williams Ave., Apt. 2, Lynn, was summoned on Monday at 6:55 p.m. following a motor vehicle stop at 75 Russell St. and 2 Whipple Road for operating an uninsured, unregistered motor vehicle and a number plate violation.

Teodoro Amos Macario Ramirewz, 29, of 31 Acorn St., Apt. 3, Lynn, was summoned on Wednesday at 6:35 a.m. following a motor vehicle stop on County Street for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle crash on Monday at 4:09 p.m. at Andover Street and Route 128 North. Officer reports vehicles are pulled over to the side of the road. Massachusetts State Police to handle.

Motor vehicle crash reported on Monday at 5:19 p.m. at Green Tangerine Spa & Salon at 210 Andover St. Paperwork exchanged.

Caller reported a motor vehicle hit and run crash at Peabody Sunoco at 1 Lynn St. on Monday at 6:19 p.m. Officer stopped the suspect on Washington Street and neither party wants to file a police report.

Animal Control

Dog found in the backyard of 12 Rainbow Circle on Monday at 3:33 p.m.  Animal control officer reports the resident called back and have located the dog’s owner.

Animal control officer mailed a citation on Monday at 3:45 p.m. to Marisa DaSilva, 45 Warren St., to license Shiloh, a Yorkie. She had seven days to comply.

Large branch hanging over the road at 388 Lowell St. on Monday at 3:28 p.m. The Department of Public Works notified.

Unwanted guest reported at 14 Tanners Court on Monday at 4:38 p.m. Officer reports party left without incident.

Disturbance reported at the Northshore Mall on Tuesday at 12:45 p.m. at Forever Flawless at 210 Andover St. Officer reports Douglas Munoz-Lewis of 63 Andover St. was asked not to return to the mall for one year.
