A report of a man taking pictures of kids at 6:22 p.m. Friday on Broughton Road. A caller reported there was an older man in a Jeep taking pictures of children. When approached by an adult, the man reportedly drove away. Other witnesses said they thought he was taking pictures of the property and that he didn’t have any interaction with kids. Police reported the last incident they had with the man was nights ago — he had a tripod set up and was flamboyant, drawing attention to himself, wearing a sombrero and playing guitar. That time, the man wasn’t in a vehicle, but was on foot.
A caller reported a man in a green pickup truck was cursing at the drive-through window at 12:34 p.m. Saturday on Pleasant Street. A caller reported the man appeared to be upset that the bank was closed. The caller requested police respond, expressing concern that the man may do something.
Suspicious activity was reported at 10:47 p.m. Saturday at Cradleskid Lane and Beacon Street. A caller reported two people were inside a boat with flashlights and that they ducked when a car came by. She reported hearing a zipper being zipped. The owner told police nothing appeared to be missing.
