Byron Brown, 60, of 39 Lynnway, was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon at 11 p.m. on Thursday.

Motor vehicle crash reported with injuries at Condon Circle on Friday at 7:54 a.m. Massachusetts State Police to handle.

Alarms

Burglar alarm sounded at Everett Bank at 771 Salem St. on Thursday at 7:12 p.m. Officer reports all exterior doors are secure and all appears to be in order.

Panic alarm canceled at 42 Grey Lane on Thursday at 9:24 p.m. by the homeowner who called to say he hit the alarm while setting the system.

Animal Control

Caller reports there’s a dog in a vehicle with the windows closed in the Whole Foods Market parking lot on Thursday at 10 p.m. Animal control officer was unable to locate the vehicle.

Complaints

Suspicious person reported at The Savings Bank at 584 Main St. on Thursday at 8:13 a.m. Officer sent the party on his way.

Woman came into the station on Thursday at 10:01 a.m. to report she struck a dog on Wednesday at Olde Towne Road and spoke with the owner. Incident referred to the animal control officer.

Property check of Huckleberry Hill School at 5 Knoll Road on Friday at 12:45 a.m. Officer reports all appears in order.

Request for a property check at Pillings Pond on Friday at 1:30 a.m. Officer reported there are no overnight commercial vehicles parked.

Property check of Lynnfield High School at 275 Essex St. on Friday at 1:30 a.m. Officer reports all appears in order.

Medical Aid

Ambulance requested at 1 Suntaug St. on Thursday at 10:31 p.m. Patient taken to the hospital.

Caller from 31 Wildewood Drive reports having chest pain on Friday at 12:12 a.m. Patient taken to the hospital.

Well-being check requested at 4 Tappan Court on Friday at 6:08 a.m. Caller reports the garage door has been open for a few days and she is concerned for the neighbors. Officer checked the home, no one at home, all appears in order.

MARBLEHEAD

Accidents

Multiple callers reported a bike versus motor vehicle crash on Lafayette Street at 6:14 p.m. on Thursday. First responders transported one to North Shore Medical Center.

Complaints

A caller reported she drove by an operator slumped over the wheel at Green Street and Lincoln Avenue at 9:08 a.m. on Thursday. Responding officers reported the male operator was awake and playing a game on his phone.

A walk-in reported at 2:05 p.m. on Thursday that someone stole her black, cracked iPhone 5 from her vehicle on Gregory Street.

A caller reported a National Grid phone scam at 4:25 p.m. on Thursday.

A caller reported she was house sitting on Sapphire Avenue and kept seeing a strobe light and she didn’t know where it was coming from. Responding officers reported it as a faulty floodlight.

A caller reported at 11:02 p.m. on Thursday that her Washington Street neighbor threatened to kill her by “pointing his finger in the shape of a gun” and pointing it at her. She stated it has been an ongoing issue and the neighbor threatened her boyfriend because he believed he was involved in the theft of his Ducati.  

PEABODY

Arrest

Edwin T. Marsh Jr., 56, of 26 Endicott St., was arrested on a warrant on Thursday at 9:17 a.m. at 2 Berry St.

Summons

Fatme Mourtada, 41, will be summoned for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license after she crashed a vehicle at 8 Essex Place on Thursday at 8:45 a.m.

Elvira Lopez, 29, was summoned for operating a motor vehicle without a license on Thursday at 1:18 p.m. following a motor vehicle stop at 2 Newbury St. and Route 128 South.

Yunior Ramirez, 30, of 125 Green St., was summoned following a motor vehicle stop at 20 Newbury and 200 Lake streets on Thursday at 2:23 p.m. for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Accidents

Caller reports she was in a minor motor vehicle crash on Wednesday 4:39 p.m. in the parking lot at 216 Newbury St. Parties exchanged paperwork but she reported the other party was very threatening. Officer spoke with parties, minor damage, Massachusetts State Police accident. Papers were exchanged.

Motor vehicle crash reported on Wednesday at 5:12 p.m. at 51 Andover St. and 2 Andover Drive. One party out of control, Officer will document.

Report of a minor motor vehicle crash at Su Chang’s at 373 Lowell St. on Wednesday at 6:42 p.m. Paperwork exchanged.

Hit and run crash on Wednesday at 7:07 p.m. Caller reports his vehicle was struck while parked at 13 Albert Road. Officer will check the neighborhood for vehicles with matching damage.

Motor vehicle crash at 136 Lowell and 2 King streets on Thursday at 10:12 a.m. Officer helped with paperwork exchange, no injuries or tows.

Motor vehicle crash reported at 20 Wallis and 37 Walnut streets on Thursday at 12:55 p.m. No tows, no injuries. Paperwork exchanged.

Report of a motor vehicle crash at 2 Maple and 39 County streets on Thursday at 2:42 p.m. Officer reports one vehicle towed, and will document.

Animal Control

Deceased animal reported at 21 Downing Road on Wednesday at 9:40. The Department of Public Works was notified.

Caller from 36 Bellview Ave. in Salem reported a missing male parrotlet, a small parrot, on Thursday at 11:22 a.m. On callback, she stated the bird flew away on May 18, but was seen near Welch Elementary School on May 23.

Caller reports finding an abandoned dog behind Welch Elementary School at 50 Swampscott Ave. on Thursday at 12:16 p.m. Officer reports the dog was stuck in the mud and owner returned.

Caller reports she is babysitting her friend’s cat, and the cat has escaped on Thursday at 12:47 p.m. Ralph, a black male domestic short haired, was last seen near Bresnahan Street, Wednesday night.

Two loose dogs reported on Thursday at 1:38 p.m. at 74 County and 84 Lynnfield streets. Officer reports Ozzy, a black Labrador retriever, and Delilah, a yellow Labrador retriever, live at 74 County St. Verbal warning given to Kyle Silva. At 2:16, the officer issued a $50 ticket to Joseph Q. Silva, from 74 County St. His dogs, Ozzy and Delilah, are vaccinated against rabies.

Complaints

Caller reported he was assaulted by staff during a massage at Reiki Reflexology Massage at 2 Mount Pleasant Drive on Wednesday at 5:15 Officer spoke with reporting party. It was a misunderstanding, and they handled it among themselves.

Employee of the Burlington Coat Factory at 310 Andover St. reported a man in his 30s stole a rug, sheets and other items on Wednesday at 5:33 p.m. and the party refused to stop and left the parking lot towards Peabody operating a motor vehicle with Massachusetts license plate no. 7KW598. Sergeant checked with the Hawthorne Circle address but the vehicle was not there.

Caller was concerned her Social Security number may have been compromised because she entered her information into a phishing site she thought was Apple Support. Officer reports it was not a scam.

Walk-in from 22 Warren St., Apt. 1 came into the police station to report credit card fraud on Wednesday at 5:36 p.m.

Lynn Police Department requesting a check on the operator and passenger of a motor vehicle with Massachusetts license plate no. Y8LMS20 registered at 10 Tanners Court. Police received a report of a domestic dispute in the vehicle 45 minutes ago in Lynn. Peabody officer reports the vehicle does not appear to be in the area.

Resident of 20 Joyce Road reports a suspicious woman came to her door on Wednesday at 8:38 p.m. and asked for a party who does not live there. She left in a beat up black Chevrolet Blazer.

Physical fight between caller’s brother and boyfriend at 2213 Crane Brook Way on Wednesday at 11:03 p.m. Officers report one man left in a taxi and the other is leaving now. Officers will document.

Woman reported driving past a Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) landscape crew at 550 Lowell and 232 Newbury streets and a rock smashed her driver’s side window on Thursday at 9:56 a.m. Officer reported a MassDOT supervisor arrived and gave her the information she needed.

Caller reports ongoing dispute with neighbors at 29 Longview Way on Thursday at 11:21 a.m. Officer spoke to all parties and will document.

Unwanted guest reported at McDonald’s Restaurant at 133 Main St. on Thursday at 12:07 p.m. A man was upset with the way the coffee was made, he was told to leave and not come back.

Arrests

Ali Marawan, 23, of 69 Westford St., Allston, was arrested on warrant charges.

Leopoldo Escalona, 55, of 7 French St., Apt. 3, Lynn, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Madison Haley Forsberg, 22, of 5 Wilkinson Drive, Newburyport, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Complaints

A caller reported a group of men trying to gain access to the former Spud’s building at 8:02 a.m. Thursday.

A report of two men throwing baseballs off the Walnut Street overpass at 3:09 p.m. Thursday.

A report of a black Jeep veering off the road in the area of Breakheart Reservation at 12:07 a.m. Friday.

Theft

A caller reported he purchased fraudulent Bruins tickets at Dick’s Sporting Goods from a woman who put an ad on Craigslist at 11:44 a.m. Thursday.

A resident walked into the station at 2:31 p.m. Thursday to report that all four doors were stolen off of his 2018 Jeep Wrangler during the previous night on Alfred Road.

A report of shoplifting from Walmart on Broadway at 6:35 p.m. Thursday.
