Amanda Lincoln, 33, of 10 Windmill Lane, Atkinson, N.H., was arrested on warrant charges of two counts of intimidation of a witness, juror, police officer, or court official; kidnapping; four counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon; threat to commit a crime; and a straight warrant charge at 11:11 a.m. on Thursday.

Sheree Mackie, 45, of 71 Farragut Road, Swampscott, was arrested on warrant charges of larceny under $1,200, possession of a Class A drug, possession of a Class C drug, a straight warrant charge, and a default warrant charge at 6:38 p.m. on Thursday.

Jamie Villanueva, 29, of 43A Western Ave., was arrested on warrant charges of a second offense of operating under the influence of liquor, speeding, failure to signal, and charged with breaking and entering nighttime for felony at 2:07 a.m. on Friday.

Security company reported accidental fire alarm sounded at 3 Alderney Way on Thursday at 8:57 a.m. Call handled by the Lynnfield Fire Department.

Burglar alarm sounded at 1 Williams Road on Thursday at 1:29 p.m. was canceled by the security company.

Officer reports an accidental burglar alarm on Thursday at 4 p.m. at 7 Stoneway.

Accidental burglar alarm reported at Wahlburgers at 930 Market St. on Thursday at 10:48 p.m. Officer reports all is secure.


Caller reports the operator of a gray pickup truck is dumping debris in the dam at 154 Essex St. on Wednesday at 2:45 p.m. Officers checked the area and unable to locate vehicle.

The North Reading Police Department requested the resident of 55 Center Village to call. Officer reports message delivered on Thursday at 11:15 a.m.

Caller from Whole Foods Market at 100 Market Street reports a woman operating a white Honda Civic appears to be impaired on Thursday at 11:24 p.m. Officer checked the area and was unable to locate the vehicle.

Officer wanted at Kings Entertainment at 510 Market St. on Friday at 12:55 a.m. Caller concerned about impaired customers driving instead of using an Uber.

Medical Aid

Well-being check requested for resident at 2 Michaels Road on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. Lynnfield Fire Department gained entry, no one was at home.

Ambulance request from 567 Summer St. on Thursday at 8:56 a.m. Patient taken to Massachusetts General Hospital.

Medical aid requested at 500 Ross Drive on Friday at 6:54 a.m. Services provided.



A caller reported at 8:02 p.m. on Thursday that she witnessed a white Volvo SUV strike at least two cars on Pleasant Street and drive off.


A caller reported trash all over Harbor Avenue after seagulls ripped open three trash bags at 8:39 a.m. on Thursday.

A caller reported at 10:15 a.m. on Thursday their car window was broken overnight on Beverly Avenue.

A caller reported a small box truck pulled down a tree and wires on Girdler Road at 12:35 p.m. on Thursday.

A walk-in reported at 1:33 p.m. on Thursday that, at 7 a.m., a tan Grand Caravan parked in front of her house on Lafayette Street with a woman and child in it. They stated when they walked by with their dog, the child smiled but the woman didn’t make eye contact. Responding officers reported the woman works for a traffic study company and was doing the study for the new school.

A caller reported at 3:05 p.m. on Thursday that he was upset National Grid was working on Prospect Street again on a holiday weekend. He stated it seemed to be poor planning or a scheme to get extra holiday pay. He stated when he called National Grid to report it, they hung up on him.

A walk-in reported ID theft at 3:28 p.m. on Thursday.

A caller reported a log truck took down wires at the intersection of Pond and Elm streets at 4:48 p.m. on Thursday.

A caller reported at 6:02 p.m. on Thursday that someone poured gasoline all around a stone wall on Pitman Road.

A caller reported there was a white motor vehicle with the operator passed out at the wheel on Humphrey Street at 10:39 p.m. on Thursday. Responding officers reported he became conscious and alert at 10:50 p.m. and he told them he pulled over because he was tired.



Joseph Sheldon, 21, of 39 Lynn St., was summoned following a traffic stop at 58 Lowell and 2 School streets on Wednesday at 7:34 p.m. for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for a red light, and a crosswalk violation. Officer reports father took the vehicle as the tow truck arrived.


Officer was told of a motor vehicle crash at 494 Lowell St. and 2 Priscilla Lane on Wednesday at 3:45 p.m. Officer arrived and reports no injuries.

Multiple reports of a motor vehicle crash on Wednesday at 4:46 p.m. at 257 Lowell St. Officer reports no injuries, two vehicles towed by All-Star Towing.

Report of a two-car motor vehicle crash at 11 County St. on Wednesday at 7:40 p.m. Officer reports no injuries, one vehicle towed.

Motor vehicle crash off the road reported on the ramp to Route 128 South from Centennial Drive on Wednesday at 10:38 p.m. with an elderly man inside. Officer reports party was taken to the Lahey Hospital & Medical Center. Vehicle towed by All-Star Towing.

Report of a motor vehicle crash at Conway, Cahill, Brodeur Funeral Home at 82 Lynn St. on Thursday at 12:50 p.m. Officer will assist with paperwork exchange.

Animal Control

Anonymous caller complained of barking dogs at 32 Surrey Lane on Thursday at 11:42 a.m. Animal control officer sent a $150 ticket and copy of the barking law to Linda Panniello at that address. Neither dog has been licensed, and their rabies vaccination status is unknown.

Tannery Apartments tenant at 16 Crowninshield St. reported people are allowing their dogs to use the bathroom in the condo property’s family play area on Thursday at 1:41 p.m. On callback, animal control officer said she lacks the authority to cite, because it is private property, condo bylaws are enforced by the board. Party was also directed to call the Parks Department about replacing signs in parks.

Caller left a voicemail on Thursday at 2:39 p.m. complaining about a neighbor on May Street who walks their dog off leash. No other information given. No answer on callback.


Management at 98 Central St. reports an irate resident on Wednesday at 4:37 p.m. Officer reports the issue is a civil matter over rent. Tenant has gone back to her apartment.

Security staff at Brooksby Village at 100 Brooksby Village Drive reports someone fainted in the upstairs restaurant on Wednesday at 4:49 p.m. Party was conscious and alert. Atlantic EMS responded.

Road rage incident reported on Wednesday at 5:13 p.m. at 1 Goldberg Road at 81 Central St. Calling party said words were exchanged with the other operator about texting while driving. Caller did not want to pursue but said driver was continuing down Route 114 towards the Northshore Mall. Officer observed a Ford Focus on Route 114, no impeded operation.

Caller from Maple Village at 84 Aborn St., Apt. 1401 requested to speak to an officer about his grandmother who changed the locks on him and would not let him inside their apartment or allow him to retrieve his belongings on Wednesday at 5:41 p.m. Officer advised party this is a civil matter and he must go through Housing Court to resolve.

Fight in progress at Avalon at Cranebrook at 1000 Crane Brook Way on Wednesday at 9:03 p.m. Caller heard as many as four women having a loud verbal argument out of Building 1. Officers checked  and all is quiet.

Caller heard breaking glass at the rear of her home at 7 Columbia Boulevard on Wednesday at 10:05 p.m. and is concerned because there’s a restraining order against her husband. Officers checked the area and there were no signs of broken glass and everything appears to be OK.

Report of a loud diesel truck idling for more than an hour and keeping the Jacobs Street neighborhood awake on Wednesday at 10:15 p.m. Reporting party called back to say now parties are yelling at each other. Officer assisted vehicle owner with backing the vehicle into his driveway.

Caller reports a tractor trailer off to the side of the road at 21 Caller St. and appears the driver is pouring an unknown substance down the storm drain on Thursday at 11:35 a.m. Officer reports truck being moved.
