A caller reported at 1:59 p.m. on Monday that someone had been using her cellphone information to apply for loans and now numerous banks are calling her.

William J. Decotis, 34, of 286 Newbury St., Apt. 63, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop at Lowe Mart Shopping Center at 474 Lowell St. on Monday at 1:06 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, number plate violation, and no inspection sticker.

Road rage incident reported on Sunday at 9:31 p.m. on Andover Street. Caller reports being followed by a motor vehicle with Massachusetts license plate no. 3179ZZ. Officer reports it was a misunderstanding and parties were sent on their way.
Vandalism reported at 200 Corporate Place on Sunday at 11:43 p.m. with damage to a Neuco Co. Officer said the back window to a backhoe was broken. There are no suspects.

A hit-and-run motor vehicle crash reported on Sunday at 10:32 p.m. at 7-Eleven at 115 Main St. Suspect fled in a white Nissan toward Salem. Officer reports very minor damage, no suspects.
Peabody Fire Department reported person screaming on Railroad Avenue on Sunday at 11:47 p.m. Officer reports he spoke with a woman with dark hair, striped shirt, and a baby carriage who said they were looking for their lost dog. Parties sent on their way.
Suspicious activity reported at Max Cellular of Framingham at 100 Main St. on Monday at 12:23 a.m. Officer checked on a man sitting in a lawn chair who said he was watching a movie on the building next door.
An Uber driver requested assistance with an intoxicated, unconscious woman in his vehicle at 16 Silverleaf Way on Monday at 12:33 a.m. Someone was supposed to meet him at that location to assist but hasn’t come out yet. Caller reports the woman awoke before officers arrived and went into her home. All is in order at this time.
Complaint of fireworks on Monday at 12:56 a.m. at 2 Emery and 80 Prospect streets. Caller reports hearing several loud pops in the area. Officer checked the area and all was quiet.
Resident of 6 Sprague St., Apt. 2 who refused to give her name reported a disturbance in Apt 1. Officer spoke with resident and music will be lowered.
Report of an unknown person making noise while rummaging through recycling bins at 27 Brentwood Drive on Monday at 2:52 a.m. Officer spoke with Alex George, who agreed to leave the area. All is in order at this time.
