David Polito, of 100 Willow St., was arrested on warrant charges of two counts of larceny, two counts of Class E drug possession, larceny from building, forgery of a document, miscellaneous municipal ordinance violation, nighttime breaking and entering for a felony, receiving stolen property, possession of a burglarious instrument and Class B drug possession at 12:28 p.m. Tuesday.

Jon Sanders, 52, of 534 Essex St., was arrested on a courtesy booking at 11:37 a.m. Tuesday.

A report of an assault at 5:09 a.m. Tuesday on Lewis Street.


A report of a gunshot at 9:10 p.m. Monday at 710 Summer St.

Fire alarm reported at 9 Ramsdell Way on Monday at 4:47 p.m. The Lynnfield Fire Department reports the owner was testing the alarm.

Burglar alarm sounded at 205 Edgemere Road on Monday at 9:21 p.m. Officer reports all is OK, no signs of broken glass.


Woman from 55 Summer St. called the police station to report her husband was missing on Monday at 3:15 p.m. Officer reports the man is at the Middleton House of Correction.

Person reported standing on the island on Walnut Street on Monday at 4:34 p.m. Officer located the party and sent him on his way.

Medical Aid

Caller reports an argument between mother and daughter at 3 Wymon Way on Monday at 11:10 a.m. Officer reports party taken to the hospital.

Medical alert at 10 Winchester Drive on Monday at 1:35 p.m. for a resident in the backyard. Patient taken to the hospital.

Resident at 70 Pleasant Ave. fell in the driveway on Monday at 1:52 p.m. Officer reports patient taken to the hospital.

Report of an elderly woman who fell at Lynnfield High School at 275 Essex St. on Monday at 3:20 p.m. Patient refused to be taken to the hospital.

Ambulance requested from 500 Ross Drive on Monday at 4:23 p.m. Patient taken to the hospital.

Well-being check requested for an elderly woman with a walker standing at the corner of Market and Walnut streets on Monday 5:08 p.m. Officer reports she was escorted back to the Loft at 427 Walnut St. where she has someone picking her up.

Ambulance requested from 275 Walnut St. on Monday at 7:17 p.m. Patient taken to Massachusetts General Hospital.



A caller reported a minor motor vehicle crash at West Shore Drive and Cornell Road at 6:34 p.m. on Monday.


Multiple callers reported an elderly man walking in and out of traffic and walking the yellow double line at Green Street and Hibbard Road at 11:30 a.m. on Monday. Responding officers found him at 12:04 p.m. and stated he seemed to be OK.

A caller reported at 12:52 p.m. on Monday that someone broke into a house on Stramski Way and vandalized it.

A caller reported at 1:59 p.m. on Monday that someone had been using her cellphone information to apply for loans and now numerous banks are calling her.

A caller reported a pole sparking and crackling on Wyman Road at 2:07 p.m. on Monday. Electric Light responded at 2:49 p.m. and stated some insulation in the wire was stripped.

A caller reported they saw a medium-sized black plastic bag that was sitting on the sidewalk at Lafayette and Maple streets at 2:19 p.m. on Monday. Responding officers reported they only found an empty beer can in it.



Julissa Sepulveda, 36, of 47 Gardner Road, was arrested and charged with speeding, operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.


A report of a motor vehicle accident involving a motorcycle that went off the road on Swallow Cave Road at 1:06 p.m. Sunday.


A caller reported a loose Jack Russell terrier named Jackie got loose on Pond Street at 4:54 p.m. Saturday.

A caller reported she found a yellow lab near the Johnson Elementary School at 5:55 p.m. Saturday.

A caller, who asked to remain anonymous, reported a woman with long blond hair calling for help on Sea Breeze Lane at 7:05 p.m. Saturday.

A caller reported loud music near his house on Forty Steps Lane at 7:54 p.m. Saturday.

A report of illegal dumping of grass trimmings on Ward Road at 2:49 p.m. Sunday.



William J. Decotis, 34, of 286 Newbury St., Apt. 63, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop at Lowe Mart Shopping Center at 474 Lowell St. on Monday at 1:06 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, number plate violation, and no inspection sticker.


Luis N. Martinez, 46, 154 Washington St., Apt. 4, was summoned following a report of insurance fraud on Monday at 10:17 a.m.  


Truck struck a pole, wires down, three vehicles hit at 31 Cross St. on Monday at 5:56 a.m. Officer reports pole was damaged and Peabody Municipal Light Plant got to the scene at 6:20 a.m.     

Animal Control

Caller reports a deceased animal on Route 128 North on Monday at 8:54 a.m. Call was transferred to the Massachusetts State Police.


Unruly customer reported at American Eagle Outfitters at 210 Andover St. on Sunday at 4:18 p.m. Officer reports party left on foot. Officer will document.  

Caller reported loud party at 41 Shore Drive, Apt. G on Sunday at 8:08 p.m. Officer spoke to the resident who said they will be turning off the music.  

Loud music in the parking lot at the Wallis School Apartments at 17 Sewall St. on Sunday at 8:49 p.m. Officer reports the complaint was unfounded.

Road rage incident reported on Sunday at 9:31 p.m. on Andover Street. Caller reports being followed by a motor vehicle with Massachusetts license plate no. 3179ZZ. Officer reports it was a misunderstanding and parties were sent on their way.

Vandalism reported at 200 Corporate Place on Sunday at 11:43 p.m. with damage to a Neuco Co. Officer said the back window to a backhoe was broken. There are no suspects.

Single car crash into pole 7 with airbag deployment at 23 Mount Pleasant Drive on Sunday at 7:38 p.m. Officer reports no injuries, Peabody Municipal Light Plant en route to inspect the pole and All-Star Towing en route.

A hit-and-run motor vehicle crash reported on Sunday at 10:32 p.m. at 7-Eleven at 115 Main St. Suspect fled in a white Nissan toward Salem. Officer reports very minor damage, no suspects.

Peabody Fire Department reported person screaming on Railroad Avenue on Sunday at 11:47 p.m. Officer reports he spoke with a woman with dark hair, striped shirt, and a baby carriage who said they were looking for their lost dog. Parties sent on their way.

Suspicious activity reported at Max Cellular of Framingham at 100 Main St. on Monday at 12:23 a.m. Officer checked on a man sitting in a lawn chair who said he was watching a movie on the building next door.

An Uber driver requested assistance with an intoxicated, unconscious woman in his vehicle at 16 Silverleaf Way on Monday at 12:33 a.m. Someone was supposed to meet him at that location to assist but hasn’t come out yet. Caller reports the woman awoke before officers arrived and went into her home. All is in order at this time.

Complaint of fireworks on Monday at 12:56 a.m. at 2 Emery and 80 Prospect streets. Caller reports hearing several loud pops in the area. Officer checked the area and all was quiet.

Resident of 6 Sprague St., Apt. 2 who refused to give her name reported a disturbance in Apt 1. Officer spoke with resident and music will be lowered.

Report of an unknown person making noise while rummaging through recycling bins at 27 Brentwood Drive on Monday at 2:52 a.m. Officer spoke with Alex George, who agreed to leave the area.  All is in order at this time.



John Laisure, 21, of 20 Davis St., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

Christopher J. Campochiaro, 40, of 159 Main St., Apt 49B, Stoneham, was arrested on warrant charges.

Charles William Molinari, 37, of 375 Broadway, Apt. 266, Lynnfield, was arrested on warrant charges.


A report of a motor vehicle accident at Buffalo Wild Wings on Main Street at 6:59 p.m. Monday; at Red Dog Pet Resort on Walnut Street at 7 p.m. Monday; at Burger King on Broadway at 8:58 p.m. Monday.


A caller reported his motor vehicle was keyed on Main Street at 12:31 a.m. Monday.

A report of two people screaming at each other at 20 Davis St. at 1:56 p.m. Monday.

A report of wires down at 27 Hamilton St. at 7:16 a.m. Monday.

A report of a stolen vehicle located in the Wood Spring Suites parking lot on Route 1 at 11:19 p.m. Monday.

A caller reported her husband, who has Alzheimer’s disease, left their home without telling her at 2:54 p.m. Monday. He was found in a neighbor’s living room.

A report of a tree in the roadway on Central Street at 6:19 p.m. Monday.
