Arrests

Humberto Guzman-Lopez, 32, of 281 Essex St., was arrested and charged with OUI liquor and on warrant charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation at 10:07 p.m. Sunday.

Alicia Lavallee, 31, of 150 Captains Row, Chelsea, was arrested and charged with unnatural act at 4:16 a.m. Monday.

Sheree Mackie, 45, of 71 Farragut St., Swampscott, was arrested and charged with Class A drug possession and Class C drug possession at 12:35 p.m. Monday.

Aaron Mwankuga, 27, of 78 Central Ave., was arrested and charged with breaking and entering for a misdemeanor and nighttime breaking and entering for a felony at 9:32 a.m. Monday.

Alejandro Ocasio, 28, of 8 Ruthven Terrace, was arrested and charged with drug possession with intent to distribute at 12:33 p.m. Monday.

Alejandro Perez, 31, of 333 Chatham St., was arrested on warrant charges of two counts of operation of a motor vehicle with a revoked license as a habitual traffic offender, failure to stop/yield, number plate violation and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 10:47 p.m. Sunday.

Julio Valencia, 45, of 22 Dexter St., was arrested and charged with unnatural act at 4:08 a.m. Monday.

Burglar alarm sounded at Eddie Bauer at 1145 Market St. on Saturday at 8:30 a.m. Officer reports all is OK.

Caller reported a fire alarm sounding at 570 South Broadway on Saturday at 8:35 a.m. Call handled by the Lynnfield Fire Department.

Report of a burglar alarm at 1 Williams Road on Saturday at 9:38 a.m. Officer reports it was accidental.

Complaints

Complaint about a disturbance at the Huckleberry Hill School at 5 Knoll Road on Friday at 10:40 p.m. Officer spoke with kids.

Property check requested at the Bali Hai Restaurant at 93 Moulton Drive on Saturday at 1:51 a.m. Officer reports he observed a motor vehicle within the fenced area and spoke to the operator, who was identified as Mr. Pulmbo who said he was showing his friends the property. All parties left without incident.

Caller from 76 Highland Ave. reports a boat trailer is blocking his driveway on Saturday at 10:10 a.m. Officer reports the vehicle and the trailer are legally parked.

Caller from 550 Summer St. reported the operator of a motor vehicle with Massachusetts license plate no. 64H620 swore at her when she told him he was on private property on Saturday at 1:08 p.m. Officer spoke with parties and matter has been resolved.

Officer wanted at 321 Main St. on Saturday at 4:24 p.m. by a caller who reported landscaping equipment is blocking the sidewalk across from his home and vehicles are unable to pass.

Disabled automobile creating a hazard reported on Condon Circle on Saturday at 4:45 p.m. Officer reports Gaeta’s Tow notified for a AAA truck.

Disturbance reported at 65 Carter Road on Saturday at 7:52 p.m. Officer reports parties dispersed.

Report of operator of a motor vehicle with Massachusetts license plate no. 337ZZ8 is driving erratically on Route 1 South on Saturday at 8:44 p.m. Officer checked the area to the Saugus line and found nothing. The Massachusetts State Police was notified.

Detail officer at Yard House at 340 Market St. requested a second officer to stand by and observe a suspicious group in the restaurant on Saturday at 8:52 p.m. Officer reports gathering dispersed.

Caller reported their rear window has been broken on his vehicle at 375 North Broadway on Sunday at 8:57 a.m. Officers could not locate caller.

Medical

Resident of 7 Tedford Lane requested a well-being check on her husband on Saturday at 9:40 a.m. She reports he took her car and he has dementia. Officer reports husband was returned home.

Request for an ambulance at Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St., Apt. 205 on Saturday at 5:41 p.m. Patient taken to Lahey Hospital & Medical Center.

Fire alarm reported at Gaslight at 1100 Market St. on Saturday at 10:09 a.m. Officer reports it was a faulty alarm handled by the Lynnfield Fire Department.

Burglar alarm sounded and canceled at 15 Ramsdell Way, Apt. U32 on Saturday at 2:31 p.m.

Accidental 911 call from 1 Wymon Way on Saturday at 3:45 p.m.

PEABODY

Arrests

Todd M. Citroni, 42, of 5 Larchmont St., Danvers, was arrested on a warrant following a traffic stop at 15 Driscoll St. on Thursday at 5:53 p.m. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and possession of Class A and B substances.  

Daviel J. Lara, 21, of 25 Kingston St., Apt. 1, Lawrence, was arrested on Thursday at 7:22 p.m. following a traffic stop at 7-Eleven at 115 Main St. on two warrants and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and no inspection sticker.

Stephanie A. Silva, 31, of 129 Lowell St, Apt 26, was arrested on Friday at 10:35 a.m. and booked as a courtesy for the Massachusetts Parole Department. The charge on the warrant is driving under the influence of alcohol. The officer said the parole officer will drive Silva to the station to be booked.

Summons

Mariana DaCosta Guimaraes, 26, of 181 Washington St., Somerville, was summoned following a motor vehicle stop at 200 Lake St. on Thursday at 7:03 p.m. and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop/yield, and no inspection sticker.

Alexander S. Karabelas, of 4 Antonelli Way, was summoned on Friday at 3:06 p.m. following a motor vehicle stop at Four Star Service at 134R Newbury for failure to stop at a red light and failure to stop for police.

Accidents

Motor vehicle crash reported on Thursday at 6:27 p.m. at 96 Washington St. at 2 Clement Ave. Officer reports no injuries or tows, will document.

Peabody Fire Department reports passing a minor vehicle crash reported at 101 Main and 2 Washington streets on Thursday at 4:37 p.m. Officer reports no injuries, no tows and very minor damage. Parties exchanged paperwork prior to officer’s arrival.

Third party reported a motor vehicle crash at 80 Washington and 3 Ayer streets on Thursday at 4:41 p.m. Officer reports no injuries, the first car is parked in a safe place and arranging a tow.

Caller reports a minor motor vehicle crash at 7-Eleven at 115 Main St. on Thursday at 4:49 p.m. and the other operator is arguing about the paperwork exchange. Officer reports no injuries, no tows, and assisted with paperwork exchange.

Hit and run motor vehicle crash reported at Conway, Cahill, Brodeur Funeral Home at 82 Lynn St. on Thursday at 5:07 p.m. Officer contacted the other operator who will return to exchange information with the victim.

Hit and run motor vehicle crash reported on Friday at 7:06 a.m. in Wilson Square. Reporting party went to the police station to make a report.

Received a report of a motor vehicle crash at 197 Washington St. on Friday at 8:16 a.m. Officer reports no tows or injuries.

Caller reports a motor vehicle crash on Friday at 8:44 a.m. at 2 Symphony Road. Officer spoke with one operator and she said the parties exchanged their information prior to police arrival.

Motor vehicle crash reported at Northeast Nursery at 550 Lowell and 232 Newbury streets on Friday at 10:36 a.m.

Both vehicles were towed by Gaeta’s Towing. No injuries.

Caller reports a motorcycle parked at 1 Warren St. is blocking the roadway on Thursday at 3:27 p.m. Officer reports the owner moved bike to a private parking lot.

Resident of 156 Winona reports injured raccoon in front yard on Thursday at 3:47 p.m. Environmental Police notified. Closest rehab center is in Wilmington. Reporting party was provided with the phone number and told not to touch the animal. Caller reported the raccoon has rabies and a hospital will not take it.  

Town Variety at 116 Central St. reported a person panhandling in front of the store on Thursday at 4:21 p.m. Officer reports the man was sent on his way.

Nurse from Pilgrim Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center at 96 Forest St. wants to speak to an officer on Thursday at 4:59 p.m. regarding a past incident between two residents on the third floor. Officer reports the nursing home just needed a call number for their investigation. No police action needed.

Resident of 22 Pulaski St., Apt. D-5 reported her soon-to-be ex-husband said he will go to the police and report gold items and a cellphone stolen by her, if she did not return them on Thursday at 5:22 p.m. Caller said the gold items in question were given to her from him, when they got engaged. The cellphone was hers to use but her ex-husband has the family plan in his name.

Caller from 2 Holten and 115 Main streets reports a man left Holten Street cursing and yelling on Thursday at 8:06 p.m. Man was described as wearing blue jeans and a black shirt, and was at McDonald’s Restaurant. Officer spoke with the man and he is returning home.

Report of a loud argument among three women at Mobile Estates at 286 Newbury St., Apt. 28 on Thursday at 8:15 p.m. Officers spoke with the parties who declined police assistance, peace was restored.

Report of noise coming from paving reconstruction after hours in the parking lot at High Liner Foods 795 Jubilee Drive on Thursday at 8:20 p.m. Officer reports they are fine, sign up.

Staff at 7-Eleven at 115 Main St. reports a man trespassing in the parking lot and annoying customers on Thursday at 9:39 p.m. Officer reports the man was gone upon arrival of police.

Resident of 41 Pine St., Apt. 31 wants her husband removed from the home on Friday at 1:06 p.m. She called back to say her husband has left to go camping and she is happy. Officer will report.

Suspicious automobile reported on Friday at 2:30 p.m. at the Peabody City Garage at 50 Farm Ave. Officer said the operator was on the property taking pictures of an employee’s vehicle. He left the area when he was asked to do so.

Kenneth D. MacDonald, 50, of 32 Mountain Ave., was arrested and charged with drunkenness.

Joseph S. Prezioso, 35, of 7 Jennifer Drive, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor.

A caller reported a small dog in the street near 111 Lincoln Ave. at 2:33 p.m. Sunday.

Theft

A report of a breaking and entering at 104 Broadway at 3:26 a.m. Friday.

A caller reported that a customer’s card was declined and they ran away with seven packs of cigarettes at 7-Eleven on Lincoln Avenue at 6:32 p.m. Friday.

A report of shoplifting from Old Navy on Broadway at 3:17 p.m. Saturday.
