Caller reported on Wednesday at 12:31 he was chased and knocked down by a dog from 8 Coolidge Ave. on May 5 at 8:45 a.m. The incident was witnessed by neighbors. Animal control officer mailed a citation for $175 to Stephen Kent, 8 Coolidge Ave. A license application, and a copy of the leash law, was included. He will have one week to comply with licensing. Kent owns two unlicensed dogs, vaccination status is unknown.

A report of suspicious activity at 9:04 a.m. Tuesday at 9 Broadway. A caller reported she could hear someone yelling for help in the area. Police checked and reported the noise appeared to be construction equipment running that may have sounded similar to a person yelling for help.
A suspicious motor vehicle was reported at 11:46 a.m. Tuesday at 17 Bristow St. A caller reported there was a suspicious white van parked near the playground with two males inside. Police reported a man inside the van was waiting for a friend to help him move into a house there.
A caller reported several baby ducks fell into a sewer at 3:17 p.m. Wednesday at 1806 Founders Way. Police reported animal control was dispatched and all the ducks were rescued from the sewer.

A report of identity fraud at 9:02 a.m. Wednesday at 12 Pratt St. A woman came into the police station to report her identity, along with her credit card information, was stolen and used in making numerous fraudulent purchases on her account.
