A report of a punctured tire at 10:23 a.m. Friday on Pearl Street. A caller reported he noticed the side-view mirror of his car was pushed back and as he started to back the car out, he found the tire was flat. The caller thought a sharp object like an ice pick was used to puncture the tire.
A car was reportedly stuck in the sand at 10:59 p.m. Friday on Ocean Avenue. The caller thought he was at Singing Beach, but couldn’t name what street he was on. Police went to check Devereux Beach and couldn’t find a car around the lot or beach.
A caller reported at 9:06 p.m. Saturday a black Escalade had been coming down to the parking lot of the Village Street pier the past few days and “doing doughnuts and loops at high speeds.”
Marcelo X. Fahel, 69, of 27 Beckett St., was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and no inspection/sticker at 9:30 p.m. Thursday.

A motor vehicle crash was reported at 8:05 a.m. Friday at 210 Andover St. A person was reportedly slumped over the wheel of a black BMW with the hazards on. The car was towed. The driver was checked by Atlantic Ambulance but refused further medical treatment.
A report of a motor vehicle hit and run crash at 11:10 a.m. Friday at 64 Foster St. The incident appeared to happen inside the garage after video footage was reviewed.
A motor vehicle crash involving a school bus was reported at 11:48 a.m. Friday at 23A Hancock St.
A report of suspicious activity at 3:33 p.m. Thursday at 39 Buttonwood Lane. A caller reported two suspicious people across the street: a woman with long, stringy red hair and a man. Both were wearing hoodies and had been walking around the neighborhood before sitting on the wall of the caller’s neighbor.
A caller reported a mother and her children were throwing rocks at ducks at 3:54 p.m. Thursday at 114 Foster St. Police checked the area and couldn’t find the group.
Suspicious activity was reported at 7:25 p.m. Thursday at Northshore Mall at 210N Andover St. Five males were reportedly walking around Victoria’s Secret dressed as women.
A well-being check was performed at 12:59 a.m. Friday at Northeast Nursery at 234 Newbury St. after a caller reported a person lying on the ground in front of the nursery. Police reported the person was brought back home.
A report of a disturbance at 3:35 a.m. Friday at 21 Caller St. A caller reported being unable to sleep because furniture was moving from the apartment upstairs. Police checked the area and reported no noise.
Marblehead Police received a silent 911 call from a cellphone at 10:57 a.m. Friday at 14 Sunset Drive. Police spoke with the resident who said his kids were playing with the phone and there wasn’t an emergency.
A larceny was reported at 5:24 p.m. Thursday at 1200 Salem St. A caller reported a wire money scam over the past month.
