He was charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle and operating under the influence of alcohol. Vehicle towed by Mallia’s Towing.

Road rage incident reported on Mason Street on Monday at 7:50 p.m. Caller said two people on mopeds tried to attack the operator of a gold sedan as he got out of his vehicle. Party got back inside the vehicle and fled towards Washington Street. Officer checked the area but was unable to locate parties.
Report of a loud stomping coming from a tenant at 2233 Avalon Drive on Monday at 8:58 p.m. Caller said the noise was in retaliation to a previous complaint made to management. Officers spoke with all parties who agreed to keep it down for the night. Meeting with management is scheduled for Tuesday.
