Kristin Bombard, 37, of 104 Ocean St., Apt. 1, was arrested and charged with drug possession with intent to distribute and receiving stolen property at 4:58 p.m. Tuesday.

John Everett, 31, of 100 Willow St., was arrested and charged with Class A drug possession subsequent offense, possession of a burglarious instrument and attempt to commit crime at 11:45 p.m. Tuesday.

Arthur Harris III, 24, of 124 Paradise Road, Ipswich, was arrested and charged with attempt to commit crime at 11:20 p.m. Tuesday.

Justin Hutchinson, 30, of 118A Walnut Hill Road, Derry, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and interfering with a police officer at 11:52 p.m. Tuesday.

Daniel Leboeuf, 38, of 651 Worcester Road, Barry, was arrested and charged with drug possession with intent to distribute and receiving stolen property at 5:01 p.m. Tuesday.

Jon Sanders, 22, of 534 Essex St., was arrested and charged with parole/probation violation at 4 p.m. Tuesday.


A report of a motor vehicle crash at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Solimine Funeral Home at 426 Broadway; at 6:11 p.m. Tuesday at Boston and N Franklin streets; at 6:35 p.m. Tuesday at Boston and Childs streets; at 7:57 p.m. Tuesday at Euclid Avenue and Wentworth Place; at 5:32 a.m. Wednesday at Boston and Childs streets.

Caller reports motor vehicle crash on Tuesday at 4:44 p.m. at Condon Circle. Officer assisted with information exchange.


Canceled burglar alarm at 3 Harley Lane on Tuesday at 7:23 a.m.

Lifeline alert requested at 39 Doncaster Circle on Tuesday at 4:28 p.m. Lynnfield Fire Department reports no one is present at the residence. Alarm company called back shortly after to cancel alarm and confirmed the party is not home.

Front door interior alarm sounded at 900 Lynnfield St., Apt. 18 on Wednesday at 1:23 a.m. Officer reports doors and windows are secure and all is OK.

Animal Control

Lahey Health Center at 1350 Market St. reported a distressed dog in a motor vehicle on Tuesday at 2:11 p.m. Officer reports dog appears fine, located owner.

Deceased deer reported on the sidewalk at 816 Main St. and 1 Mitchell Road on Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. Complaint referred to other agency.


Disabled motor vehicle reported in the intersection of 425 Walnut and 100 Market streets on Tuesday at 2:12 p.m. Gaeta’s Tow has been notified.

Saugus man reports his wallet was stolen at the Boston Sports Club at 425 Walnut St. on Tuesday at 10:34 p.m. Officer took report.

Caller reports smelling smoke in their home at 6 Spearfields Lane on Tuesday at 11:12 p.m. Lynnfield Fire Department investigating.

Medical Aid

Request for medical aid at 500 Ross Drive on Tuesday at 10:17 p.m. Patient taken to the hospital.

Ambulance requested at 100 King Rail Drive, Apt. 309 on Tuesday at 9:19 p.m. Party taken to the hospital.



A caller reported at 10:07 a.m. on Tuesday that they sold items on Craigslist and received fake checks as payments.

A caller reported three kids doing wheelies and riding their bikes in the middle of Humphrey Street and Ralph Road at 11:52 a.m. on Tuesday. She stated she was afraid the kids were going to get hit.

A resident posted on the department’s Facebook page that someone went in their yard on Green Street and stole their picnic table.

A caller reported she was coming out of a restaurant on Atlantic Avenue at 5:34 p.m. on Tuesday and two kids on a bike, one on a skateboard “almost hit her.”

A caller reported at 5:35 p.m. on Tuesday that a male exited an SUV on Jersey Street and stated he was from National Grid, but wasn’t in a marked vehicle. Responding officers could not locate the male but they saw a package at the door of the described address, which they believe he delivered.

A caller reported receiving a scam phone call at 5:42 p.m. on Tuesday from someone stating they were with Social Security.



Victor I. Esteban, 36, of  47 Dartmouth St., Lynn, was arrested at Logan Express at 164 Newbury St. on Monday at 10 p.m. and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol. Officer reports the operator is unresponsive and EMS are en route. Gaeta’s Towing also en route.

Wellington Cisneros, 29, of 17 Nay Square, Apt. 3, Brockton, was arrested on Tuesday at 11:48 a.m. following a traffic stop at McDonald’s Restaurant at 133 Main St. and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, no inspection sticker, and failure to display owner’s name. Vehicle was towed by Phil’s Towing.


Two-car motor vehicle crash reported at 98 Lake and Lindauer streets on Monday at 6:33 p.m. Officer reports no injuries, paperwork exchanged.

Motor vehicle crash reported at the Northshore Mall at 210 Andover St. on Tuesday at 11:21 a.m. Officer reports no injuries and two vehicles towed.

Animal Control

Caller from 42 Russell St. requested neuter vouchers for a cat and a dog on Tuesday at 2:11 p.m. Request was faxed.

Caller left a message for the animal control officer reporting she found a small black Poodle on Dana Road on Tuesday at 2:50 p.m. On callback, she reports the owner had been located.


Officer saw two suspicious men taking pictures of the tent and employee area at the Big Apple Circus at the Northshore Mall on Monday at 3:35 p.m. Officer reports all is OK.

Caller reports her friend is intoxicated and laying in the parking lot at 3 North Central St. wearing a gray shirt and black pants on Monday at 4:22 p.m.  Officer reports patient taken to Salem Hospital.

Shaw’s Supermarket at 210 Andover St. reports a shoplifter who stole $80 worth of merchandise has been detained on Monday at 4:38 p.m.

Out of control resident reported at the Group Home at 15 Oak Ave. on Monday at 5:15 p.m. Patient taken to Lahey Hospital & Medical Center.

An 11-year-old called upset that she lost her siblings at In The Game at 535 Lowell St. on Monday at 8:46 p.m. Officer reports mother picked up children immediately and all is in order.

A caller from Vermont requested a well-being check for a friend who is on a blind date on Monday at 9:34 p.m. Caller said her friend went to dinner at the date’s home on Silverleaf Way and has been unreachable for two hours. Officer made contact with the woman who reports the date is going well.

Staff at Plaza Motel at 125 Newbury St. reports a guest causing a disturbance about the manager being unable to get a wifi connection on Tuesday at 12:21 a.m.

Officer reports a downed tree partially blocking the road at 60 Winona St. at 1 Aderene Road on Tuesday at 7:18 a.m. Officer reports the Department of Public Works removed the tree.

Caller reports a low wire in the area of the Peabody Housing Authority at 75 Central St. on Tuesday at 8:30 a.m.  

Report of tree and debris that fell or were blown down into the West Memorial School playground at 15 Bow St. near the house on the right in the circle on Tuesday at 9:04 a.m. The Department of Public Works notified by phone, no answer, left message.

Parks Department reported illegal dumping on the South Peabody trail on Tuesday at 11:39 a.m. City worker reports the trash barrels are overfilled with personal trash. Officer reports some of the trash is from Patrick Rooney and Cindy Waldron of 33 Rockdale Ave. and from Maria Chhim at 25 Rockdale Ave.

Mother and son came to the station on Tuesday at 12:10 p.m. to report that the boy is being bullied by a neighbor in their apartment complex. Officer will document.

Microsurgical Eye Consultants of 31 Centennial Drive reported a patient, David Hayes, 49, of 5 Stratford Road, Marblehead, was unhappy with his doctor’s tardiness on Tuesday at 12:20 p.m. and said he wanted to, or will drive his vehicle through the front door of the business. They believe he owns a white truck. Also, they do not want to file a complaint against him, but wanted to report it.

Well-being check requested for a pedestrian jumping up and down in the median on Route 1 North in front of Santarpio’s Pizza at 71 Newbury St. Officer reports the person was gone upon arrival of police on Tuesday at 12:47 p.m.

A report of a large amount of wood in the slow lane of Route 1 near Bob’s Discount Furniture at 9:35 a.m. Tuesday.

A caller reported while walking her dog on a leash on Makepeace Street, an unrestrained dog came out and attacked her dog.
