Report of a hit and run crash on Tuesday at 6:53 p.m. Caller said vehicle struck a brick wall, went off the road and is now pulling into a driveway at 231 Lynnfield St. Officer checked the area and was unable to locate the vehicle. Officer checked the parked, unoccupied vehicle but there was no damage. Officer knocked on the door but there was no answer.
A report of a motor vehicle crash at 2 Perkins and 82 Lowell streets on Monday at 2:49 p.m. Officer reports no vehicles towed from the scene.
Caller reports a motor vehicle crash at 44 County St. and 1 Arnold Road on Monday at 3:28 p.m. Officer reports the operators exchanged information prior to his arrival.
Minor motor vehicle crash reported on Summit Street on Monday at 4:39 p.m. Officer reports no injuries and paperwork exchanged.
Animal Control
Caller from 10B Eastman Park left a voicemail for the animal control officer asking that her dead pet be removed on Wednesday at 9:08 a.m. On callback officer advised her that owners are responsible for disposal.
Resident from 156 Goodale St. reports receiving a summons for a citation he already paid. Animal control officer reported no answer on callback, but left a message advising him she does not issue summons and requested a callback for more information. On Wednesday at 9:26 a.m. he was given a verbal warning that his three dogs have not been licensed this year. License application and written warning sent. Officer spoke with Peabody District and advised them that the citation had been paid and court was notified. Court will rescind the summons. Officer left message for the caller advising him he would not have to appear.

Caller reports a metal object by the center guardrail at Route 128 South and 312 Lowell St. on Tuesday at 2:08 p.m. The Massachusetts Highway Department was notified.
Northshore Mall security reports a man was harassing women in the area on Tuesday at 3:13 p.m. He is described as a tall, skinny, white man with a shaved head and wearing a black jacket. The officer located the suspect by Barnes & Noble before he ran into the store. Officer issued Stephen Daniel Edmunds, 32, a permanent ban from the mall.
Caller reported a suspicious man and woman riding in a black SUV and going door-to-door giving away flags on Price Road on Tuesday at 5:22 p.m. Officer located the parties. They were unregistered solicitors trying to sell Kirby vacuums. They said they were done for the night and will register with police on Wednesday.
Report from Wood Trucking at 13 Lakeland Park Drive on Tuesday at 5:27 p.m. about vehicles parked on the side of the road making it difficult for the trucks to pass. Officer issued two parking tickets.
Bricks in the roadway reported at 52 Lynn St. on Wednesday at 12:42 a.m. Officer assisted the Department of Public Works in removing debris.
Disturbance reported at Avalon at Cranebrook at 1000 Crane Brook Way on Wednesday at 1:08 a.m. Reporting party said there’s a couple arguing in the hallway. Officer asked them to move along.
Caller from Pho Paris said his girlfriend is refusing to get out of his vehicle on Wednesday at 7:18 a.m. Officer reports woman took an Uber following a verbal disagreement.
