A report of suspicious activity at 8:01 p.m. Sunday on Goldthwait Road. An older man carrying a flashlight and wearing slippers and a sweatshirt was reportedly knocking on the caller’s door asking for $20. Police spoke with the man who said he had lost his wallet and was looking for a neighbor who could help him buy a pizza.
A report of suspicious activity at 9:27 p.m. Sunday on Atlantic Avenue. A caller reported last Saturday his son was approached by a man in a blue sedan who was asking him questions about basketball and stating he used to be a pro and wanted to give him pointers.

Neighborhood dispute reported on Friday at 4:12 p.m. from a caller at 17 Elaine Ave. who said his neighbor’s son harassed him about placing items on his property. Officer reports the dispute appears to be over the property line. Parties were advised to call City Hall and refrain from further contact with each other.
Report of people drinking in a motor vehicle parked in the back lot at 484 Lowell St. on Friday at 8:33 p.m. Officers report the youths were talking and it did not appear any alcohol was being consumed.
