Arrests

Alvin Carter, of 84 Winthrop Ave., Revere, was arrested on several warrant charges including driving with a suspended license, refusal to identify self, receiving stolen property, assault and battery on family, credit card fraud, and larceny at 11:42 p.m. Friday.

Luis Cintron, 44, of 13 Beaudry Terr., Lynn, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering for a felony and theft at 11:45 a.m. Friday.

Gary Dentremont, 52, of 171 Washington St., Lynn, was arrested on warrant charges for disorderly conduct, trespassing, assault and battery and resisting arrest at 9:01 p.m. Saturday.

James Millard, 19, of 63 South Elm St., Lynn, was arrested on a warrant charge for class A drug possession at 7:10 p.m. Saturday.

Omar Peguero, 23, of 21 Barrett Ct., Lynn, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol at 2:11 a.m. Sunday.

Ignacio Ramirez-Molina, 24, of 12 Jefferson St., Lynn, was arrested and charged with assault and battery, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at 11:53 p.m. Friday.

Complaints

A report of road rage at Lafayette Street at 2:05 p.m. Friday. Caller reported a driver tailgating him and taking video of him after she continued to go straight in a left turn only lane.

A report of children riding bikes and doing wheelies in a lot at Pleasant Street at 3:05 p.m. Friday.

A report of a disturbance at Washington Street at 12:11 a.m. Sunday.

Summons

Estaban Chavez Velasco, 19, was summoned following a traffic stop at D&R Market on Foster Street on Friday at 11:25 a.m.

Accidents

Hit and run motor vehicle crash reported at the intersection of Summit and Lynnfield streets on Thursday at 4:31 p.m. Officer reports reporting party has the suspect’s vehicle information and will report to their insurance company.

Motor vehicle crash reported on Thursday at 4:33 p.m. at 584 Lowell St. Officer reports the parties had already exchanged paperwork.

Two vehicle motor vehicle crash reported at Microsurgical Eye Consultants at 31 Centennial Drive on Thursday at 5:12 p.m. Officer reports no injuries or tows.

Atlantic Ambulance reports a motor vehicle crash on Friday at 10:40 a.m. At 70 Andover St. Onde operator taken to Lahey Hospital & Medical Center.

Three-car motor vehicle crash reported at 357 Lowell St. at 64 Proctor Circle on Friday at 11:45 a.m. Officer will document.

Complaints

Caller reports a group gathering, possible fight at James Street Park on Thursday at 3:30 p.m. Officer reports all in order and he will monitor the area.

Wire down reported at 15 Northend St. on Thursday at 4:47 p.m. Officer reports the cable TV wire was rolled up and left at the base of the pole.

Mobile home fire reported at Mobile Estates at 286 Newbury St. Building 94 on Thursday at 5:10 p.m. Peabody Fire Department home was a total loss.

Motorist passing the Skate Park at 27 Perkins St. reports a man in his late 20s to early 30s wearing a dark colored jacket and blue jeans and appears to be walking around shadow boxing on Thursday at 6:02 p.m.

Possible road rage incident reported by a third party on Thursday at 6:37 p.m. on Route 1 at Winona and Newbury streets between a white SUV and a white sedan.  Caller said one party threw a drink at the other and both vehicles pulled off onto Winona. Officer checked the area and found nothing.

Loud music reported at Select Marble & Granite at 147 Summit St. on Thursday at 7:09 p.m. Officer spoke to the staff and the music was turned down.

Report of a neighborhood dispute on Thursday at 8:28 p.m. with neighbor banging excessively at 2233 Avalon Drive. Caller said the noise is deliberate as they have had trouble in the past. Officer made contact with the resident of 2233 who said there is an autistic child living in the apartment. The officer instructed the resident to speak to the management and was told how to pursue a harassment order.

Suspicious motor vehicle reported at Marrs Park on Home Street. Officer checked and the parties were moved along on Thursday at 9:09 p.m.

Caller reported the Department of Public Works are operating leaf blowers to clean the lot at 15 Main St. at 0 Nichols St. on Friday at 3:50 a..m. Police advised DPW to stop and resume at a reasonable hour.

Resident of 19 Goldberg Road reports that her sister walked into the house and stole a lockbox on Friday at 1:10 p.m. Officer will document the loss.
